Ozzys in Birmingham

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone! The food, the service, the ambiance was all on point. Can't fault them at all. From the wait staff to the cooks, they all bought their A game! Zaina was amazing with the kids and Mac was an awesome waiter who knew the art of upselling. They're all a credit to the establishment. (They definitely deserve a pay rise!)

My friend and I had a very pleasant experience at Ozzy's. Upon arrival we were led to a waiting area - briefly - before being seated. Our hostess 'Zayna' was bubbly, positive and very funny - which added to the experience. The star of the show was the actual food itself. Grilled to perfection, oozing with a melody of flavours and presented well. What further enhanced our experience was the in-house sauces. Again, cannot over emphasise how forthcoming our hostess 'Zayna' was. Her demeanour enhanced it

Honestly, one of the best places I’ve been too in regards to service, food & ambience. I had the mini ballers box which came with a burger, Kebabish & cheesy fries. Flavours were on point! Keep it up guys

Wow amazing joint. Somewhere who actually has great food good service and the decor is amazing. Went as a group for work and we all ordered a variety of food. Mix platter and baller box is to die for. Mouth watering Angus burgers grilled chicken and kebabish one of the best meals I had in a long time keep up the consistency guys see u next week

Visited for the first time with two friends and started with a large plate of moreish cheesy nachos and some superbly spiced and tender mutton chops Mains were shared..a cheesy chargrilled burger, their signature chicken parmesan and half a nicely spiced chicken. All hit the spot and, in my case, accompanied by a passion fruit mocktail which was none the worse for being alcohol free. Great service and a buzzy atmosphere.

Food was horrible over rated and the price is expensive for such a small portion also staff was too busy on there phone to even bother to serve don’t waste your time

Loved the burger and special donner. Donner would have been so much better if served hot rather than warm. Wouldn't go out of my way to visit this place but if you're nearby it's worth a visit.

I went with five friends. I had grilled chicken with chips and lamb chops with mash potato. All the food was well presented and very tasty and good large portions. Chicken was high quality moist and cooked until soft The lamb chops were juicy and full of flavour. They were medium to well done. Easy to tear and went well with smooth mash and fluffy chips.

Very accommodating friendly staff, helped with high chairs etc for children. Tasty food with good menu.

Excellent service Best chicken parmo- hot shot Dynamite chicken was not on the menu but the owner kindly requested this to be made for us. Definitely needs to be added to the menu as it was light, crispy and tasty ! Worth checking out this place. Only negative was I thought the interior it would be a lot bigger than it was.

Absolutely brilliant place to visit and eat. Staff, service and food were all 10/10... Food was hot, great sized portions and tasted absolutely beautiful. Big shout out to the famous Angry Chef who brought our food to is as well as check in to see everything was ok and and a MAHOOSIVE shout out Zaynah who made our dining experience so pleasurable. Best restaurant I have been to in Birmingham. Excellent service and food also the staff is so funny and have great banter which I always enjoy whoever reads this trust me it will be worth going with a partner, family or even on your own!!

I first order a chicken parmo few months ago and I loved the flavours. I was surprised it had a hot kick, spice to it but it was nice. I've ordered it a it five time and always tried the Juicy Lucy and ballers box. I enjoyed all of them but I must say I really enjoyed the chicken parmo. It worth trying. I just need to go to the restaurant and probably meet angry chef.

Waited over 1.5 hours for food and STILL nothing came. Staff didn’t communicate at all and the table next to us had been waiting 2.5 hours. Absolutely awful service. They should have told us beforehand about the wait so we could’ve made an informed decision.

I found a hair in my food. Despite pointing it out, they still made me pay for it! Not great tbh

Ozzy’s is a next-level spot for burgers! I had the kebabish burger, and it was too good—seasoned perfectly, mad juicy, and full of flavor. My friend got the chicken parmesan, and it was on point as well—crispy, cheesy, and proper tasty. The portions were big, and the service was quick and friendly. If you’re looking for something different from the usual burger places, Ozzy’s is the place to be. Trust, you won’t be disappointed

Very unpleasant staff and no professionalism. Had high expectations but the customer service was so appalling we had to leave the place. The waiter just threw the menu at us and the second waiter had a frown while asking ‘what do you want’.

Had the fish which was spot on and prepared with care, attention and patience. Honestly a really great experience. First time going and I have to say the hype ive been seeing online is actually real. Food is amazing, seating area is very very good, service was great. Owner was only a couple of tables away and even went out of his way to come over and see if everything was okay and if we needed anything else. Very very impressed!

