Really tried to love this establishment but the inconsistency amongst the food is terrible. I have spent hundreds of pounds over the last 6 weeks with them for the family during our move and settle in and the food has always either been cold, melted, or most recently inedible. The owner tried to offer us freebies for the few times they made awful mistakes, like packing ice cream on top of hot food and then wondering why it arrives a cup of milk! however the final straw for me was finding a big black curly hair in my waffle balls. I had to contact the safety and support team at UBER who refused to do anything other then feedback to the restaurant ,I couldn’t even think about eating anything else due to how sick I felt. They eventually refunded me for the item once they verified the picture. Uber are useless and I am sick of calling the restaurant to complain! I will not spend my money here again now. It’s a shame because the food is tasty but with the hair in my dessert and having to throw it away! I’d rather not. Picture below is what I found in amongst my waffle balls, lodged in to the chocolate! And no I don’t have any hair on my head, I’m bald by choice and none of us have Black hair!! Vile!

Ordered from this dessert shop at midnight and wow, it was amazing . The desserts were delicious, and the shakes were perfect. It was my first time trying them and I am definitely ordering again. Highly recommend for late-night cravings! 😉

Had a chance to visit this desert shop. Their taste is matchless, especially the strawberry drink with mint,loaded fries and chicken burger. Recommended to everyone. Just try it once.

Terrible new owners milkshake tasted like water

Don't use them. They are dying for money. Justeat app place my order accidentally twise instead of calling me confirming me for identical order is it right they just made the food and send it to customers. I think they are tied up with just eat. Stay away. When you call them they will tell you we can't help you call just eat. If you call the customer first place this never could've happened. You lost a regular customer. One phone call could help both parties.

The waffle (strawberry sensation) is so amazing and the king blue drink is wonderful .we can't compare

The Kinder Bueno and Malteser milkshake was the worst milkshakes We have ever had it tasted of just milk and ice it was very thin

First time ordered and local to shop first delivery was 15-20min late then waffle tasted like banana when ordered a oreos and strawberry waffle oreos crumbs tasted like sweats not crushed cookies milk cake was soggy like was old or not even certified milk cake just a normal cream spong cake soaked in milk only thing was on point was hot choclate

Milkshake was absolutely disgusting and cookie dough was cold and tasteless. One of the worst places I’ve ate from and will never go again. I got sick couple days later. Food hygiene must be poor.

I've given a 1 star purely for customer service. The mojito was nice however.. I come in to order to be told card machine was not working. My son wanted the drink but I was told the nearest cash point was 15 minute walk, I said if I can pay via just eat as I can do a collection order. No problem. The price charged is twice the amount in-store. Not one of the two staff a young lady and guy offered to refund the difference when I had clearly come in as a walk in customer for something that would take a few minutes and just good customer service would gone a long way but also would be fair. I find it wrong that you charged me £9.00 for something that's £4.50 because your machine wasn't working. For that a total 1 star it's a real shame. If the owner is seeing this please eCheck order placed 7/4/23 around 6.45pm for collection one mojito item, you can see I'm in store already.

We Were in Birmingham and fancied some dessert before the journey back to Bristol. We came across S’mores and their packaging caught our eye - lets just say they did not disappoint. Their waffles are so fresh and amazing quality. I will definitely be back when visiting birmingham for some of their s’morijtos which looked unique. This is a must try place and you wont be disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered through deliveroo and the restaurant themselves delivered. But they didn't even go to the right address and when we called up we were on the phone for half an hour as they refused to refund us even though it's their fault they went to the wrong address! deliveroo was no help either! Appalling service don't order from here they will steal your money.

All the deserts are so yummy particularly ice-cream is so delicious. I enjoy visiting shop.

The staff are extremely helpful and considerate and give a good portion. I must admit I am amazed by Armaans professionalism and his willingness to go the extra mile in customer satisfaction. I cannot stress and recommend this desserts shop enough and now has become my local desserts for my weekly cravings! I really love the brownie desserts and the oh so berry mojito.

I ordered takeaway from this shop after hearing my chemistry teacher owns the place,idk if he even does or not, but everything arrived in great condition and tasted perfect. Mr yaqub if you are reading this I got a grade 5 and I’m doing biomed in sixth form 🤠

Was recommended this place a couple times, really nice shop decor. Clean inside. Just got a milkshake, lotus was really nice, thick and tasty. One size which is a plus, decent pricing. Next time I’ll try the rest of the stuff.

Amazing Desserts, Amazing quality

Absolutely appalling service. So rude and disgustingly spoken staff. Asked for some chocolate sauce drizzled on some ice cream and the staff refused. Cancelled my whole order twice with no explanation and was charged both times. Will definitely be taking this further and will make sure the shop is known for their disgusting attitude and customer service. Even though I am a regular customer, loyalty means nothing to their business. SHAME ON YOU. Call yourselves a local community food service.

Have nothing bad to say about the shop.Very small size shop Desserts were acceptable standard and taste. Negative was there was plastic cutlery and take away style even though we were dining in. So maybe they can improve on presentation.Not suitable for big families due to limited seating . Good for 2 to 4 people. But as a takeaway it is good

My second time having this. Enjoyed it way more than the first time. Will definitely be my local dessert shop from now. Ordered a waffle , a crepe and few other things. It is rare that the food matches the aesthetics of the shop. Usually the shop looks better than how the food tastes. Plus love that the mojitos are in cans. Highly recommend !

All I can say is WOW, I got dessert from here for the first time and wow so nice, I normally buy from somewhere else and my son told me about this shop so today evening we went to get some waffles and milk cakes , after eating the waffles I was well chuffed, so light to eat not strong at all. It was a quick service and brother came to the car to give them to us. Will recommend to all u out there, and I will defo be going back . Honestly the best dessert place in Birmingham! I’m a regular customer. The quality of the food is amazing, this is coming from someone who’s very picky with food!! As well as that, the customer service is top notch! They’re so accommodating and helpful as well as kind! I made a mistake on my order yesterday, they had already made the waffle that I had ordered however when I got to the dessert shop to collect, they kindly out of their own will told me to wait whilst they made me a new waffle of my choice for free as well as giving me the waffle I had ordered!!!!!! I don’t know any other dessert parlour that show that much kindness to their customers. I would 1000000% recommend people to try this place out .

Very nice desserts, the icecream is quality, great customer service and one of the only places that take card payments.

Ferrero Rocher cheesecake was just ok. Strawberry cheesecake was awful. Very artificial, cheap tasting, nothing authentic about it. Prices are very expensive for the quality! Customer service was the only good thing above it my order. Packaging was great however I would rather have good quality desserts and cheap packaging, rather than the other way round!

I was drawn to this shop at first from a Instagram post I saw on my explore page, so I decided to check it out and I was not disappointed! Their desserts are exceptional all the way to the customer service to the decor and the desserts themselves everything was exceptional. The interior is amazing great to have a catch up with your friends and family. Definitely recommend and will be paying another visit !

First of all what can I say the decor was wow the staff were really friendly and welcoming considering it's their first business. It's a family business so the vibes are really friendly you feel welcomed the atmosphere is superb. The deserts had fabulous presentation 100%. My favourite were the smorijtos which are their take on the classic mojitos I honestly can say that they tasted like the ones I had in a 5 star hotel in dubai I have reviewed a lot of deserts and mojitos this these 10/10. Definitely I will be back there again pay the place a visit you won't be disappointed

Attended a local opening of it was for friends/family but public was welcomed too. I can’t tell you how fussy I am about ice cream but ice cream was bang on full of flavour?!
