not great chicken was bone dry last time for me

When food came it was cold and tasted reheated the chips was all bunched together like mush

First of all. The guy who served us was rather rude. No hello or thank you's. Pretty much threw the bag of food at me....I'm a manager in hospitality myself and i would never let myself or my staff treat customers like that...manners mean everything. We ordered 4 meals with extras...which cost us over £50. Got home and all of the drinks were pure soda water, syrup had obviously ran out, how he didnt notice that when pouring them is beyond me, maybe he did and couldn't be bothered....that was his attitude. It was getting dark outside so we didn't notice until we arrived home So no drinks with our meals!!! My husband had supercharger wrap meal.....the way that wrap was thrown together was appalling. Paying 9.99 for a wrap with one bit of lettuce in it and smidgen of sauce and 1 mini fillet is disgusting for that price. Our mini fillet burgers were completely dry too we had 3 of them. The rest of the meals were ok, specially with our 7ish fries with each of them. I've always visited this store in the past and never had a problem, in fact I've always thought it was the best one in our area. But time round was one of the worst KFC meals we've ever had and like I said the staff need to do better with customer service. I don't think i will return unfortunately

Confiscated a 14 year old boys cycling helmet for messing around in the shop, lied to my face claiming not to have it when I went in to retrieve it, eventually handed it back by the very person that claimed not to have taken it and was told they felt that it was justified to take such a thing as a cycling helmet for poor behaviour.. sorry but on what planet is it ok to risk a child’s safety over messing around.

The courier didn’t read the street name and went to the wrong house. He tried to blame us when he arrived saying the location showed the street behind but took no responsibility for misreading the street name.

Bbq bites are old and dried out. Took one bite and had to spit it out. Tasted really bad.

bottle of drink not included, driver didn't care. chicken was hot but looked and tasted like it had been hanging around for ages.....not a good result

Wrong items arrived and half order missing and stuff that turned up would have put me in hospital as am allergic to so end in the bin

Driver got lost and arrived with cold KFC I refused to accept it and contacted KFC who said that they are unable to do anything as it left hot at 19.37pm and driver arrived with me on a motorbike 50 minutes later as he had got lost. Refund refused!

It was delivered within the timeframe however it said it was delivered at 18:11 when in fact it was 18:17. This was because the map app used by just eat took them to my back gate in the next road. This happens with annoying regularlity. They then spent the next few minutes looking for my house in the wrong road. I have checked my info on just eat and it has my correct post code

never arrived waited 30 minutes in the freezing cold app never updated but don't know how food tasted 😅

Time consistently changed - x2 gravy’s, 1 burst all over the rest of our order. The bag with the order in was therefore ripped as wet which the driver had to put in our dustbin. A 1.5 litre bottle ordered and was not in the order - unhappy kids!!

The food was cold! How could it be cold having only come from WIllowbrook? Because the delivery boy would not hand over the food until I gave him "the code". I didn't have a code, only the order number and email receipt from PayPal. What a saga!

Ordered for delivery, and no driver could be found, then second driver de8livered another order en route. Over an hour later food arrived cold and greasy. The portions couldn't have been smaller. 3 drumsticks out of 4 pieces and last was a minute chicken wing. Used to visit this place regularly. Never again.

Came here with my son today and one of the workers Called Caleb was extremely nice to us and speaking to my child I assure you he needs a raise (fired Caleb not cool hate kfc now all because of you guys free my boy -my son)

Chicken quality was poor and chips barely had any of the usually delicious seasoning. Fillet Tower burger was excellent however.

Very poor quality of food, it was very cold.

Food was ok. Chicken was very dry as if it had been under the heat a while. The whole area was littered with rubbish. Staff just stood around, and 1 member of staff had time to go and buy everyone coffee, but there was no time to clear the seating area. When we entered, there were no other customers, so they were not rushed off their feet. No one spoke , and the staff looked like it was the last place on earth they wanted to be.

I had paid for a bottle of 7up and it wasn’t in the ordered I checked with the driver who told me “she wasn’t given one” great when I’d paid for it

Whoever worked at KFC must have been having a bad day as the quality was not like usual. Very little chips in bag, was meant to be 4 servings, one chip packet was brand new and empty, was obvious no chips were ever put in it. Very few chips even in the 3 packs. Chicken was meant to be 6 pieces, no good mixture like usual, just drummies and wings only. The chicken fillet in my rice box was tough and hard, I couldn't eat it. Normally this branch is great, not sure what has changed. Disappointed

Delayed by 30 mins and said delivered but we have received no food. Kept staff waiting past their time for nothing. KFC not answering.. Absolutely appalling!

Terrible customer service. Was served by a lady called Tracey - when I asked a question all I got is her rolling eyes and pulling faces. Bad attitude clearly looks like she doesnt enjoy her job. Shouldnt be dealing with customers at all with her impatience.

I'm unhappy with this particular KFC branch yet again we were missing an item I ordered regular popcorn chicken & at a loss of £5.49 I'm again out of pocket. Every order recently has resulted in not being satisfactory. I had to wait until I could check my bank account etc & now I see they still took the £5.49 for an item that they failed to fulfil in the order. It is deceitful

arrived late. Had it almost thrown at me by your miserable driver. It took so long to deliver is was stone cold so had to microwave it. Burger was dry, hardly any Lettuce or mayo, not to mention the corn cob was not fresh, as some kernels were black. All in all NOT HAPPY. POOR QUALITY, SLOW DELIVERY. NEVER AGAIN FROM YOUR BRANCH. WORST KFC EVER. Bad for the amount paid. Not worth it.😡😡
