Ordered deep pan and got thin crust, Pizza was like cardboard, won’t be ordering from there again

Unfortunately, after recent visits we were very disappointed in the quality of food served at this pizza joint. We have notice the management has changed and since then the pizzas served have pretty much been, no where near the original standards. Overall the pizza is basically a bland flat bread with barely any tomato sauce and topped off with a overload of cheap cheese. Sad to see the drop off. P.S. the star box shop delivery driver is also very rude no manners. Old management had an inviting presence, however the new people running the place are not very welcoming.

Pizzas were smaller than expected & burnt .. chips were like cardboard , chicken was pink & every bit of food was cold

The delivery was not what I'd ordered and also cold. The staff I spoke to on the phone were extremely rude and dismissive. I certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Upon the order of 2 large pizzas for the family, they delivered only 1 mistakenly. On call, the delivery guy said that manager says make another order, again and we will send one extra pizza with your new order. They refused to send my missing pizza without the new order of pizza. At first the manager refused to talk saying they are too busy to talk, after some time he came on call, almost shouted and cut the call. They refused to give me the number of the owner of the restaurant.

Love this place and the food. However they just can't seem to get the order correct. Ask for thin crust don't get thin crust keep reminding them thin crust and they send thin crust but wrong pizza. Ask for extra large get large. Alway very good but........ Wrong........ Used them again last week, large correct, thin crust correct, asked for balti chickin got pepperoni ffs.

Saw a few negative comments about this place after I ordered but my food was hot and tasty really enjoyed it

Food was tasty and hot unfortunately the size of the portions is on the small side i ordered super or king sized kebabs one chicken and one lamb the chicken didn’t even fill the pitta bread but the lamb was slightly bigger but still only a medium sized portion compared to some other takeout places

The food looked disgusting and was cold, nothing like we ordered (pictures can be provided)

we took forever to order so ty for putting up with us and it was like midnight we took the pizzas back home and watched the white chicks in the totally recommend the cashier was lovely and even gave us free dips what a beautiful chocolate man!! Loved it 😋

Absolutely disgusted. I ordered 2 calzones at 9.99 each the looked more like pieces of flat bread def will not be ordering again.

Food didnt show up and when we rang the place they said no order has been made.

Normally I dont have any issues with the food but today the calzones were disappointing. They were too crispy and wasn't much filling inside. Hopefully it's just a one off

Very mid food, but well priced. When it first opened the pizza base used to be moldy every time and it was below 1 star, but it looks like they made some improvements

I ordered this via Just Eat. The food looks like half eaten and moreover food was not hot. Not happy with the food or delivery service. Wasted my money. Not recommended.

I’ve not tried these before but honestly couldn’t fault them. Piping hot. The chicken wings were fab and the pizzas were so good. Will defo be back. It’s hard to find a good take out but give these a go. I’m sure you will be as pleased as I am

Food Luke warm, no salt on fries, ordered an Hawaiian burger and 2 chicken burgers but got 3 chicken burgers, with a 30 pound order and no complimentary sauces!!!

I enjoyed the pizza very much! Wasn't greasy, had a good amount of toppings on, it tasted great, will definitely be ordering again.

it was a nice meal, The only downfall is there needs to be more salad, not just lettuce and a load of onion. but apart from that the meal was good. may come back again in the near future.

No issues with the quality of food. The Kurdish pizza was tasty and would order again. The king size kebab was a good quality but the size is far too small guys! The portion size was regular in other places. I couldn’t order again based on that but I would come back for pizza. The chili sauce was very tasty as well.

Title: Terrible Experience at Starbox Pizza Review: My recent order from Starbox Pizza was a complete disappointment. The food arrived 30 minutes late, and despite my contact number being on the receipt, the driver failed to call. To add to the frustration, I got yelled at by the person over the phone when I inquired about the delay. The worst part was the food arrived cold and stale. The overall customer service was abysmal. I won't be ordering from Starbox Pizza again and strongly advise others to avoid this place. Don't waste your money here.

No pictures but the chicken had a very bad smell, and no one at home ate it. The colour was so dark as well I didn't realise until I got home how bad it was. Hence, the low rating and will not be going here again any time soon Service was just simple. I don't expect 5 star service, but a hello would be nice to the customer. Anyway, the food was not up to scratch at all. Please improve on this and will see again if it's improved would change this. But u till then no go.

I ordered a pizza deal from here yesterday and just WOW I love this shops cleanliness and how they cook their food . It’s all so tasty I am still thinking about yesterday’s food so I am gonna be ordering today again . I just can’t wait. 😍😍👌

Have ordered from here since it opened.. Very reasonably priced, the brothers are fab and the food has always been great :) I live very locally but they happily deliver and are happy to do so ASAP :) would certainly recommend

I went in there, I went to the toilet to use the toilet & wash my hands before eating & I been pulled up for using the toilet instead of thinking twice first I could have been using the toilet before eating, I had no proper apology & it's not that I walked out of the shop, fine he wouldn't let me use the toilet so he lost a customer, after using the toilet I was going to eat there & look at the pizza menu but it's your loss you jumped the gun, you should have approached me if I was walking straight out of the door after using the toilet. Very rude & I was supposed to ask first to use a public toilet like if I'm a kid, from all the places I went to I used their toilets & wash my hands before eating & then I would sit down & eat & never had this problem anywhere else.

Excellent delivery service. Fast and expedient. Very tasty pizza and garlic bread. Highly recommended. Usually go in store to collect but due to heavy rain asked for home delivery.

Flavours were amazing, despite the bbq wings being as spicy as the spicy wings. Will definitely be using this restaurant again

This place should be closed down as the hygiene level in these premises is very poor. I went to order some food but could clearly see the hygiene level, the floor was all messed up with shoe marks and the top of the over look like never cleaned. I wonder how dirty the oven filter would be as it look the staff don’t know how to clean them. Avoid at all cost, it’s always better to pay some extra money and eat hygienic food somewhere else.

Is this the best pizza in brum?? Ordered the bombay badboy pizza and it was delicious 😋 the deep pan base was actually deep pan unlike some places, nice and spicy and very cheesy 🍕 Definitely give it a try!

Collected Deep pan bombay badboy; Excellent base/dough. If I had a pizza shop and this dough was mine I'd be shouting off the rooftops lol but hey maybe that's just me. Toppings seem similar to caspian from what I recall. Not much else to add 5/5 for pizza, even rang the shop to give them the feedback: bombay badboy was a great flavour combo. (ordered for iftar - sorry no. Pics because the thought didn't cross my mind!)

Pizza is lovely. Nice fresh soft dough and the chicken strips are so good even better than McDonald’s selects! Brilliant value for money too. Fries tasted a bit hard but that’s just my preferences (I like soft floppy fries lol) think I’ve definitely found our new go to pizza place! 😍 delivery drivers are very nice and polite too.
