On time delivery. Food great as always

Often very busy with a confusing car park though they do offer delivery to your car. Food quality has been as expected but the feel of the place is kind of below average. This isn't the fault of the staff at all. It's as clean as usual. It just is a weird shape, a bit small, and not in a particularly nice location. Better for quickly passing through, I would imagine.

If your staff understood basic English better, they may not keep getting orders wrong! Again, no fries in my order after I paid for them! Sort out some decent staff!

I’ve been having deliveries from here for years and previously been good. Last time I ordered pizza and I think the delivery guy had it on its side as it was squashed up on the side. Today I had a pizza delivery and it tastes really bad. Some of it isn’t cooked and the bottom of the base has green mold on it. So very disappointing

UPDATE. Last night, for a good 30mins the ap showed as 'checking & cutting' (why so long?). Once our order finally arrived (1hr 10min from ordering). Both pizzas were pretty cold, even worse the toppings were scarce and the pepperoni, we'll what there was of it was so thin I could read a newspaper through it. Admittedly we were sent an automatic apology message re time taken, with a free medium pizza offer which we will take up, but unless food is hot with a reasonable standard of toppings I'll be looking elsewhere for my pizza in future. (Previous) Glad Filton has reopened. Pizza came quick although not very hot. There was a lacking in toppings, much less than we used to have on our pizzas from here. Tasted good though, still beats other pizza chains. Please don't be so stingy with the toppings next time.

Abbeywood retail park. Manager making fun of me because I asked for the same coffee as the previous customer. Poor joke if it was meant as one. If I hadn't have been with my daughter I may have given him a mouthful back and left. As it was my daughter and her friend wanted to stay. He needs to remember that without customers, he will be out of work. This is one customer that will now choose Cafe Nero instead of Costa.

Lovely food, but the service wasn't the best. It was unclear on how to order and when I went to order one of the meal deals (pizza and drink), you could only order two options of the sides, which is either chips or wedges, which isn't anywhere on the menu. The wait wasn't terrible for two pizzas with two sides, but the store was empty despite it being 6pm on a Saturday, but I can't fault the food.

Absolutely piss poor food. This place needs shutting down and revamping. I live a street away from this place and drive past it every day, the pigeons on the roof should be enough to warn people the hygiene isn't great. Wouldn't buy a sausage for my dog from here
