ordered from them before. really disappointed. ordered the same thing; smash burger was sweet and made me feel sick, the spicy dip chicken burger was dry and overdone and not saucy like last time. they forgot to give me my can drink. no refund on uber eats:( barely any chilli mayo salt and vinegar on chips which i left a specific note for.

Why would you put milkshakes in the same bag as the hot food . Can't even get the basics right. Horrible hot MILKSHAKES. Tiny little portions

Chicken tikka baguette hardly had any cheese on, don’t know why most fast food places are so stingy with cheese?? chicken also had a very weird taste to it… wedges were good and so was the shake

Best FlakeShake in the country. Worth me driving 20 miles for.In fact so good my nephew comes all the way from Teeside to it first before driving to us. Staff always respectful and fast service . Super clean . Busy and little parking means may have to walk. Take cash and card which is a bonus in that location .

Great place for a quick lunch idea. We got chicken panini. Very tasty and other varieties available as well as baguettes and other options. Although there is no parking outside the shop as its on main road there's plenty of other parking nearby. You can eat in or takeaway. They are polite and efficient preparing your order. I would highly recommend this place.

Great service and fabulous food.

Food seemed nice at the time and the staff helpful and I originally left a 5 star review on the day...HOWEVER I got food poisoning from my pasta order which had chicken in it a couple of hours later and spent the next 3-4 days nauseous with vomiting and diarrhea. I don't know if it was the timing (it was around 7pm when we visited) and so if the chicken had been left around all day or what but it definitely gave me a horrid few days afterwards. My sister who also had the same thing also got sick although she recovered quicker than I did.

Have to say I been meaning to try it a long while, they had no burgers left at all we went at 7pm on a Saturday so strange for sure, had to order from a restricted menu, the panini and baguette were hard so not soft and easy to eat over all was disappointed. Milk shake was absolutely delicious though and the wrap and fries were spot on, staff were lovely too

I have been coming to this place since it opened and not once have i been disappointed. Food is always on point, made to perfection and the taste is amazing. My go to place for good food with a variety of things to have. Best milkshakes i have had by far. The shop is always clean and the service is A***** Definitely recommend to anyone who wants good food the a variety of different options.

This place is pretty much overpriced for what it is. The milkshakes do not have the adequate ratio to even be called flavoursome and the only thing you are really getting is cold milk. The concrete cake is not fresh nor is it made on premises . I have noticed that they have purchased it from the corner store pre-packaged . Just for reference you will pay £1 for the cake in the corner store and it will be resold at an x2 mark up . ( Just make it at home it is a very basic recipe ) On the occasions i have visited this store the tables have always without fail been dirty . The floor itself seems a little sticky and i do wonder how they even managed to get a basic hygiene rating . Summary about this shop: Teenagers making teenage like deserts . Spend your money wisely and make more health conscious choices. As per the request below: I am not going to delete my review as we live in a democracy and i am more than entitled to my opinion . During the time in which i visited your establishment you we're selling concrete cake so i have no need to remove my comment. In regards to your hygiene rating i will take your word on it .

High prices with poor un friendly service.

Love coming here as their food is different to your normal small heath takeaway. The jacket potato and panini taste delicious and customer service is top. Never left disappointed after eating from here :)

The branch on stratford Road is better. As the portions are bigger and taster... money is well spend. Here they are quite stingy with their portion sizes

Always visit subshakes when in the area, the milkshakes are top notch and we've tried nearly all of them. The burgers are 10/10 as well, highly recommend the spicy dip burgers and the beef/chicken combo. The Cherry Rocher shake is my go to and the customer service is always great.

Ask for Panini but was given Bagutte bread. This is haram and you will all go to fire of jahanam according to the Qur'an.

Whenever I drive up to Birmingham, going to Subshakes for their orange sunset shake has become an obligation upon me and my family. They've now added a smash burger to their menu which is honestly one of the tastiest burgers i have ever had. That too shall be added to my rituals during my stay in Birmingham.

Great little shop with nice bites to eat and great décor. Downside, again with Small heath shops, are the catering assistants. more training should be given so they can represent the business in the best way. Food makes up for this, however.

I walked in to a very calm but busy atmosphere made my order staff are very polite the food came very hot and fresh would recommend!!

Very thin watery ice cream. Cookie dough looked like 2 supermarket cookies put in a microwave and also tasted burnt. Baguette was average.

Chicken panini is really nice but could add abit more chicken. Good portion size and value for money.

The chilli burrito looks nothing like the one in the picture and its all microwaved. Also the person preparing the meals didnt even wear gloves especially in covid times

Thought I'd try this place after seeing the good reviews. Sadly was a disappointing experience. The worker who served me couldn't understand English properly and I kept having to repeat myself. He then forgot to add my chosen sauces until I reminded him. The panini itself was OK, nothing special. Cheese was tasteless. Not had milkshakes so might be good for that.

Cool little shop based on Coventry road, very clean and modern Setup, you can tell money has been spent on decor and they haven’t cheaped out. Good service from the Indian lady who served me, very professional and polite. I ordered a chicken wrap, and although they seemed slightly busy I received my food quickly. Good quality bread on the wrap not a cheap brand and tasted very nice, perfect amount of chicken vs other toppings. Will be visiting again for sure
