went through the drive through and ordered a mcflurry, got told they aren’t doing any mcflurrys as they “aren’t using the milkshake machine today” we then see mcflurrys in the window and go in after collecting our food to find out that they are actually serving mcflurrys but they told us they aren’t!!

It's fast food so it is what it is but the food was fresh, hot and tasty! The assistant manager was super brilliant, the whole place is really well run, I was impressed by the efficiency of the team!

Good place to eat before heading to ASDA.

Ordered for the whole family, one item was a cheese burger "with no bun" for one of my daughters... no bun for obvious reasons... was quite shocked when I heard the serving staff shouting to the kitchen staff "(insert staff name) SOME WEIRDO HAS ORDERED A CHEESE BURGER WITH NO BUN, SO CAN I HAVE THAT NOW PLEASE!?" Yeah... thank for that McDonald's, Happy 50th to you too!

No milkshake again. Why don't they serve milkshake and ice cream after 11 am? Even though we arrived after 12:20 p.m. There are too many McDonalds not serving milkshakes these days. Why? If I could, I would have left no star rating.

Ordered 2 salads and 2 wraps takeaway in bag, after few miles I've fond only 1 salad and 2 wraps, I believe that's mistake but not nice order 12

Chips were anemic and not cooked properly chicken burger was dry with hardly any mayo didn't realise until were driving away and eating but staff were helpful

Food was hot and nice, but the time they take to serve sometime is a bit more than a usual. As you know kids can't wait, so yeah. Need to check on cleanliness and safety, as seen some spills in the sitting area.

Used the drive thru. Fast, efficient, and food was hot which makes a change from my local McD.

Where do I start when I walked in there seemed to be piles of rubbish on some tables. Also when we got are food my brother seemed to have a hair in his drink! The only good thing about are time at this McDonald's was the fast service. But overall McDonald's DO BETTER!!!

I was There 1st Time and wow how efficient and quick. Busy bees behind counter amazing work people. I am not a fan of food I had a bbq wrap it was good . Hard working people there . Place was clean and very organised.

If you’re going to order from either of the McDonald’s in Cribbs, order from this one. The other one is rubbish, whereas this one I have no complaints.

Always a nice place to visit at cribbs next to asda. My boy loves mcds Friendly staff. Good food and service. The man who cleans and tidys also keeps the place lovely.

Not all drinks that came were what I had ordered. No dips that were ordered came and food wasn’t very warm

Food was not delivered to my home, it was dumped outside the other number 10 in the centre of the street. Luckily the other number 10 found it and dropped it over. The person who did this should not be delivering food, they clearly are incapable.

Chicken share box was missing 50% of its contents, other from that order was correct, don’t feel like I’ll be able to get a refund so I hope this gets sorted

Wrong food turned up was given 9 chicken nuggets instead of the 9 selection chicken boxas they will be cheaper and was ripped off

Macdonalds is really going down hill. We waited half an hour for our food at drive through. Its no longer a fast food restaurant due to staffing levels not meeting the high customer throughput.

Ordered on line, watched order through right through with 2 hungry children, to following delivery driver, who got very close, next road, then stopped I was waiting by the buzzer. Thinking he may have had another nearby delivery, we waited, then was advised delivered. That was it, no food no other notification. The total order value was £16.73. The children were worried, still hungry, so I had to order again making a fun treat very expensive. The second identical order was delivered, but the driver said that my address was wrong! It has been this address for many years, the postcode brings you straight to the correct block. Also my proximity gives me a view of vehicles coming in from the road, I know he made no attempt to come to the correct address. Please can you refund to me the cost of the the total order £16.73 thank you.

swapped out burger for nuggets. called back and told to accept I will be short changed. no credit or change offered

Where to start? It was 7am on a Friday morning, there were only 4 people in the unit. The staff are very Slow, did not get my order right just standing around when there was plenty of work to get on with and had to ask where half of it was, the manger took the order he was clueless. The place is very dirty, the tables had not been wiped down, kids screens had not been wiped or cleaned for days, the toilets were dirty and the floor had not been brushed. Not been to a MacDonald for over a year and will not be going back soon..

Good mcdonalds, but it does get very busy as it is just off the motorway. Good amount of parking. Drive through. 2 click and collect bays. 2 disabled bays. Restaurant is small inside with not a lot of seating. Staff are friendly. Car park area is tidy

Didn't get my apple pie. My fault for not checking but I'd expect the mongoloids that work here to do their job.

Went in again today and was busy but easy to order on the screens waited less then 3 minutes and was out.

This is not a 3.7 star McDonald's. Service was good helpful and friendly. food was ok, burger was nice but the fries was cold and soft and the first Chocolate Milkshake i had was disgusting and the second one was better but still bad.

Not happy with the delivery service, the driver refused to deliver it to the door because I am in a flat. He told me to come down to collect and then hung up. He did not pick up my return call, so my partner had to go down to get it. I find this very poor, unprofessional service and rude considering I have paid for delivery which the driver couldn't be bothered to provide fully. I would like the delivery cost refunded in light of this poor service.

I got food poisoning from your chicken wrap, which caused me agony for 3 days and missed time at work. I will never visit any of your branches again! Terrible experience 😢 😞

Poor service, few mistakes on our order. Two of staffs attitude was really poor and wasn’t a pleasant visit. There was only one lady who work there is very lovely and understood our issues compare to other staffs.

Always busy but service is very quick. Had a wrap, it was really amazing. The food is amazingly cheap but very high quality.

Every time I order McDonald's through Just Eat, my food ends up being ice-cold. I'm shelling out my money for their service, and they can't even be bothered to keep my food warm enough for the trip to my house. It's an utter letdown.

Worst McDonald's restaurants I have ever been too. Service was slow even though not being very busy. When I finally received my food it was cold and the galaxy hot chocolate I ordered was warm and the cream that was on the picture had melted.

This place is becoming more and more a chav safe haven for kids to mess around in. Food is very very slow, latest timer for 1 x cheeseburger was 6 minutes and when arrived was luke warm.

Placed a order for the family of 4 costing nearly £30 via the app for collection and they forgot the fries May be quality check needs to improve. Although went after we got home to get and they apologised and gave the missing fries.

went through the drive through and one machine wasn’t even serving but the other one was. the only reason i came here was to get the squash mallow in the happy meal but i came out with a book and for some reason 2 milks
