The best restaurants in Three Moors Torridge South West

We were here on a short break and just by luck booked a table at the Globe. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for a meal. The service was excellent from walking in, we had 2 kids with us (9&12) and were offered a game to play which was lovely of them. The food and drink was lovely and tasty. It’s not often that you tick all of the boxes but this pub does, we would thoroughly recommend.

Wow, what a lovely welcoming local pub. We had a long day of travelling and managed to call to get a last minute table after seeing good reviews. The staff were friendly and patient and the atmosphere is cosy and quirky but nice and relaxing! Now onto the food, we ordered the bacon cheeseburgers on pretzel buns and they were genuinely amazing. Son had a chicken burger kids meal which was very generous and the cheesy chips were a huge portion and smothered in melted cheese. We were really impressed by the prices, the portions and the place in general. Despite not being locals it didn’t feel like we were out of place. There was our family of 6 and 3 small dogs and we felt comfortable and welcome. Would happily go back again. Highly recommend!

The new owners, Justine and Andy, have transformed this friendly village pub. They provide great meals at great prices as well as events such as music and quiz nights. We run a B&B nearby and lots of our guests have been there and provided good reports to back up our own experiences. Well done!

Fabulous birthday lunch with family. Food was perfect, all fresh and was a really nice atmosphere. Staff were lovely, very attentive without being intrusive. Good value for money, clean and welcoming. Will definitely return

Great pub in small rural village. The locals were a friendly bunch, and the Landlord was great, even bought us a drink. What a gem well worth the visit. We didn't order food so have not reviewed it.

Stunning. Simply stunning. One of the finest meals I’ve ever had. And they serve Hawkstone cider on top. Do not hesitate to eat here. I can’t wait to go back.
