Subway is what subway is. Food was good. Man behind counter looked disinterested & no acknowledgement at all with guy throwing waste. As we were the only people in there, atmosphere was........low

ordered a vegan philly stake and got real meat. for health reasons my partner can't eat meat

WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. MY BACON AND CHEESE MELT HAD HARDLY ANY BACON OR CHEESE ON IT AND WAS JUST FILLED WITH CARAMALISED RED ONION CHUTNEY. MY COLLEAGUE REQUESTED HER BALLER TO BE TOASTED AND IT WASN'T WHICH LEFT IT DRY AS THE CHEESE HADN'T MELTED. FOR THE MONEY IT WAS A VERY POOR MEAL.

Wrong drink arrived. Food hadn't been heated, missing ingredients and was stone cold

Worst subway I have experienced customer service with the larger was totally unprofessional shoving a 11year old out the shop and being totally rude because I pointed out a mistake he had made

Absolutely disgusting! Stopped me and my friend instantly walking in with my assistant dog. My poor dog was confused what was going on and he was appointed to me for my mental health due to my depression and anxiety not wanting to go out without him. Then now this has made me worse and dont want to walk into Shrewsbury Town anymore.

It is no coincidence that I have had food poisoning 3 times right after eating here. Poor food, poor service and poor prices, do not eat at this subway.

My wife went into Subway today at 4.25 to be told that she could not eat in because they ‘needed to wash and clean the restaurant’. She was not allowed to sit and eat even though the restaurant was not due to close for another 90 minutes. I think the staff here need some urgent training. Their priorities are all wrong…

Absolutely hostile atmosphere, the little grump bag behind the counter, whom I assume must be the manager of such establishment, greeted us, from the minute we walked through the door, with an angry and demeaning tone. This encounter left me with a feeling of guilt as I was eating my food, as it felt I had been in the wrong, however, I am just a regular civil subway customer, this embarkment has left me dumbfounded whether I shall return to this subway in particular, and also subways across all stretches of the globe. All I wanted was for a civilised and enjoyable meal, yet I am mortified with my experience and am Devastated with this encounter as I usually love my 6 inch hearty Italian sub! The best Subway I have visited, and this is simply due to the fact of the woman who served us, she was very lovely and took time with me and my brother to ensure our sandwiches were perfect!

Bosses, your young team desperately needs training if it is to be left unsupervised. I called in yesterday afternoon to pick-up a subway for my daughter. The place was deserted and everyone was in a little kitchen right next to the counter but out of sight. One girl was in the midst of telling an exciting story. It was so gripping that they had to continue despite the inconvenience of my appearance. After a few moments, the young lady edged into sight and began putting on gloves. At no point did she greet me or make eye contact, she simply carried on with her story. Clearly embarrassed, her female colleague said "why don't you just get on and make the lady her sandwich". The first girl, asked me what I wanted, as soon as she has ascertained and grabbed the bread, she continued once again with her story and the two of them were once again engrossed. The second stopped the dialogue for a second to ask me what salad I wanted and she proceeded to add it whilst still in full-blow conversation with girl number 1. I'm sure they are lovely, harmless girls but this is not a youth club. Basic customer service rules or NEVER EVER having a personal conversation in front of a customer and arguably even more basic, greeting people and keeping eye contact need to be taught.

Feel depressed every time I go in here the staff are so miserable. The prices they charge a simple smile or an hello would not go a miss totally all look so down. Try phillpots up the road much nicer environment to be served. Cheaper also . Maybe some staff training. ????However the girl who is manager is the worst one so as the saying goes lead by example your staff may cheer up be a while before I would go back in.

Been a few times to this branch, however this will be the last. Extremely rude staff with bad attitude on more than one visit. Staff look like they don’t want to be there. Asked for a little bit of extra lettuce and was point blank refused.

Great clean place with superb staff and good food. Hand sanitizers. Topped up which is more than many motorway service have.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Rita, who works for this store. She is super helpful and patient. Her customer service skills are at a very high level, and she always goes the extra mile.

No soap in the bath room, whe I asked I was told they didn't have any. That's means the staff aren't washing thier hands properly either.

Cheese toasties soft and looked like warmed up in microwave. Hash browns not warmed properly and all cookies were gone. Unhappy staff. Appalling!!!

I’m not one to complain But the woman’s attitude towards the customers was appalling. She yelled across the room if someone used the toilet. Muttering under her breath. She publicly embarrassed the customers. Mainly the younger ones. She’s very self centered.

