McDonald's in South Gloucestershire

Amazing delivery time, couldn’t be happier. Only issue is my drink arrived half spilled, not too bothered by it but still a bit frustrating.

We ordered 7 items, 6 food items and one drink. Only the drink was delivered which had spilt everywhere so nothing of it was left. Fast food it definitely was not. I would like my delivery fee refunded too

I've stopped here a few times a year for over a decade in the middle of a five hour journey to see family. Occasionally they mix up an order, but generally they're good and the food is the same as any McDonald's. It can be slow, but I think that's generally because we go at busy times. Disabled parking, fair amount of normal parking spaces, and an easy to access drive through. Wheelchair accessible entrance, and a lot of space where you order and wait for your food, but eating in with a wheelchair may be hard as there are a lot of tables and not a huge amount of space. I think the disabled toilet has only been out of service a few times I've been there, which is a good record. But honestly the best thing about this McDonald's is the door to the disabled bathroom- it's extremely light, and it slides open and closed. It has a very light aluminium lock that swings virtually into place, with a large handle that uses gravity both ways to swing it out. It's not fiddly, an amputee would easily be able to lift it with their elbow. It may seem odd that I'm practically gushing about a bathroom door, but I don't think a lot of people think about how hard it can be to push open (or even worse, PULL open) a heavy door when you're in a wheelchair, or crutches, or have any of a massive slew of other issues. I wish every single disabled bathroom in the world used this type of door.

Not many nice and quite beats paying a fortune like most places

Food took well over an hour to arrive when stated it would take 30 mins, arrival time just kept getting later and later. Food finally turned up and every item was stone cold and rock hard, drink was flat and watered down from the melted ice, everything completely inedible. Even my 2 year old refused to touch it. Not the first time this has happened with this restaurant, never again complete waste of money.

Exceptional service from Ryan who was working the drive through 17/1/24 - after being told by another member of staff that we couldn’t amend our daughters burger because it’s ’too Busy and wouldn’t let it slide’, Ryan put it through just how she liked with no problems. Big credit to him.

food cold had go down stairs in flat to get it when I pay for delivery to my door

Double quarter pounder was just a normal quaternary pounder with 2 slices of cheese, I don’t know how you messed that up, everything else was fine.

bbq stack had only one burger should of had two one of my katsu curry wrap was missing this restaurant are always getting orders and to top it all off drinks spill in bag.

Food was not packed properly it's all looked like it was smashed and thrown in the box... No sources no napkins... In toilets some of the stuff was out of order.

Order says it’s been delivered but never received

It’s kind of cramped for a MaccyD’s so I wouldn’t sit in again but we were stopping en route to visit my husband at the hospital and it was convenient. Huge shout out to the gent in the glasses with the four letter name where the second letter was a t (I’m sorry I forgot the actual name 🤦🏼‍♀️). He was supremely friendly with me, and I was all stressed and remember thinking well he’s very nice. Whilst I was sat down I heard him bringing food to someone else… and he was jovial and polite… then a few minutes later he delivered food to the couple sat opposite us and I heard them commenting what a lovely gentleman he was. Definitely deserves a pat on the back.

food was stone cold, even the fillet of fish which would have been fresh. fillet of fish burger got thinner again! rubbish!

How can you deliver meals and have no fries included in it

we were sat in the drive thru for 30 mins and we haven’t even payed yet unexceptable!

Smells like fish, old chips and coke that's been poured and left so it's flat and no longer cold. Do better.

Ordered sweet chili dip but you guys packed BBQ and garlic mayo for me. It's not nice

Ordered on the app, after waiting 20 minutes went to the counter and they hadn't prepared our food. Young man who prepared and brought it to us straight away was great. Mens toilets had a plugged toilet and only 1 urinal, no soap and hands dryer didn't work.

Need to up their game with their veggie menu, a veggie breakfast mcmuffin would be awesome as I'm getting well bored of just egg cheese. And can't the Mcplant have a fun alternative sometime as well please, I get meat eaters are their main customers and I use to absolutely love it, but now I'm not I can see how limited their menu is. Also never make Terry chocolate orange festival pies again, they are awful!

Ordered a burger with no cheese, yet got all the way home to find that even the most basic request was completely ignored despite the very clear label on the box instructing otherwise. Complete waste of food, time and money!

The food was cold and it took them over 2 hours to make the food and it to be picked up I order my food a 8:20 am and it got to me at 9:50 this is shocking delivery time and just eat was no help .

been waiting for 3 hours to get my order and now it`s saying its delivered? no option to cancel the order or to get my money back. how am i supposed to contact anyone?

My delivery slot changed 3 times and I waited nearly an hour for fast or not so fast food. To top this it all came cold leaving myself and my wife less than impressed. I won’t be ordering again in a hurry.

