Papa John's Pizza in South Gloucestershire

Took ages to be delivered (which they did send an email to apologise for and offered a free medium size pizza in the future) and was stone cold when it did arrive. Really disappointed as we don’t normally have an issue when ordering from here. Will order from a small independent pizza company in the future.

My order was shown as delivered when in actuality it was still on its way. I had to call the restaurant to make sure it hadn't been delivered to a different address.

Got food poisoning. Not impressed

Accepted my order never delivered and closed the store. Took my money and said it was delivered. Raging n starving. Cheers .

Very good pizza staff very good

It was good for a easy lunch, chicken poppers were a tad chewy but I would buy again. Pizza was tasty but more cheese would be nice. Also I didn’t get any dips, maybe because it was small but dips would have been nice. I ordered cherry Pepsi but regular cake instead. Wouldn’t order again only due to cost of it all.

Been tracking order said on way 30mins later still not arrived ring store to be told computer went down so orders just coming . But tracking says on way crazy ordered 6.15pm still waiting 8.05pm. Won't be ordering again .

They can prepare, as the way want your pizza to be. Nice and polite service, you can watch them while preparing that's the best part. The Indian couple who works here is always helpful, kind, and considerate.

Waited a hour for delivery phoned them up and they said no to a refund and then said they would call us in the morning

Delivered 40 minutes early and the pizza wasn't cut..

First time ordering as I wanted to try something different but the pizza was average taste and kinda doughy .. I added jalapeños as additional topping and they put so many the pizza was very spicy hot, I had to take some off. I collected the pizza and when I walked in it was so quiet there, Literally noone and I had to wait a minute someone to come up. I guess there is a reason.

First time ordering from these and I would expect after paying £23.99 for 1 pizza it would turn up slightly warm. First and last I think.

The food was not good had hardly any filling in my Philly cheesesteak it my 1st and last time ordering from papa John’s absolutely disgusting how can you send out cheesesteak with no meat in it just a wrong

Just ordered Philly cheesesteak 1st order ever from here and will never order again there was 4 pieces of steak few peppers that’s it no filling at all I would say never ever again stick to dominos

Pizzas no where near up to usual standard very very scarcs on the toppings we spent £270 on 14 pizzas and all were the sane, the Papa John's in Sale Manchester puts thus Brustol branch to Shame

They delivered pizza to wrong house and had to send another. Not the first time this has happened with Pappa John's.

I found this online and they refused to honour it! I know it’s an error but their mistake so should meet what it says

i've been ordering from papa john's for a little over a year now, and the food has always been fantastic. however, recently there's been a drop in food quality -- namely the cheese & tomato pizza. there is NO tomato sauce at all, and the cheese tastes dry and bland without it. i'm not sure how they keep forgetting the tomato sauce on a cheese & tomato pizza, but it's happened more times than i can count. perhaps it's time to find a new pizzeria.

Pizzas were OK but the drink was not delivered and then the driver took another 30 minutes to do 2 miles to deliver the drink. Very poor performance.

Excellent vegan pizza, huge and very tasty. Mush, the delivery driver, was also wonderful - he is an extremely helpful and friendly man! Top service!

nice but still waiting for a fornite pasta bake with extra garlic and lasagne on top with a side of a chug jug. i couldnt hear anyone as im blind. i rate this experience 1 star as im blind, dislexic and deaf

The pizza was anaemic and cold. The garlic bread tasted of lard. The whole lot was inedible. I left a polite message asking kindly if the delivery driver wouldn't knock as my baby was sleeping, nigh on kicked my door down! I'm tired and have zero time to chase this. So good for you papajohns you get to take 32 quid and laugh in my face. I hope your pizzas come to life at night and steal all your cutlery and ruin your best clothes. I will go tell it on the mountain that your food and service suck.

Very easy to order online and 20 minutes from placing order to receiving it, but that's as good as it gets. Bland doesn't even begin, absolutely tasteless pizza and the crust was doughy in the middle.

