Ordered for delivery, and no driver could be found, then second driver de8livered another order en route. Over an hour later food arrived cold and greasy. The portions couldn't have been smaller. 3 drumsticks out of 4 pieces and last was a minute chicken wing. Used to visit this place regularly. Never again.

The food delivery was not complete.

Absolute joke always missing items had enough now. Not use this store again

Came here with my son today and one of the workers Called Caleb was extremely nice to us and speaking to my child I assure you he needs a raise (fired Caleb not cool hate kfc now all because of you guys free my boy -my son)

Chicken quality was poor and chips barely had any of the usually delicious seasoning. Fillet Tower burger was excellent however.

Very poor quality of food, it was very cold.

Food was ok. Chicken was very dry as if it had been under the heat a while. The whole area was littered with rubbish. Staff just stood around, and 1 member of staff had time to go and buy everyone coffee, but there was no time to clear the seating area. When we entered, there were no other customers, so they were not rushed off their feet. No one spoke , and the staff looked like it was the last place on earth they wanted to be.

I had paid for a bottle of 7up and it wasn’t in the ordered I checked with the driver who told me “she wasn’t given one” great when I’d paid for it

Everything went well. Food correct (as ordered) and tasty. Arrived in good time. Pleased with the experience. Good work guys 👦 👏

Whoever worked at KFC must have been having a bad day as the quality was not like usual. Very little chips in bag, was meant to be 4 servings, one chip packet was brand new and empty, was obvious no chips were ever put in it. Very few chips even in the 3 packs. Chicken was meant to be 6 pieces, no good mixture like usual, just drummies and wings only. The chicken fillet in my rice box was tough and hard, I couldn't eat it. Normally this branch is great, not sure what has changed. Disappointed

Delayed by 30 mins and said delivered but we have received no food. Kept staff waiting past their time for nothing. KFC not answering.. Absolutely appalling!

Terrible customer service. Was served by a lady called Tracey - when I asked a question all I got is her rolling eyes and pulling faces. Bad attitude clearly looks like she doesnt enjoy her job. Shouldnt be dealing with customers at all with her impatience.

I'm unhappy with this particular KFC branch yet again we were missing an item I ordered regular popcorn chicken & at a loss of £5.49 I'm again out of pocket. Every order recently has resulted in not being satisfactory. I had to wait until I could check my bank account etc & now I see they still took the £5.49 for an item that they failed to fulfil in the order. It is deceitful

arrived late. Had it almost thrown at me by your miserable driver. It took so long to deliver is was stone cold so had to microwave it. Burger was dry, hardly any Lettuce or mayo, not to mention the corn cob was not fresh, as some kernels were black. All in all NOT HAPPY. POOR QUALITY, SLOW DELIVERY. NEVER AGAIN FROM YOUR BRANCH. WORST KFC EVER. Bad for the amount paid. Not worth it.😡😡

Order never delivered. Waited over 2 hours kept changing to estimated time. No notification to say it was cancelled or left restaurant. Take the money but do not even deliver. Absolute disgrace

At least when you order the food tell the customer it will be 30 minutes at a minimum not just take your money and let you wait there!

After a 20 min wait the food was wrong. Missing items in everything we bought. Go online after spending £40 and they give us a £9voucher when wanted a refund. Then the poor service continues as they ignore your emails. Never use them again.

Normally missing an item, poor quality or just cooked badly but today I have to admit the team did amazing! Ordered for a large family - 2 party buckets and few other extras. No missing items, very fast delivery, cooked perfectly and lovey range of chicken pieces provided! Very happy family!

Asked for a pot of gravy, was given a half used pot of beans. The food was cold. Paid for a corn on the cob. It didn’t arrive. It took a hour a half long then was told for are food to arrive

I ordered a bucket of 6 pieces but only received 5. The chicken was a bit dry. It might have been reheated as it was a darker colour though it was very hot. The chips were not that hot. The delivery itself was very good.

When I order a 2 piece chicken meal I don’t expect both pieces to be drum sticks! Happy with onedrumstick and a different piece. Chips were cold and needed microwaving to be edible

chicken fillet burger is almost see-thru it's so thin these days, beans are cheap last time I checked so why for £2.49 do they only half fill those ridiculous tiny tubs. chips are decent drink was warm though.

My son & I went to KFC tonight. It was so busy & it was clear the staff were rushed off their feet. However, they were so kind, with one guy engaging in conversation with my son & making him laugh, yet still organising & sorting meals. Really impressed & highly recommend.

Everything was lovely. The food was excellent. The only thing we had was the wrong order. We should’ve had three pieces of chicken, not 10 pieces of hot wing chicken so I think you need to sort out. Ordered food that only took 7 mins to arrive. It was cold, old/dry and all shoved in one bucket together. They wouldn't send out new food or refund and told me to contact uber. It wasn't an uber issue so of course they weren't going to refund me. Never ordering from thos KFC again. Gross

It arrived cold, and late. Quite disappointing honestly as just eat is usually pretty good with timing, but the ETA was pushed back twice.

Nearly every week, something is missing from the order. This week it was the Pepsi. I think we'll be going elsewhere for our weekly order.

Sadly had a missing item but refund being arranged very quickly. Delivery time kept changing so was half hour later than originally stated. The food we did have was very tasty.

I have been waiting for my order 1hour and 20 min. The driver called me and said it was not been prepared yet from the restaurant. Finally I get there by my car and still was waiting for them to prepare my order 15min more. Very disappointed from this kfc will Brook centre and people working there afternoon shift.
