Used to be really nice food, now it’s gone unbelievably down hill, Paninis are warmed up from frozen , not even toasted & ends up slimed greasy with zero flavour , either very complacent or lazy now, disappointing

I was appalled by the customer service delivered by the gentleman that works at the buffet shop which is a family led business so I am assuming the owner. Absolutely disgusting, we have been regular customers for years and have never had any issues. Food and service has always been amazing. As any other day, ordered 2 cheese salad baguettes and got the wrong order, received a bacon baguette. We are Muslims and obviously that was such a big thing for us. I rang up and explained that we were given incorrect baguettes and I've taken a bite from the bacon baguette. Instead of the being apologetic at the first instance he said "Did you not look at what you were eating, I find that weird" as if I was looking for a free bee. I mean we've been going for years, I was on a working lunch, didn't know that I needed to look inside the baguette. I've worked in customer service and the first thing you say is sorry not the comment above. He said he was coming to the apology and was rude and aggressive. I would have been understanding and moved forward from it if he said sorry first. He did offer to give me the correct baguette which would be a given as ive paid for it. Anyway the service was disgusting from them. Will not be going there again and will nt be recommened them to anyone, as there was a lot of recommendations from myself.

Usually quite spot on. Salad is always fresh on sandwiches. Breakfast is lacking - ordered a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich. Egg overdone - sausage a half a sausage that had been sliced in half again. Sausage only covered about 40% of the bread.

I have ordered couple of times from buffet shop as it’s closer to our work place but been always disappointed with the hygiene and their food their customer service is absolutely poor, very rude staff don’t listen to you if they are wrong. Once again I ordered today and found hair in my jacket potatoe but no point of me ringing them as they don’t listen! Please do check your food when you eat 🤢

Ordered a sandwich and sides buffet for 20 people. Delivered on time and high quality. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend for any occasion

I thought I’d give the place a try as it’s a little closer than my usual place a try. Massive mistake. So I ordered on Deliveroo, ordered a jacket potato with cheese & beans. And a salad for myself. I rang up and was greeted by 2 rude people on the phone going back and forth with me because I’d asked for the cheese and beans to be in separate pots for my autistic daughter. You’d think I’d spat in his face or something the way he responded to me. Food arrived, worlds smallest jacket potato more cheese than potato make it make sense. Safe to say I would never order from here again. Don’t work in customer service if you have no customer service 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’d rate the service 20/5 if I could Ordered via Uber eats and one thing was missing so we ordered again because we love buffet shop and it’s always so good. New order came with a sweet apology note and they even told us to claim our money back on the new order, most businesses would never care that they miss something! We won’t be claiming the money back as we’ll be enjoying both sets of food but we’re very appreciative of the gesture. Thank you team ❤️

have had many a breakfast sandwich from here. The bread is fresh and the sandwich is always hot. good value for money too would recomend

They enforce a minimum card payment of £4, there's no reason to do this. Card fees are often charged as a percentage, so 5 X £1 payments cost a business the same as 1 X £5 payment. The only reason I can think of to set a minimum spend is to force customers to buy more than they had intended. Shops used to use the justification that cash was quicker, but this hasn't been true since chip and pin, and now contactless is a thing it's even less true. In fact, since COVID, some places have gone cashless... It's only logical. Did you know that by enforcing a minimum spend you may be in beach of VISA's T&C's for accepting VISA payments?

Fantastic place, spotlessly clean, brilliant staff & owner (really nice guy) & too much to choose from. We come here most weeks, sometimes twice a week for lunchtime food, it's in my van's satnav, when we are on a job & want the shortest route :)

The food here is amazing everything is fresh the buffet shop it self is very clean everything from here tastes lovely great friendly staff too one of the best buffet shops in Birmingham I've been come in here for years and still haven't found a place that even comes close to this buffet shop think I'll be gutted if this place closes down

I used the Buffet shop for my lunchtime sandwiches for years while working close. Now i work further away, i come here each time i have a weeks holiday off from work. Me and my son love the sandwiches from here. Service and cleanliness are great too.

Recently had catering from the Buffet Shop for my Mom's funeral wake. Had the £5.00 per head buffet menu, I was delighted with the variety and quality of the food provided and there was plenty of it too. Would recommend, thanks Kurt.

Lovely small sandwich shop, selling pasta, sandwiches, salad & panni’s. Based just opposite the William Tyler pub in Yardley, postcode B25 8UR My pasta dish was lovely. Food reasonably priced. Shop being open over 20 years. All food made in house not brought in.

Best bagget shop in Birmingham I think everyone knows about this place people who dont live in yardley come here cant beat a breakfast bagget from here everything cooked to perfection the staff a lovely too the place is spotless and very clean