Order finally arrived but came with cheese when it clearly stated no cheese. Called 8 times with no answer so drove to the store for them to say they're too busy to answer the phone 🙃 awful service

Ordered 3 times, always on time and hot. The only issue I have is with the size of stuffed crust. I do like cheesy crust, but it seemed that they make your crust take over your whole pizza! You get crazy thick crust which is dough and cheese, and you are left with a tiny space for all the toppings that you''re paying for :/ There needs to be a balance guys...

Took 10mins to deliver but was very small pizzas for £15-£16 per. Wouldn't order again. To expensive

Cold hard pizza! Always get a papa johns when the super bowl is on but this time is the last. Pretty sure i have a pizza that is a day old. It’s cold even tho it came 30mins early 😂 could hit the tip of a piece on the box and wouldn’t bend.

If I wanted to wait 1hr 15mins and receive cold pizza, I'd give this place 5stars. As that's not what I had in mind, 1star is warrented. Tried calling them continuously for 30mins after receiving my cold order, but nobody answered my call. I can appreciate they are busy, however. Terrible standards and terrible service. AVOID.

I ordered stuffed crust, and extra sweet corn and mushrooms and my pizza came with none of it on and no stuffed crust. And I ordered dips too they didn’t come. Won’t be ordering from here again it was my 1st time and last.

The incompetence amazes me! Ordered a pizza for an address which is 10 mins walk on the same street as Papa Johns. Got a call from the driver an hour later saying he can’t find the address. Spent 15 mins out on the street trying to explain an address which is the easiest to find and never had any trouble before. By which time the pizza has been out of the oven for 45 mins. Asked for a refund which I was told they can’t process and they can offer me £10 credit on their inflated prices. I said as it’s only 10 mins walk I will come down and pick it up and they offered to make me a fresh one. The pizza I picked up doesn’t look fresh, is look warm looks burnt like they put the same pizza through the oven again. The bottom is dark brown and part of the toppings are black. Avoid this place at all costs!

Late and missing the ice cream ! only ordered 2 items as well ! When rang the restaurant they could not say how long it would be only that hopefully it would be half an hour !! As there busy? .... maybe they should get the order correct in the first place They they wouldn’t have to revisit customers

It got past estimated delivery time so rang them, on hold for about 15 minutes for them to say sorry, it didn't show up on our system (we used just eat not their own website) which I dont get as we've never had that problem before, we had the confirmation 'thumbs up 'email to say the restaurant had accepted the order so someone is lying. No compensation, and a disgustingly long wait for food. I hope it's a one off because the food is always really good, just bad service on this occasion.

My favourite pizza! I am a vegan and this is definitely one of my favourite pizza places! And Dan on the phone is a star! Thanks everyone, will order again soon!

Tried ordering online, took my money without putting the order through. When I rang through to the shop to try and get my money back, the customer service was awful and said nothing they can do, absolute joke, worst customer service experience I've had, and I still haven't received my money back or had a explanation on why the website took my money without putting the order through to the store? Think I will just stick to Domino's, will never order from PJ again, would have give 0 stars if I could

The requested half and half was ignored and the toppings were all over the pizza so the vegetarian had pepperoni on their slices

I cant believe that I've paid £17 for what was delivered to my door. I know take aways are very very busy given the current situation, but i actually feel like I've been ripped off. I called the store and spoke to Daniel, he did offer to have my pizza re-made, but i couldn't wait another 1 3/4 hours for it to be delivered. I asked if a credit could be put on my account, and he stated that all i had to do when i next ordered was to say that i'd spoken to him, and they would take my order up to the same value. Only time will tell if that actually happens

I got the order an hour and fourty minutes late! and I only live one mile away from the shop. So, pizza was soggy and untasty! The taste of papa john pizza is ruined for me now! Terrible ustomer service! I was offered buy another pizza with a diffrent deal on the menu!