Last night, a group of us was excited to grab some food after a long event nearby. We arrived around 10:40/45, and as soon as we walked in, we noticed the manager's expression change to one of disgust, and he shook his head at us. At one point, one of our guys arrived late, and the manager along with another staff member tried to stop him from coming in. When our friend told the manager he was with us, he rolled his eyes and then reluctantly let him in. It was disheartening to feel unwelcome right from the start. When we finally received our food, we were told to hurry up and leave because they were closing soon. The manager's body language clearly indicated that he didn't want us there, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. As a result, we ended up eating outside in the cold in the disabled parking space, which felt quite awkward. On a positive note, the food was decent, and I have to commend the rest of the staff. They were respectful, friendly, and showed enthusiasm, which helped lighten the mood. However, the overall experience was overshadowed by the manager's attitude. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future, as it really impacts the dining experience.

Came with daughters today, it was very busy but service was great, we all had the new £5 meal deal which was great value. I didn't get her name but the blonde lady on the floor area cleaning tables etc was so friendly and helpful, she over heard me say my phone had died so was worrying about getting home as bus ticket was on there so she offered to put it on charge in office for me! Very grateful ❤️

Generic food..you know what to expect..decent cheap coffee.

This is over rated slow service food chain restaurant. Unfriendly and slow service. Don't get what you ask for if its grab and go. Truly disappointed with this macD. Tried avoiding particularly this one but again forget and enter due to forcing kids and again remember this will never improve.

Struggled ordering from touch screen .very kind young lady helped me order for myself and my grandchildren. Her name was Stacey and she was very friendly and helpful with lovely smile .Will visit again because of her help and service .thanks once again Stacey .

Extremely SLOW service!! Waited for 20 mins to get one Burger. There also is a strong greasy smell as soon as you arrive which suggests the fryers are dirty and old oil. Not smelt anything like it at other McDonald's

Don’t order from this branch. They repeatedly ignore dietary requirements and fail to follow specific requests on what is included in your order. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I waited an hour for my food and when I bit into it there was eggshell in both the wrap and the mcmuffin.

Madly busy at any time of day. Staff are rushed off their feet trying to fulfill orders. Food is standard, service struggled to be fast enough. Tiny seated area means takeaway is definitely advised.

7am here at donken, egg n bacon sandwich meal with a cappuccino at a great price. We have to be honest, the cappuccino was grand. PS. Go double bacon for more flavour.

You should change the lids of the drinks when the delivery service delivers the drinks, they don't stop, they spill through the hole opened in the lids, change the lids urgently for deliveries. in all restaurants

He told me he got the wrong order took it with him to change it and hasnet come back and put down he’s delivered it

Excellent visit this morning for breakfast clean and tidy with friendly staff

went through the drive through and ordered a mcflurry, got told they aren’t doing any mcflurrys as they “aren’t using the milkshake machine today” we then see mcflurrys in the window and go in after collecting our food to find out that they are actually serving mcflurrys but they told us they aren’t!!

It's fast food so it is what it is but the food was fresh, hot and tasty! The assistant manager was super brilliant, the whole place is really well run, I was impressed by the efficiency of the team!

Food was freezing cold by the time it got here, the burgers look like they were slung together with no care for food preparation, and the drinks were spilt and half empty.

Good place to eat before heading to ASDA.

Ordered for the whole family, one item was a cheese burger "with no bun" for one of my daughters... no bun for obvious reasons... was quite shocked when I heard the serving staff shouting to the kitchen staff "(insert staff name) SOME WEIRDO HAS ORDERED A CHEESE BURGER WITH NO BUN, SO CAN I HAVE THAT NOW PLEASE!?" Yeah... thank for that McDonald's, Happy 50th to you too!

No milkshake again. Why don't they serve milkshake and ice cream after 11 am? Even though we arrived after 12:20 p.m. There are too many McDonalds not serving milkshakes these days. Why? If I could, I would have left no star rating.

Ordered 2 salads and 2 wraps takeaway in bag, after few miles I've fond only 1 salad and 2 wraps, I believe that's mistake but not nice order 12

Food was hot and nice, but the time they take to serve sometime is a bit more than a usual. As you know kids can't wait, so yeah. Need to check on cleanliness and safety, as seen some spills in the sitting area.

Where do I start when I walked in there seemed to be piles of rubbish on some tables. Also when we got are food my brother seemed to have a hair in his drink! The only good thing about are time at this McDonald's was the fast service. But overall McDonald's DO BETTER!!!

I was There 1st Time and wow how efficient and quick. Busy bees behind counter amazing work people. I am not a fan of food I had a bbq wrap it was good . Hard working people there . Place was clean and very organised.

As good as McDonald’s get really. Double check your order before leaving mind you!

local McDonald's and most of the time stuff missing. trying to keep local but might have to go further out.

If you’re going to order from either of the McDonald’s in Cribbs, order from this one. The other one is rubbish, whereas this one I have no complaints.

Always a nice place to visit at cribbs next to asda. My boy loves mcds Friendly staff. Good food and service. The man who cleans and tidys also keeps the place lovely.
