Burger King in Mid Devon

Hot food of good quality. Normal 10 min wait, so no complaints. There is a table complex near with plenty seating.

Massive over price food, faulty machine wouldn't go back to any burger king again....

Amazing staff. Amy and Finn were very helpful with our order and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Food was great and all the tables clean and clear.

Old and dated site luckily I only purchased 2 very small Hamburgers for £8 the issue was the buns were so stale had no time to complain as I was already on the move

Fantastic service, friendly bubbly server called Freya,accommodating dietary needs was no problem, the food was cooked fresh to order,so was hot,tasty and delicious!Definitely recommend.

I suppose it didn't bode well when we passed an angry customer leaving and muttering and swearing about his meal. Did a detour here as it has previously been good but wont be returning. Awful food , bone dry chips , burger with half the usual fillings missing, a hot drink not included with the vegetarian meal deal option using the touch screen order pads. The meal wasn't hot , Two pretty awful meals here came to £21.37 and the quality was bad , it seems so expensive when Just the day before we got two pretty wholesome carveris, drinks and two puddings for only £ 28.00 in the Solstice services on the 303 .

Had a lovely experience, food was excellent and I will definitely be back for more. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Yum yum good food, might go again but only really pass on my way to my mother in laws, (ugh hope I don’t have to go there again, but don’t tell my wife that!). Very good memories here of the kids growing up would definitely recommend.

?.. Friday night around 9pm. Starving! After deliberating and cogitating, we sank to the depths of our culinary tolerances and dove into Burger King. I ordered a' whopper ' meal and had no clue of the impending error my wife was making, ordering "Dorito chicken strips." I have no words! Take really salty, cheesy Doritos and roll highly processed chicken which now has the texture and taste of wet toilet paper, into crushed doritos.Form into a chunky chip shape...smoke alot of skunk to convince yourself that this is a great idea to put on the menu and fry. Fry until the oil becomes the main ingredient. Voila!! A totally inedible, saltier than the dead sea extravaganza of a meal that you could only serve to any of our Government representatives. The end!

Popped in for a quick bite and was welcomed by the amazing team of Amy,Freya and Jared. Jared was far too busy for a pic but overall outstanding hospitality x

I came and ordered my weekly Bacon double cheese XL with and extra whopper and loaded fries with 9 onion rings. They were the most crispy onion rings I’ve ever had. And the burger was piping hot. On top of excellent food, it was great service from Sidonie and Emre! Great job, see you next week!

I was served by amy who was very polite and helpful. My food was hot and fresh. Service was quick and the restaurant was very clean. Will definitely be visiting again.

Staff are very friendly and appear to work hard. However. The store does not take the vouchers on the app (what is the point in having an app if you can't use it). This mean some meals are nearly double what you would have if you could use the app. Kids meal is £5, compare that to the fact you can currently get a happy meal at McDonald's for £2 which comes with a toy (BK doesnt). Food was hot.

Top quality customer service from Amy, with our job we live on the road, Amy provided the best service with a smile I’ve had in a long time.. never stopped at this restaurant before but I’d happily take a detour to stop again.

Expensive. £13+ for a double whopper meal, didn't want onion rings but couldn't get a meal without them for some reason! If they weren't the worst onion rings I've ever had they were a close second! Bun was dry, broke apart! Asked for mayo but was told would be an extra 30p, a liberty at these prices! So annoyed I nearly didn't put my rubbish in the bin!

It's a small Burgerking and Costa service station. Been going since late 2000's. Do recommend for stopping when going to places like Cornwall and you can access from both sides of Motorway

Updated. I'm pleased to say that this Burger King location has dramatically improved since my initial review. Happy smiling staff, warm greeting, Amy was excellent. Food seemed to have been prepared with care and attention. Restaurant was clean. Well done. 🙂 Sadly this Burger King has gone down hill. Visited recently and the food was overcooked and dry. The staff didn't seem very interested in delivering good service, and instead were more concerned with gossiping loudly in the kitchen so everyone in the dining area could hear everything. Such a shame because this used to be a well run BK.

The staff where polite and professional. The sevice was quick, although it was quite in there.

