Overall a really good restaurant and we would definitely go back. The service from Zaynah was really good. Was polite and checked up on us during our meal to make sure everything was ok. Can’t stress enough how good her service was. Decent street parking around which take 1-2 mins to walk. The restaurant is modern and clean. Good toilet facilities. Food was good with really good portions, we got the protein platter which is more than enough for 3 adults. The fish and the chicken wings were the highlight. We also ordered some donner which was really nice well worth ordering. Price wise was in line with what we ordered so about £25 pp including drinks. For us the chicken could have used more marinade & a dipping sauce with the steak would have been a big plus as well.

Good food quality, great atmosphere but above all the service from zaynah was outstanding. Will be returning here for sure.

A solid food spot in Birmingham! This was my second time at Ozzy’s and it’s one of the few places that I can’t really fault. The food and drinks were amazing. The burgers were delicious but the dynamite prawns really stole the show for me. I also had the mango crush which was very refreshing and would recommend. The toilets were clean and I also noticed a prayer mat(s) in the restaurant too which was reassuring in case I needed to pray.

Wow. Consistently delicious food, generous portions, and great customer service and atmosphere. Also has a family room in the back so a good family spot too.

Honestly, Ozzy’s smashed it! The food was super fresh, the peri-peri chips were crispy and full of flavor, and the chicken was cooked perfectly—juicy and seasoned just right. I asked for a few things to be done a certain way, and they delivered exactly what I wanted. Plus, the food came earlier than expected, which was a massive bonus. Perfect for my guests, and everyone loved it. Definitely ordering from here again!”

So I went to Ozzy and the food was really nice so because i had popcorn Chicken it was in the kids meal because I am a small eater my sister had a macaroni and cheese my dad had a special kebabish burger and my mum had a parmesan chicken and there is highchairs for babies and 2 toilets and a sofa for privacy and there is more seating around the back and it is wheelchair ecseable

First time visiting and unfortunately not a great experience. The kebabish was too saucy made me feel sickly after eating it. No onions and peppers were included which was disappointing. Wish they put less sauce on it. Chips were not bad that came with the meal. Mrs got a chicken burger which was decent. For the price I’d avoid the kebabish personally.

Everything here is just phenomenal from the food to the service to the atmosphere it’s so worth every penny. I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I’ve never ever had a bad meal. The best parmo and brownie I’ve ever had!!!!

Ozzy’s is an amazing food place! Delicious food, amazing service especially from Zayna!! She was so lovely, recommended some of her favourites and ensured we were okay and our food was how we wanted it. The atomsphere is lovely. Really good for children too as they have a childreb’s menu.

Had a brilliant food and eating experience

Came to Ozzys for a birthday with a party of 11, we were seated in the family room and we did book in advance. The hygiene of the table for abysmal. It was sticky and we used our own wipes to clean it which became green after a few swipes. The cutlery also still had food on it… This really set the tone. It was a rocky start but our server Zaynnah was amazing! She was really attentive and helped us with everything even if we asked for tissue 20 times lol. It was busy that day so food took around 30-40 minutes but it was delish! Everything was made perfectly and seasoned well! I ordered the Ballers Box which was VERY filling but we were able to take leftovers out. The mocktails were amazing but £8 is very pricey for not a lot of drink. The mac and cheese was also bland but mixed with the kebab it was okay. Overall it was a good experience with the family.

Went today for my nieces birthday. Very accommodating for a large group, service was great as was the food. Shout out to Zaynah for her hospitality and for taking care of us! Hope to visit again soon x

I tried the Baller Platter with the burger, doner, chips, lamb chops, and mac and cheese, it was incredible. one of the best I’ve ever had! I thought it was all hype, but it absolutely delivered. The lamb chops were especially nice they were tender and perfectly grilled. The mac and cheese was a bit mid but everything else was really, really good that it carried it through. Easy 10/10! Oh and the staff were Amazing. They also had a place for me to pray.

Shane real team player and great member of staff with great recomendtions. Guys from me its 8 out 10 for my first time here. Just portion needs to be a more with the chips. Back soooon A.K

Really good quality, decent prices

Ordered a parmesan munch box. Came with donner, steak chips, and parmesan. Food was served fairly fast and customer service was good. I liked that there was just some quiet sort of classical music being played instead of the loud songs you'd get in most other shops. Decor was nice and they were boycotting which is always nice to see from Muslim businesses. The food was good but I felt like the coriander on the donner overpowered it. Other than that everything else was fine

Some places have great looking food online, we have previously been catfished by a certain popular place. This places food looks good online and tastes even better in person! We had the Asian fusion fish and chips, a steak n rice and a side mixed kebabish, with a few mock tails. Portions are generous. Taste it right at the sweet spot, not over powering not underwhelming. Just right! The staff are great and help with suggestions, also it’s lovely to see the staff accommodate customers with of the menu items trying to give the customer the best experience. Perfect for family and friends , very welcoming warm environment. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Allhamdullilah one of the best steaks I've eaten!! Cooked to perfection. Very great service. They had an offer on the chicken parmesan which was lovely. The decor and atmosphere is great. And very good family seating

I always order my hot shot parmo from these guys and am obsessed with it each time I receive it!! The sauce, the chicken, the vegetables all look good together and I don’t know what they put in this magical recipe. It gets even better and even just the smell of it invites me to order it again. The staff is attentive, there is a prayer area to pray and the food is always fresh and mouthwatering!!

First time here, ordered two mini baller boxes one with beef burger and other with chicken burger both were cooked perfectly. Each meal also comes with a side of steak cut chips and donner kebabish, definitely recommend the house special flavour kebab. Great service and nice place to take friends and family.

Had the fish which was spot on and prepared with care, attention and patience. Honestly a really great experience. food is absolutely disgusting got the loaded fries cheese isnt melted properly not even hot or warm , chips arent cooked properly they’re still hard too much sauce makes it all soggy and disgusting wouldn’t recommend this nasty place get better if ur gonna sell loaded fries for £10 and then make it disgusting

I have been dining at Ozzy's on a few occasions and alhamdulillah the food is cooked to perfection. Great taste and great quality food at a price that is worth the money. Customer service has been fantastic as always. Very satisfied customer and I will be returning soon In Sha Allah.

I recently visited Ozzy's Restaurant, and I have to say it was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. A big shoutout to Zayna and the lads for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They used such appropriate and respectful language while serving us, which added a touch of class to the entire experience. Now, onto the food — absolutely delicious! The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor, easily one of the highlights of the meal. The rest of the dishes we ordered were equally fantastic, with every bite showcasing quality and attention to detail. The pricing was reasonable, especially for the quality and service we received. If you're looking for great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere, Ozzy's is the place to go. I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you, Zayna and team, for making our visit so memorable. Too expensive for average taste and small portions

Great place, lovely decor and a family friendly atmosphere. The sirloin steak was really well cooked and the sauce was delicious. Also ordered corn on the cob for my daughter alongside items on the kids menu, they didnt have the corn in store but they went out their way to get it and make it for her. The waiter who served us was polite and went above and beyond. Thank you we will be coming back again soon.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! The food, the service, the ambiance was all on point. Can't fault them at all. From the wait staff to the cooks, they all bought their A game! Zaina was amazing with the kids and Mac was an awesome waiter who knew the art of upselling. They're all a credit to the establishment. (They definitely deserve a pay rise!)