Masha’Allah a solid food spot in Birmingham! This was my second time at Ozzy’s and it’s one of the few places that I can’t really fault so I’ll just mention my highlights: - The food and drinks were amazing. The burgers were delicious but the dynamite prawns really stole the show for me - the sauce on them was out of this world. I also had the mango crush which was very refreshing and would recommend. - Service was great with the waiters being very respectful, attentive and helpful. Well trained staff for sure. - The toilets were clean and I also noticed a prayer mat(s) in the restaurant too which was reassuring in case I needed to pray. They also had nasheeds playing which was great in creating a comfortable & family friendly atmosphere. - I noticed someone sat near us was on a wheelchair so accessibility is not an issue either. All in all a great experience and certainly a place l will return to Insha’Allah.

Fantastic! The sirloin steak was perfectly cooked, flavourful, and tender. The sides were delicious, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. Highly recommend for a great sirloin experience!

Staff were a little less professional than expected, considering they are promoting well on TikTok, food has always been top tier and still is, just for me the service was poor( when I had a reservation 2) otherwise all good.

I came to ozzys after seeing it on social media and boy did it live up to the hype. Usually places on socials don't live up to the hype this did had the cheat day box comes with a burger donner wings loaded chips and a brownie wow you'll see me next week for my cheat meal keep up the good work guys. Love the whole experience at Ozzys! Everyone was very welcoming and the atmosphere was very warm. Family orientated. Food was 10/10. Seen the video to this place in TikTok so thought well give it a try. Food was very good & the Algerian burger was the best burger I’ve had in Birmingham & I’ve eaten out plenty places in & around Birmingham & beats all burgers I’ve had else where, the place is nice & clean, bit small but don’t be put off, the service was fast & good size, defo recommend to give it a try

This has been on the list to check out for a while, so I finally took the trip to here.. Inside decor is really good, plenty of seating. Menu is easy to read and grasp. Service was abit abrupt, however, this may be because we came 1 hour before closing. Went for the mini ballers box; a burger, chips, and special donner. Beef burger was tasty, slightly dry but easily fixed with sauce. Chips were really tasty. The special donner, although it was tasty, was a little cold. Was expecting the donner to be much warmer. Overall, decent and good. A strong 7/10 - some improvements needed.

Wow. Bit of a wait, but a lovely place, with great food. Everything we had was good, a bit more pricey than other places that do the same, but actually everything we ordered was good.

I’ve been seeing this establishment on my TikTok for over a year now, so I decided go in yesterday for a meal. The decor of the place is 10/10. The waiter offended my friend as he made the assumption my friend can “eat a lot” due to his appearance. The food is okay, worry not the TikTok hype. For the price i paid, I really was expecting bigger portions. For ten pounds I got a little burger with huge chunky chips. With chunky chips it looked like you got a lot but in reality, you ain’t. I asked for green chillies to be put on my burger, I didn’t receive any. Even though the bill had it clearly on, and the waiter read it out twice. In overall it’s a nice place, but the portions don’t match the price at all. Another TikTok hype job again.

Honestly, hands down some of the best food I’ve had round here. Food was just right not super spicy. That nice I’ll be ordering again tonight for the game! Thanks guys 👍

Misleading Promotions and Overpriced Meals** I recently visited Ozzys Takeaway in Hall Green, and my experience was extremely disappointing. After seeing their TikTok videos promoting enticing prices for their munchboxes, I decided to give it a try. However, what I encountered was far from what was advertised. Firstly, it took 45 minutes to get there, which already set a frustrating tone. Upon arrival, I discovered that the prices displayed in their TikTok videos were not reflected in the actual menu. The prices were significantly higher than what was promised online. I felt deceived and misled by their promotional stunts. To make matters worse, the meal I purchased was overpriced and didn’t even include a drink. The disparity between what was advertised and what I received was shocking. The entire experience felt like a bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in under false pretenses. Traveling such a long distance based on deceptive advertising was absolutely not worth it. I strongly advise others to avoid this takeaway unless they make their prices and promotions transparent and consistent. This level of deception is unacceptable for any business. --- I hope this captures your experience accurately.

Beautiful place to come and eat. Amazing decor and lovely menu. Purchased the juicy Lucy burger meal. Although it was amazing; I felt like the burger was a bit deceptive. The bun was twice the size as the actual beef. This ultimately fills you up quickly. Nonetheless it was nice and freshly made. They do fat steak chips as opposed to fries. Also noticed, the store is kind of male orientated customers. Like generally speaking; I've tried to come with my misses and 4/5 times majorly of the store was males and she said to leave it. There is limited but free parking on the side roads if you're able to obtain a spot. Overall, really nice store, pray Allah SWT grants the late owner highest place in Jannah. Wish them the very best.

We had heard so much about Ozzy's we had to try out. When we arrived we were greeted and seated promptly. The interior is amazing and the staff were very friendly. We ordered the kebab nachos which were good. As a main we ordered the hot shot parmo. The portion was very generous and a good portion of fries. Overall a good dining experience. Fantastic service from the owners as we had a small issue with the parmo and it was sorted out.

Passed by this place and thought I’d try it - OMG I will be back. The food is 10/1000000000000000
