Very disappointed with the Tiverton pizza van. Ordered two pizzas; turned up to collect and apparently my order didn’t exist, and that I never ordered. Confirmed on my call log the number I phoned to order was correct and recognised the voice of the person at the van who took my order. Instead of resolving the issue and apologising they were very unprofessional about the situation, didn’t show any care that I had driven out the way and were very rude towards me amongst each other. Would not recommend.

Ordered a burger, took ages to come. I thought it was going to come at all by the end... Was underwhelmed when it came, tasted undercooked.

What a lovely little gem! Arrived early midday and the eatery was already busy. We were greeted by a lovely lady who managed to find us a table for two! The food was so delicious. I had a small cottage pie with fresh veg -a real home made scummy meal, certainly big enough for me! My old man enjoyed a small ham egg and cheese which he really enjoyed. Will certainly travel from Paignton to eat there again!

Unexpectedly stumbled upon this friendly pub on an afternoon walk, very reasonably priced drinks and friendly service.

1st time going to the globe I Went for food with my partner and friends Saturday night the food was decent portions for the price and the staff was really friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was really good plenty of sports to watch and very friendly pub and thanks to the manager for helping me to get me and my partner and friends home Saturday night after my car was playing up recommend going to this pub 😀

Called to make a booking of 8 people for a Christmas dinner, not only did was the person who was on the phone rude and slow to any response. He proceeded to leave the call to ask the Chef and respond with “we are unable to serve a table of that size”. How do they think they will succeed as a restaurant with that kind of attitude.

Hot food of good quality. Normal 10 min wait, so no complaints. There is a table complex near with plenty seating.

This is our go to place for all family meals. Service, food and atmosphere is always wonderful! Highly recommend!! The GM & chef are brilliant!
