I ordered Platter for two people and it was the worst order I have ever had! The lamb chops were like rubber, tasteless and not cooked well ( You should mention to the barbecue guy to grill the food slowly and try to leave the chops take time in the sauce and spices at least one day before selling them ). I throw the wings in rubbish as they look burnt ( PLEASE DO NOT USE AIR MACHINE TO GRILL THE FOOD FAST!!!! LET THE FIRE GRILLS IT SLOWLY ) Lamb Tikka was good while the shawarma needed more spices. Please mention to your staff to follow the customer's notes as I asked for more grilled tomatoes and they didn't send them. I hope the manager will listen to these notes and ask the staff to follow them. ( Customer feedback is the way to improve your skills and be at the top )

ordered from them before. really disappointed. ordered the same thing; smash burger was sweet and made me feel sick, the spicy dip chicken burger was dry and overdone and not saucy like last time. they forgot to give me my can drink. no refund on uber eats:( barely any chilli mayo salt and vinegar on chips which i left a specific note for.

Ordered 2x curry mutton and rice and peas for my best friend and son and hake for myself. Mutton was very meaty and tasty and my hake was delicious. Just wish I could have had mine has a meal with rice and peas. Will definitely order from here again. Also the meal was on time. Thank you guys.

Food quality of this restaurant is decreased immensely, it use to one of my favourite pizza stop but I’m not going to order again.

Best chicken burger place that has held top place in Birmingham for a year now. Nothing comes close to it. Travelling from afar? It's worth it. Waiting a long queue? It's worth it. Cash only? It's worth it.

Ordered two mutton soup and received chicken soup… other than that the food was decent.

My experience when I collect is normally good, but today ordered on line all the food missed all expectations, especially the duck which was cooked a few days ago and re-heated not a very nice taste, but thank you

We visited here after reading the reviews online of their fish and chips. It's a short bus ride from Birmingham City, and we arrived around 1:30 pm. The place is small and the staff is very helpful. We ordered Cod with a side of peas and gravy. The portion size is good, and the service was also great. I thought the price was a bit on the higher side - 12 pounds. This may be my pallet that is used to having irish fish and chips, so I found thiers a bit bland and perhaps needed more seasoning.

I requested for 2 vanilla scoops & 1 strawberry scoop ice cream instead I was given 1 vanilla and 2 strawberry. It shows the orders are not read properly by the workers. Very disappointed
