Costa Coffee in South Gloucestershire

Abbeywood retail park. Manager making fun of me because I asked for the same coffee as the previous customer. Poor joke if it was meant as one. If I hadn't have been with my daughter I may have given him a mouthful back and left. As it was my daughter and her friend wanted to stay. He needs to remember that without customers, he will be out of work. This is one customer that will now choose Cafe Nero instead of Costa.

Sat on a sofa next to the counter and it was absolutely filthy. I should have taken photos for health & safety reasons!! Above the sofa was a hole in the wall that was perfectly round so appeared as a drill hole. We had a 2 year old with us who poked a small toy dinosaur in it. We were approached by a member of staff who accusingly asked if the hole was already there!! Somehow I would hardly think a small child and toy would make a perfectly round hole!! A while later she appeared again and very rudely said to stop the child from poking the hole because he was going to make it an expensive repair. I did point out that it was going to need repairing anyway, she then turned away saying something I didn't catch. I do not appreciate being approached in such a rude and accusing manner. This member needs a lesson in manners and approaching customers in an appropriate way.

This Costa Coffee is by far our favourite Costa. And that is solely due to the staff who work at this location. Sudeep, Meghan, Lucy, are all amazing/kind/caring/funny staff. Sudeep is an absolute credit to Costa Coffee at Filton Abbey Wood. Myself and my partner are vegan and Sudeep always keeps an eye out for us with ingredients, offering products that are vegan, and ALWAYS brings a smile to our faces every morning. Without fail we return every time we are passing by for work.

Drive through - ordered frappe and popcorn drink. No toppings so we asked for them. Attitude not great tbh. She took the cream off with her back to us and put sugar on. I didn't feel comfortable. so threw drinks away.

Popped in to get a take out coffee before setting off on holiday. Service was quick and friendly. The seating areas were also well kept and the place was clean.

We drove up to Costa after a successful Pets at Home shopping trip to find the drive thru closed. Ended up going to the other Costa at Cribbs Causeway which had a massive queue. Not sure why they would have needed to close. Annoying.

Have visited Costa's at Filton a few times, and usually the service if good. Unfortunately on this occassion it was slow due to one member of staff interfering. The member of staff should have been serving yet decided to interfer in what others were doing, which held the queue up.

Very short staffed the staff that were working were very stressed which was upsetting to see. Long queue and lots of take always.

Usual fayre. On a retail park which is very busy. Parking always a struggle. Disabled bays a bit too far away.
