Best local burger place by far. Fantastic burgers, nice quick service and the fries are just about the closest thing I've ever had to a McDonald's fry that wasn't from there. This has become my go-to burger joint ever since I discovered it.

Best burgers in Birmingham!! The cheese burgers (annd everything else on the menu) are amazing here! Staff are really friendly and polite too and treat their customers really well. Cant recommend enough. I don’t normally leave reviews but had to make an effort to give credit here!! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

Since the ownership change, the food is not the same. Went twice was really disappointed. The money you pay for and the food you expect is not enough for your money's worth. Old ownership use to take care of customers next level gives sauces, tissues, plastic cutlery and wipes. The burger patties are small and the fries are less. I rather go classics down the road.

Awful food, which a lay by caravan would be ashamed of. Undercooked, indigestible and unseasoned chips matched with a burger missing various depicted ingredients. The burger was at least edible; the chips mostly went in the bin.

Firstly walked in and looked at the menu and the staff were very helpful in assisting me in choosing the meal also giving me options. Service was quick food was very good quality one of the best beef burgers I've had. Hidden gem.

A+++++++ service from the Burger Shack lads, and one of the best places in the area. I have bought food from Burger Shack multiple times. The Smoky Doner is my absolute favourite. The meat is tender, soft and full of flavour! Other favourites are loaded fries. My nephew's LOVE the chicken nuggets and fries from here. Must have and they're fussy eaters!! Thank you!!

A friend of mine recommended i go to burger shack in Aston. I'm not much of a burger person however, I absolutely loved it. Everything was fresh, tasty, well presented and the staff were really friendly and not those typical sleazy guys behind the counter. I can’t cook properly, however, I am amazing food Critic and the food is definitely a 10 of 10.

Where to start....LOADED FRIES!!!! OH EM GEEEEEE!!! Seasoned perfectly, from the salt, to the spice, to the toppings, finger licking gooood. Portion size MASSIVE (and I still wanted more) well worth the money! It's under new management and the staff are so lovely. They have a special Donner meat, I'm not a massive Donner meat fan, ordered for my son, tried some...I'M MOST DEFINITELY GETTING MY OWN PORTION NEXT TIME!!! WOW! It's So flavoursome. And the special house sauce the manager makes, I NEED THAT RECIPE!!!! Their Triumph burger has to be the best I've had from a takeaway (I tend to opt for chicken burgers) I find beef burgers to be either dry or too salty, no flavour, but these guys here, their burger is packed with with flavour. Next week I'm ordering my own and not not sharing! I think Aston Burgershack is going to be my new weekend night dinner spot. Keep.making that great food 😁

Best burger place in Brum! They have a good range of Burgers like chicken fillet and cheese burgers. Minced and reformed beef in a vaguely disc-shaped slab, cooked, and placed inside a bread roll, possibly along with various vegetables and sauces. Served with a side of deep-fried, finger-length slices of potatoes, served hot and salted. Simple and juicy. a crisp bun, a succulent and consistent burger, with a slice of cheese, leaf of lettuce, and slice of tomato. The kind of burger that comes to mind when you think grilling in the summer.

Pretty much rip off mcdonalds. Tastes fine but the portion sizes are half the size of what they should be so only good for a child.

I visited Burgershack. The menu is presented beautifully. The atmosphere is very unique. The food wasn't satisfying. Maybe staffing problems, but my burger was lacking flavor. I will defo give it a second try inshallah.

Love love all the beef burgers here. A personal fav of both my husband and i. Even the fries, every single time we've ordered were super fresh and perfectly crunchy. The burgershack homemade sauce is really good. Similar to chipotle but better. Makes the burgers and fries even better!

Wow it's halal and some of the best burgers I've eaten. Smokey shack with grilled onions and a egg. Oh my God. Little expensive but we'll worth it. Dynamite fries will blow your head off but the rest excellent. Well worth a try. I don't really eat burgers but this place is a exception. It might be a small place but don't be fooled

I'd like to declare this the Halal McDonalds but 100x Better! Their beef burgers with their signature sauce is on a whole different level! The cheesy fries with actual melted cheese you would except to get on cinema nachos! I was ordering from Burgershack everyday at one point! I love their simple menu specialising in what they're excellent in! Unlike most takeaways who lump sump different foods on their menu, Burgershack just specialise in Burgers and very delicious ones might I add. Prices are great also! I'm hoping they add lamb burgers to their menu soon and I'll definitely be ordering with friends on nights in!

I was disappointed. Usually food is good, they have changed their fries, mine came with added charcoled bits, burger wasn't very nice either.

First time trying out this place, the cheese burger was slightly above average, please improvise on the spicy wings it was soaked in chilli sauce!

Served a spoiled Haagen daz milkshake. When reported didn't agree and finally put her finger in and tasted rather tasting from a spoon and told us to throw it away.

Travelled 12miles to get the food as heard it was good. Ordered but not tasted yet. Hygiene was appalling. Told nicely before someone complains that in these difficult times extra care is needed but I guess the owner took it wrong and he went a bit rude. These days they don't need polite opinions or don't care instead they are busy making money by cutting corners. I've been told gloves are same as washing hands. I haven't seen washing hands except 1 out of 6 young staff during my 10-15min wait. I have seen it myself scratching nose and hairs in a small space of food preparation.(not going into details of other things) Don't want this place to get shut down for little silly mistakes. I wasn't complaining but advised only that they should take a bite of extra care in hygiene in this pandemic. Good luck.

🍔 Smokey XL Burger consisted of 2 beef patties and chicken rasher. Meal came with fries and Pepsi. Served with 2 Algerian sauce dips They claim their patties are 100% prime beef but there was tiny pieces of gristle! They are either being dishonest or their supplier is. Rasher and fries were ok Hygiene rating unavailable. £6.50 for a low quality burger meal isn't worth it

Great quality food at great prices. My only advice to management would be to stop and look at your processes to improve efficiency and ease workflow to make it easier for your staff to manage the demand.

The food at this place is banging really fresh hot and tasty and the bunch of lads are great with providing top quality service. I Was staying in Birmingham (I’m from Leeds) the weekend and liked it that much ended up going both days whilst I stayed over for the weekend. Deffo worth trying out and the price is surprisingly cheap for the food because it’s so good. From the fries to the burgers it’s all on point. Well done lads hope to see you again In’sha’allah when I’m down thanks.
