Recently had a celebratory meal here for 14 of us. Service was excellent and the food was amazing, we did do a pre-order which ensured everyone’s meal was bang on. Big shout out to the staff who made it such a good day.

The food here is very good. The chicken and belly of pork were perfectly cooked, as were the accompanying vegetables. Also excellent value and good service. Would recommend.

Disgusting amount of litter surrounding this cafe and didn't see one bin. Get out there and clean your messy area. Please!

Was so looking forward to eating here as had heard rave reviews. Sadly it was a disappointment. Menu was different to that online (changed ownership??), and a basic pub menu was on offer. No steak, run out. Chicken burger was incredibly dry and tasteless, mashed potato with lamb was a grey colour and the staff did not seem to understand gluten free. Highly unlikely to return.

Large local boozer. Popped in on a Tuesday November afternoon. Never expected to be heaving, but nice that it was open

Little village location next to a large hall and church. Fab staff, decent food, lovely rooms and owners for whom nothing is too much trouble. Wish we'd arrived sooner to check out more the local ales. I can't see why anyone would go travelodge or chain hotel if visiting this part of England or surrounding area.

What a wonderful place to eat. My husband and I enjoyed a perfect breakfast here yesterday. My better half had a full English, cooked to perfection and demolished in record time whilst I devoured a delicious veggie breakfast. Although I'm not vegetarian, the sausages, as well as the other items, were spot on. Then, although I didn't really have room, I couldn't resist the children's sized pancakes. Greedy but gorgeous. I have visited the Fit Grill several times now and have never been disappointed with either the food or the friendly, helpful staff. Give them a go and make up your own minds.
