The Big Pizza - Small Heath in Birmingham

Food quality of this restaurant is decreased immensely, it use to one of my favourite pizza stop but I’m not going to order again.

It took over an hour and 30 minutes for the food to arrive and when trying to call up the restaurant there was no answer. Food was not as fresh and turned up cold. Delivery time was absolutely ridiculous.

Was given a 45-60min delivery time, the food didn't leave the shop until 90mins after ordering and then food arrived luke warm. Not sure how busy you need to be to take an hour and a half to even cook the food.....

Food was delicious and hot, i tend to order from them once a week at least and their service and food is always on point.

For the price, not worth it. Like eating cardboard.

Such friendly staff, I forgot my drink and went back and they apologised even when wasn’t their fault and I wanted dips they gave it to me for free. Friendly Staff, amazing food will 100% visit again

Brilliant service ordered off uber eats ordered a pizza and needed a burger bun for my autistic daughter and i asked what shell i add to the basket so i can cover the cost for the bun brother replied and said we will sort it out and dont need to add anything to the basket very kind gesture from big pizza small heath thank you so much

didn't give me the drinks I ordered and I spend 30 plus and u don't give me no dips I am a regular customer and this was disappointing

Ordered pizza, was okay, nothing special. Forgot my lemon drink and sent a cola bottle instead. Pizza was dry with very less base sauce, so they drove all the way to Bromford for me to deliver another pizza. They went out their way, and I appreciate that.

10/10 food, cooked well good portions quality food good flavours best rice and chicken iv had from a takeaway so far

Veg pizza was decent . Tuna one didn’t smell right so had to be binned ps you need to send out the drink specified and not some cheap replacement

Didn’t get the garlic and herb sauces I paid for but considering there was torrential rain we didn’t think it was right to ask them to rectify the situation.

Ordered a meat and pineapple pizza, donner and a philly cheese steak Donner was very tasty, rich in flavour, but the stone baked pizza was average at best. Philly cheese steak lacked taste and flavour, which was very disappointing.

food was cold pizzas here are really empty not much toppings, not good portions at all.

Order couple times think maybe is was just a one off bad day but several time the food has been bad chicken burger extremely dry , and previously order a chicken were the skin was all taken off i told them and was told ' it came off on the grill' when asked for a replacement they said ' what you want us to do with this now' after wasting my time Awful service, Awful food, STICK TO MAKING PIZZA IF YOU MAKE THE FOOD RIGHT 👎👎👎

Was delivered on time. But Food was really disappointing. They used to be much better. Pizza was alright. Smash burger wasn’t good, all you taste is overcooked caramelised onion and rubbery minced meat. Rice & chicken was DISGUSTING! Burnt, Bitter & icky chicken pieces with tasteless rice. Huge Disappointment.

Chicken and Rice taste really good and also reasonably priced

Ordered here for the first time. To be fair- disappointed as the XL pizza compared to other places comes as a medium sized pizza cut into 12 slices. Honestly, definitely not an XL pizza.

Wings were rank! Not fresh and lacked flavour. I ordered the chilli mango. Never ordering from here again.

I asked for saucy burger meal I get a frozen chicken burger that was VERY DRY and hard to chew. Stick to your pizzas what a let down.

A lovely/mesmerising experience coming here. Firstly the vibes are islamic. Nice soft nasheeds playing, practicing brother who fulfil their duties respectfully. Have been coming here since the very time they opened and have been amazed with the level of service, quality, freshness, taste, presentation of food. The most popular "polo twist" pizza is to die for. It's just so perfect. Would strongly recommend this. Even if you wish to alter the ingredients; the chef is happy to accommodate accordingly. Prices for the pizza are very affordable and reasonable. The best part is the pizza are stone baked and the dough is made fresh in front of your face. Parking is limited outside but there is free parking on the side road. The upstairs seating is ample for families to come in and eat.

Great gluten free option. Good size too. Have had better bases, selections are varied.

I BOUGHT 3 PORTION OFF CHICKEN PERI PERI STRIP(5) DID ASK FOR HOT. BUT WHEN I GOT BACK HOME WITH THEM THERE WAS HARDLY ANY SAUCE ON THE STRIPS AT ALL COMPLETELY DRY. I WOULD RECOMMEND CUSTOMERS TO CHECK THERE ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOP COULD YOU PLEASE SERIOUSLY LOOK INTO THIS AS OTHER COMPETITORS DO SERVE A BETTER DEAL DRIPPING WITH SAUCE. GET A PORTION FROM PEPE'S OR RIOS AND SEE WHAT THEY SERVE. THANKING YOU .HOPE IT GETS BETTER NEXT TIME .

I called the restaurant to see where the order was, they said Just Eat hadn't allocated a driver to pickup the order due to shortage of drivers, so it was over an hour late! However, Big Pizza compensated for this by providing us with extra delicious items in our order.

The packaging fell apart for the chicken. It's very poorly packed in low quality packaging. The bag ripped in half before the food was delivered that the sauce leaked out and can burn your hand!

Nice thin crust pizzas with good selection of toppings or swap for some of your favourites. Meal deals work out well too. Very friendly service from all the staff and always honest. Highly recommended.

Delivered fast, pizza was decent. BBQ wings weren't very good though, and didn't seem fresh. The BBQ sauce wasn't sticky or very BBQ either. I'd order pizza again, but end it there.

Terrible service, horrible food

The pizzas i orderd were delivered on time and absolutely fantastic best gluten free pizza out there and great costumer service. Would recommend everyday!!! 10/10

3 star as the pizza was cold on arrival and although we did order the stone baked, it was like plastic, very thin. In saying that they were very generous with the toppings. Will definitely not order the stone baked again probably deep pan instead.

Food lacked quality very apparent that this institution is cutting corners. The pizza had no cheese taste and overall very basic. Fries were also abysmal!

Would love to order the big smash burger as it's my favourite, but not going to, not after last few times coming over an hour late, the last being 2 hours late is taking the P. I'm convinced they've changed management as the consistency gone.

pizza and fries arrived completely cold , fries were undercooked and by the time we received them were cold and soggy, don't think I'll be ordering again.

Great pizzas as always. Delivery was delayed, usually because they’re so busy. They made up by giving us complimentary portion of chips!

Great quality and very tasty pizzas loved by the whole family. Our favourite halal pizza takeout place. Never had any issues with Big pizza. Thank you for your top class service.

Use to really enjoy the food from here but quality seems to have dipped. Pizzas were tasteless, fries were dreadful and wedges over cooked. Even the chilli sauce had a weird sickening sweet taste to it. Shame used to be really good.

Haven’t ordered from here so was first time, and I was not disappointed. Fresh to the door hot. Perfectly crafted pizza even the most fussiest are all their food. Was not a fan of the loaded chips though, definitely personal preference. Would definitely order again

Never used this place before thought I'd give them ago. Order Xl pizza and fries. Was given a ETA that's fine so I wait and wait and wait. Rang up shop polite brother said let me ring driver find out was told 5 -10 mins. So I wait and wait after 25mins later it arrived hurray. Unfortunately pizza was literally stone cold swear. By car shop from my home is 8mins. What a shame tho sorry my bros stone cold pizza. Thumbs down from me.

Regular customer here. This is the only place we order pizza from and it's consistently great but today the small pizza was rock hard. The edges of the pizza were inedible. So disappointed 😞. Please guys don't do this as your pizza was like my last hope for good pizza in brum.