Best burger king i have had. Good meat salad and gherkins. Only fault with all burger kings is the dry roll, it just falls apart and you can never pick up burger without it breaking. Chips lovely and had a large coke. Large whopper meal. We ate outside as tables and chairs available and it was a nice day

Having read the reviews my husband and I were wary about having a takeaway from here however as we were staying at the Travelodge with our two dogs it was an easy option for our evening meal. Having just eaten it I have to say it was one of the nicest Burger King meals we have every had. The chips were crisp, the chicken royales were perfectly cooked to perfection. I had noted there was an issue with the staff but Emre and Lily were efficient and extremely friendly. If you have any doubts about going in don’t hesitate. First class guys. Thank you

We were on our way to Woolacombe For a few days break, for my birthday👍 On the road for one and a half hours driving, so stopped here as we needed a toilet break too😬 These services area had a burger King, initially wanted a coffee, but ended up having a little meal and a 20 minute break. Bought a double cheeseburger, fries🍟 and coffee. The food was all freshly cooked, which was good, really hot too! Am fussy with my food, as I do cook myself, so when I am out and you eat, I always expect it professionally done, as part of their service you are paying👌 I would not normally eat at these kind of places, I just thought, for what we both had, was very expensive!!

Treated the children to a burgers and fries. The food was as expected. The young man that served us was really friendly. He treated my children really nicely.

Food is great. Fresher and hotter than others I've been to. No problems with lack of menu items. It's a service station restaurant so atmosphere is a 3.

Stopped off at these services on route back from Dorset on Sat early afternoon. The Instore Burger King wasn’t that busy, but the seating area was filthy, dirty tables, chairs and floor area. Only 2 staff visible, not very welcoming, the food was cold and and the chicken Royal burger was slimy and tasted vile. Not surprisingly the next day it came out quicker than it went down and I wasn’t well all day. Safe to say it was either hygiene related or poor quality food. Safe to say we will never stop there again other than for fuel.

Found it much more expensive than it was worth, food wasn't great but children were hungry and wanted it, I would have given it back they would have been upset, place was dirty and staff were standing around chatting while I waited to be served, would recommend going to the Costa next door, food and drink much nicer, staff are lovely and that side is clean!

It's burger King. If you like it great if you don't then don't go here. Waiting times can vary with holiday traffic as you would expect. Parking good.

Cold food, staff to busy chatting to there mates who came into shop, bins overflowing with rubbish in store wont be going back again!

Have been a few times to the willand branch, the first few times the food was hot and freshly cooked. The last two visits. The food has been cold and not worth the money. I won't be going there again and I can't recommend them to others.

Shocking. Don’t come here if you want a wrong order and a very long wait time. Returned the meal as it was wrong burner then they did swap it for me but as i got back to car realised it was STILL wrong! Just left as we needed to head off massive waste of time go elsewhere

Their vegan burger is better than McDonalds. In fact, I'd say its about 4 x better ! The chap behind the counter seemed to have the hump about something though....

This is a small service station, however very friendly staff. Food is at the standard you would expect for a large chain. It's a quiet place, which is a good thing to relax if you're on a long journey

Nice and tidy but could be cleaned a bit more frequent. As some tables still had stuff left on them by a few lazy customers. Still I like the taste of their burgers 🍔.

Good, quiet little pit stop. Next to a Costa and some rest rooms. Everything turned out great, was just a bit of a wait getting it.

I visited the junction 27 restaurant was disgusted to see the manager/supervisor getting her staff to do COVID LFD tests on a food work surface in full view of members of public! Not only unhygienic but no privcey for the staff!!!...

Waited 20 mins for 2 meals to eat in at 3.30pm in the afternoon, priority seemed to be given to drive through & Deliveroo

The self order screens were out of order . There was a huge shortage of stock . You could have anything as long as it wasn't burgers or bottled water . I felt sorry for the young girl who was trying her best . Under very trying circumstances.

It's like the most exquisite form of torture to invent something as delicious as Halloumi Fries, that people travel miles to get as special treat to themselves (and yes I know jesus christ they're unhealthy as all hell) only to find that YET AGAIN they've run out of Halloumi Fries for some unknown godforsaken reason in the middle of the day on a Monday when the place is situated on the M5 and surely can't have any problems with supply. PS No gripe about the staff, but they NEVER have halloumi fries.

Not due to staff trying, but so short staffed that wait was 35 mins from order to food. No drinks machine either, just lots of people waiting.

20 minutes wait for a meal. Not a bunch of meals... 1 meal. And they forgot the chips...

Although stock was short and they had no hot drinks, the staff were awesome, they had everything I wanted, so I was happy.

Food Good but bins over flowing

The usual BK, digital displays for ordering.

Quick, simple, polite and efficient staff. Couple of dishes weren't hot but expect they'd been kept warm for a bit too long and had gone stale and/or soft (Chicken Fries/Onion Rings).

Tables very dirty, not enough staff to maintain a high standard. Very busy Sunday afternoon with only Two staff. 10 minutes wait for food.
