Couldn't physically take a seat or even see where the queue was meant to be. Absolutely packed only an hour after opening, have reduced seating for social distancing by closing off entire sections rather than just distancing the tables themselves? Means certain areas were completely packed and then piled chairs in an area people could actually social distance in. A shame, we couldn't even eat here even after we left it 30 - 45 minutes, was still packed.

This is my 2nd visit to the store , I took out 3 elderly ladies for some afternoon tea and cake. When I come back from France I always take them somewhere. The 1st visit the staff couldn't have been more helpful , thoughtful and caring. Nothing was to much trouble , and so this time the Golden girls wanted to go there again. They remembered us from before , and all of the staff were lovely , made a fuss of the ladies , and we had a laugh and they loved it. Thank you all so much , a lot of places could learn some lessons from you. We will be back again soon. 😁👍

Typical Costa only with much longer queues as this is inside the garden centre- the table was a bit sticky and not cleaned properly but the staff were busy

A strange thing today - we were charged for something we did not receive - but it was on our bill - why did the barrista not provide it if it was on the receipt - very strange - when they were made aware a refund was provided - no apology - very disturbing

Competing with the in house cafe, this Costa is fine. The 2 of them have a different feel, and different selection of food. Unsurprisingly the coffee is better here.

Often very busy with a confusing car park though they do offer delivery to your car. Food quality has been as expected but the feel of the place is kind of below average. This isn't the fault of the staff at all. It's as clean as usual. It just is a weird shape, a bit small, and not in a particularly nice location. Better for quickly passing through, I would imagine.

If your staff understood basic English better, they may not keep getting orders wrong! Again, no fries in my order after I paid for them! Sort out some decent staff!

Food - with a party of 8 (and the restaurant nowhere near capacity, Tuesday night dinner), we waited 90mins for food which arrived cold for 5 of the dishes. Food was ok but not value for money. Service - we had one waiter who was evidently doing the jobs of all the others & trying the best they could: all others couldn’t be bothered and the manager, when we complained and fed-back, claimed they were not aware. Clueless. Amazed we got food at all. Atmosphere/surroundings: ok - as with any other TGI. Not the cleanest and the toilets were blocked & not kept clean or maintained. I recommend not going here and spending your money at any other restaurant on-site. We told it as it was and got our entire bill written off - quite right too.
