Had twice now and had reliable delivery from UberEats but the burgers were very tough and salty both times, over-seasoned and overcooked, not what I would expect from a burger costing this much.

Ordered on Deliveroo. Problem with driver and order was never delivered so got credit on the app and re ordered. The owner proceeded to call us. Tell us we were scamming and threaten to block us from the app. Refused to make our food cause he “didn’t want to make it again” and never gave us a refund. Rude man. He got PAID for both orders and we never received a thing

Fast delivery nice food and good pricing

Will not order again From the point of view of the quality on the food I cannot say anything, however very bad management, 0 respond from the manager as we placed a wrong order and needed to cancel, the manager was not helpful at all, just sent us to deal with "Uber eats as this is not his problem". This person should know that costumer service sometimes is everything, as if it weren't for this event we would have kept recommending them and ordering from them. It's unacceptable that due to lack of interest from this person we couldn't change the order, way before it left the restaurant (as it says on the website). It's unacceptable that this person does not adhere to the uber policies, if he is not to do it, he shouldn't be using this service and deliver the orders himself. Very disappointing. Also, at the least, he couldn't have been more cooperative as these things happen.

Unique tasted Burgers and mind-blowing Shakes

Ordered through uber eats. After an hour of delaying my order more and more, it was cancelled with no explanation, and they don’t pick up the phone. Just don’t bother if I were you!

Just ordered for the first time and wasn't disappointed. We had a utah burger which has a bite to it. The burger patties are huge and I suggest not eating all day to eat it all....unless you have a bottomless pit for a stomach. We will be ordering again.

Worst burger and hot dog ever we have eaten. Sausage is tasteless and looks uncooked red 'meaty' something. Beef patty is far away from proper beef meat... Presentation is miles away from the pictures on web site. Really poor quality

If you are looking for quantity this is your restaurant. If you are looking for quality run away from this take away. I ordered today a burger, and only could eat a quarter, tasted disgusting. Even McDonalds or Burger King have better burgers. Absolutely disgusting. The truck foods at city center cooked better burgers. Believe me dont waste your money here if you are looking for something good.

Picked up the order | Seems like a family run business and food did not disappoint: Burgers were thick, juicy and flavourful. Ordered cheese O's which were amazing. The dirty triple fries came in a massive box and the cheese wasn't just on the top - it was in layers all through out. The BBQ chicken wings had way to much sauce but the flavour was alright. Quite a bit of paper based packaging. Fries were missing jalapeños. Interesting location. Overall good experience! Delicious food - bit on the pricier side but definitely worth it.

Nice menu and lovely choice of vege burgers. I had mushroom burger and curly fries and a Nutella shake. All very tasty, decent portions and still hot! Delivery came promptly, no issues.

Lovely burgers and milkshakes. Me and my kids really enjoy and have ordered a few times now. And really nice presentation boxes. Food arrived really quickly.

So we ordered food on the 19th Feb in which after the order pending confirmation the next email said order rejected. Money has been taking out of the bank with no food received (obviously as the order was rejected). We then today 2/3/2021 received a order fulfilled email and now we cannot get in touch with the shop to get our refund for over a week now! Absolutely terrible customer service, and clearly no idea what they are doing!!!

Food was banging. I tried all their different types of cheese bites all of which were some of the best I've had, the burgers are 10/10 and absoluetly massive i would only order a double if you think you really need it, I've never had a burger as big. They are usually quite busy so allow alot of time for your order to be completed but its 100% worth the wait. The two staff members although very rushed were still polite to us and let me off 50p so i didnt have to break into another 20 sheet so cant complain haha. Also the malteser milkshake is the best I've ever had and for less than £4 very reasonable (the other ones I've tried are lush aswell) recommended highly.

If only I could leave 0 stars. Food never turned up and had gods own job of getting a refund having spoken to a very rude person at the restaurant. Avoid at all costs, the worst takeaway experience I've ever had.

They seem very busy so allow plenty of time when you order. The people were really friendly and polite. Foodwise it was amazing, burgers were really good quality, portions really good value for money. All the food was great, cheese O’s are a game changer. Ordered some burgers and chips in the hope that this would be an exciting edition to our local takeaway scene. Unfortunately after patiently waiting for 2 hours our food never arrived. I called to ask what was going on and was met with someone very difficult to understand who promptly hung up on me. Continued attempts to call back with no answer. Can't speak for the food as I never received it but I wouldn't recommend at all based on the ordering/customer service experience.

When I went to collect my order, most of it wasn't ready, and they claimed they hadn't received it. Showing them the confirmation email and the money taken from my bank account didn't help. Add in the fact that the staff and other customers weren't wearing masks, and I certainly won't be going back.