The older lady that works there is rude and has a bad attitude. She swore, had her elbows on the chopping boards and was muttering things under her breath.

I ordered a Veggie Delight foot long Veggie Delite® - Footlong toasted, what was delivered was a plain white baguette which wasn't very nice and not toasted. Also missing from the ordered was, sea salt, mixed peppercorns and cispy onions. The presentation was shocking, it was all dumped into the baguette and all fell out when I opened it up, also the baguette was soggy from the amount of mayo that was just 'dumped' onto it. It was not nice at all, I could have done a better a job and saved myself £13! I don't know how hard it is to follow a list?! Not impressed!

staff was extremely rude about us being in 25 minutes before closing, ordering then needed to use the toilet and she rudely shouted ‘don’t use the toilet ive just cleaned it!’ in the most vile tone I will not be returning to this establishment until staff are taught not to be lazy and how to respect customers.

Well all I can say is how rude the staff are!! Me & my partner walked in and wanted two baguettes as meal deals but I wanted to upgrade my crisps to these fries that they offered. Well I could see the fries in plain site and also another table ordered them and I was refused so I carried on and paid and then my partner tried to buy them from another working and she slammed his baguette on the counter and huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes and told her colleague that “im not here for that” . Never ever met 2 people so rude in all my life . Woman was elderly with white hair and a younger male with a shaved head and brown hair. Shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t speak to people nicely!

Not normally one to write reviews but the way a new staff member was treated was shocking , clearly hadn’t been trained adequately and when she asked questions the other member of staff had a rude attitude towards her. Maybe if you trained staff properly they’d work more efficiently. Also generally rude to customers and didn’t have any patience for older customers that were in front of us, she didn’t offer for the meat to be toasted so we had to ask and she seemed annoyed, she also had a very blunt approach. Having worked in retail myself there’s simply no need to act this way towards people that have simply asked to order their food. On a positive note the new member of staff on the till had basic manners and potential

Went in to get a treat for tea. My wife asked if they had meat free meatballs, the staff member just muttered "no" and carried on with whatever they were doing. When my wife asked if they had the normal meatballs the response was the same. The staff member attitude was rude and dismissive, they didn't offer any alternatives, reason or apology. Rubish service!

Great quality food, decent service, very clean. It's a very chilled place really.

Around this area are much better options for food especially for sandwiches. The portions are ridiculously smaller than any other subway and the staff just seem miserable. I ordered an option on the board and the price ended up higher, even thought I added nothing to it. There's cheaper and better options in this area.

Staff not give proper response and who serve me the same staff cashier through the coin in my hand if I wrong check your cctv...I am not complaining give respect to people ...

A very average branch of Subway, not the worst but certainly not the best. Service is fairly slow and the staff robotic, but it's just Subway at the end of the day

Nice to sit down when it's cold outside. I had a 6 inch sub but they really do scrimp on the meat or cheese. So all you get in overwhelming amount of sauce in bread.

It amazes me how someone who works at Subway still can’t manage to cut a roll without butchering it. It was impossible to actually pick it up without the majority of the content falling out. Better off going to the one at the top of pride hill. This one is slap dash at best.

Ordered through Ubereats, after an hour and half of waiting and requesting updates to no avail I called them to be told that they didn't have any Ubereats drivers available. I was assured that my order would arrive within 20 mins... Over the next hour and half there was no delivery, and when I tried ringing again I was hung up on and then ignored. Would not bother again!

We ordered via Just Eat, our subs arrived really quickly, a steak and a ham & turkey, both were really fresh and tasty, we also had 3 cookies. Thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll definitely order again

I went here for a sandwich with my friends. The way I was treated was unacceptable. When I went in, the woman who served me greeted me by saying "What?" In an angry tone. She didn't smile once and I even had my food thrown to me! On top of that, they got my friend's order wrong, toasted the lettuce in her bread. I won't be buying from here again.

I love the food there its clean and its the best place to go for some food.

Food was OK but they wouldn't let us eat in as they had cleaned the tables. This was at 6pm too.

My & my husband went for a sub thay said thay close at 615 to do the cleaning my hubby ask for stack & cheese I only got steak thay had bottle mayonnaise with only little bit in it the sub was dry mrs rowson I went have sub here agen

We use this subway whenever in town and overall its fine. The staff are usually younger which is fine for the most part. The store is mostly clean from what we can tell.
