My first visit to this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was great and cooked nice and fresh to order too. There is a good selection of food on the menu to choose from. The staff were also very polite and friendly too. I will certainly eat there again in the future. Highly recommended.

The tikka panini was a bit too oily.

If I could rate this shop 6 stars I would. I have been here over 100 times since opening, and never had a problem . They have wonderful tasting fresh food. The food is prepared exactly how you want it. Their grilled peri peri chicken is better and cheaper than Pepe's I'm not joking. Their chicken wings are on the same level as KFC. Their cheese burgers are amazing. Their service is wonderful and all staff are friendly and polite. Whenever I come here the shop is packed full of people and the phone is ringing so shows how much in demand they are. The shop is very hygienic and can see the staff are constantly wiping the tables with antibacterial spray and mopping the floors and sweeping up and emptying the bins. Even outside the shop is clean This is the best UK fried chicken I have ever been to, better than the other stechford one and alum rock and small heath ones. There is only one problem with this shop - it is addictive and if you are not careful will put on weight ! Thank you UK fried chicken Flaxley Road

I just try to grab a food today because of only looking for halal options service too slow the food quality and quantity both beyond the standard portions , hardly add 2 spoons of chicken in a wrap and few chunks of salad , few tinny drops of sauce, And after order packed said cash only no card payment asked for direct bank transfer waste of time and money food quality zero

We have been dining here for over 10 years, and it is very disappointing to see how customers are served . I booked a table in November for Xmas Eve when we arrived the table wasn't ready and the service was shocking they are concentrating more on deliveries not in house .9

Ordered deep pan and got thin crust, Pizza was like cardboard, won’t be ordering from there again

I’ve been going to this chippy for about 8 months, I go every Saturday to buy fish and chips for me and a lady who I care for. Each time I go their fish and chips are amazing and there is enough for both of us. The lady loves them. We was gutted when it had to close for about a month because of leaking gas or something like that, I went around surrounding areas to get our meal but none of them was anywhere near as good as this shop. The staff are very warmly and friendly. I would recommend this chippy to be your next call you won’t be disappointed 👏👏

Absolutely disgusting weird taste to the chips ordered beef in black bean Absolutely no flavour what so ever apart from way to much garlic definitely won't order again from these worst I've ever tried

Burgers were dry and a weird texture, no lettuce or mayo on either beef burgers and there was not even a full buns worth of lettuce on the chicken burger, bit into my burger and a vein got stuck in my teeth, put me off the whole meal.
