Costa Coffee in South Gloucestershire

Ice machine didn't work when I went there which was slightly disappointing

unfortunately didn't get the name of the staff but there were 4 people on this morning and they were all brilliant not usually a morning person but was chuffed to meet everyone and have a laugh the service was quick and easy too and it made my morning I want to especially thank the gentleman on the till and the lady who doesn't like mocha's ;) have a great time and hope to see you soon

Coffee tastes awful, shame for such a busy station

They deliberately serve small portions in your drinks A large cup is often 50% foam

Service is good and quick But Its been few times now Busy time you will not get what you pay for. Cup is not even full .

Staff are great. Despite being busy. Staff happy to help. Didn't have to wait to long to be served. Alway great to see open as you can't alway get a drink on the trains as there don't have buffet cars.

It says it’s open from 6am to 6pm, however every time I come after 6am it’s always closed. I wish it’s more honest about its opening times.

An utter disgrace, 15:20 and not serving any hot sandwiches as the grill was turned off ready for them to close!!!! Advertised opening hours until 18:00 🕕????

I was very excited by the ad at Costa Coffee in Parkway Station for a Feta Salad Bowl. I queued up and was told to go to the non Costa restaurant upstairs as the till was broken. I said I wanted a Costa coffee and the Feta Salad bowl not the Upper Crust sandwiches upstairs. I was then briskly told I’d have to wait 10 minutes while the till was rebooted. The reboot took 2 minutes. The Feta Salad Bowl I was gruffly told was in the display case. Nope. Nor was it in the fridge. They’d run out. No apology. Take it or leave it. Believe me I will just leave it next time. Manners cost nothing. Nor does good stock taking or good service.

I agree very much with reviewer S. of a year ago. And yes excellent efficient keen staff here. Excellent to find at the Station, Bristol Parkway railway, and in its foyer. Brings good cheer to extra tough days of recent times. And : Thank you to the staff here and elsewhere, of Costa, their coffee shops in North West Bristol South Glos known. Persevering in their work and hours in tough days: much appreciated ! Thank you to Costa Coffee co. too: very appreciated.

This is how costa serves food in a train station. Very hygienic lol.

Fantastic little costa especially during lockdown, been my little bit of pleasure during my walks, lovely staff, great toasted sandwich and coffee and cake, even better Mon-Wed as all food half price. Happy staff, very sad to see them have to close on Wednesday 27th Jan but assured they will be back.

Concession stand in parkway station main hall, pretty slow early on with 1 staff member but standard offering so not too bad.
