Napoli Pizza in Mid Devon

Service was fine but the pizza was not nice at all. Tasted like very poor quality meats and I couldn't help but feel sick whilst eating it. Chips undercooked and cold

Ordered a take away from here this evening daughter loved her meat feast pizza but the burgers & chips were much to be desired.. the chips were bland & soggy..

got shouted at for leaning on side … then he proceeded to have a argument with me!

Food wasn’t great at all, burger had no actual flavour, neither did the kebab, just tasted like mush, the only highlight were the onion rings, spent 30£ on Uber 10£ of that is a delivery fee, and then they asked for another 5£ for a driver fee so about 36£ lost and food in the bin. Great

We ordered and waited 2 hours for the food to be delivered. when we called to chase they didn't seem to know anything about the order. 30 minutes after that call, they told us they accidentally delivered to the wrong house and that we should go and get the food from the neighbour! very poor customer service and won't use them again.

Usually order regularly but the last few times delivery has taken nearly two hours. When I tried to call you find out where our order was the person on the phone no help at all. Update on the above, they called back after 30mins to say they delivered to the wrong place and expected me to go knocking on doors for my food at 10.30 at night ......disgusting service

Haven’t even received food and it’s 2 hours later. Says delivered but have nothing. Rang and said on its way an hour ago still nothing.

Have ordered a Pizza from here before and was very disappointed. It took ages to arrive and was cold and seemed very under cooked. The base was doughy and the cheese topping wasn't melted at all. Almost as if it hadn't been anywhere near an oven. However, because this was the only place open after a late day at work, and a considerable amount of time had passed since my last order, i hoped that things might have improved. I ordered a Chicken Burger, Chips and a can of Coke online. Again, it took ages to arrive and was cold when it did. The chips were like rubber and the burger wasn't much better. I ended up only eating the chicken (minus the bun) with some onions. The Coke however, was refreshing and cold. Would definitely not recommend ordering from here. I for sure won't be again.

Got charged twice for delivery once though just eat and then the driver . Chicken pop corn was just box of chips with few bits chicken chucked in not the best

Have no issue that the order was delivered earlier than asked as i know timings can’t be exact but the whole order was cold so was very soggy very disappointing as Napoli normally ok an have no issues as ordered many times.

Arrived 10.05. Staff were very lovely and welcoming. Very chatty. Ordered 2 pizzas and a few sides which arrived swiftly. Food tasted great. Sat in the car and then owner checked it was all good as he drive past on a delivery (it was great)

Was charged delivery upon ordering and then the delivery driver also charged us delivery so we paid £7 delivery for 2 pizzas!!! Won’t order again due to paying delivery fee twice.

I ordered the kapsalon mixed kebab, breaded mushrooms and hot wings. The kapsalon kebab was incredible, so much food it could feed 2! Very hot and tasty to. The breaded mushrooms were also very nice. My only complaint was the Hot wings. I love hot food, but these blew my head off, so much you couldn't really enjoy them. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Really disappointing - chips undercooked and donner meat tasted funny. We ordered a mixed meat dish and there were only 6 bits of chicken shish kebab. Such a shame. Have ordered food before from here but this was the worst by far 😞

The pizza was lush. The extra smokey bacon and pineapple was a great addition. We enjoyed every bite of it.

Great pizza, really tasty and lots of choice. 1/2 and 1/2 pizza is a great idea- everyone got their choice. Delivery took a while, because it was Friday night - but the driver was very friendly, and pizza piping hot. Well worth the wait. We will be ordering again.

Food was tepid upon delivery, both meats were dry, over cooked and the tomato in the salad was not fresh and mushy! Overall it was a complete waste of hard earned £11.99, of my money, and the food had to be thrown in the waste bin. Probably would be discouraged from ordering food from here again! However the milkshakes were very good but somewhat overpriced!

Wrong order didn't follow dietary requirements gave me pita bread after distinctly saying I'm a coeliac and so I couldn't eat the food

Wasnt impressed with being asked to pay for delivery when the food was delivered after it said online free delivery. The reason I ordered through just eat was because i didnt have cash. I had to ask one of my guests if they had cash to pay for the delivery. Couldnt fault the food but not sure I would order from them again if I have to pay cash on delivery. It was embarrassing having to ask my guest to pay the delivery charge for me.

Tasty thin and crispy pizzas from a local Italian. Good they suggested a bigger but cheaper way for one. Had white pizza which was mostly veggie, tasty. Napoli were very happy changing slightly. I can't eat mushrooms but wanted veggie. Other was ham and pineapple. Great and local, good price, super tasty. Thanks Napoli

I ordered a chocolate waffle and a Bueno milkshake, the delivery time was estimated at 35 minutes but ended up being over an hour. After I finally had it delivered I was told on the doorstep that they didn't have the milkshake I ordered and they had substituted it for something else. When I ordered I provided mobile number so it would've been nice to have been asked what alternative I wanted. Besides that everything I ordered was wonderful and very much enjoyed

Awful! Had a pizza from here a while ago and it was great, however if I'm after a kebab I normally go next door. Went tonight and next door was busy so thought I'd Tey Napoli for a kebab. Bad mistake! The nan bread was overcooked and like concrete, the donner meat was good but half the portion from next door and all in I would say no matter how busy Bodrum is next time I'll wait rather than go to Napoli

The delivery driver banged four times on the door and rang the door bell 3 times and then banged on the window in the space 20 seconds before opening my front door and looking to enter my home. The pizza topping were wrong, over cooked and warm at best. I will not be ordering from them again

Food was lovely and hot which makes a change when you get food delivered. It was 15 minutes later than I had ordered that did not bother me as it was nice and hot.

Really nicely cooked, all delivered warm and tasted good (exactly what you expect when paying for it to be so). Had a chicken mega mix burger and two pizzas.

Called up to ask where my order was as it had said delivered on the app but I had not received anything and I had been stood near the door as I could see delivery time was near. Whoever answered the phone was very sarcastic, shame as used to order every now and again will not be ordering again and a poor review will be left on every Social media.

First time with ordering here tonight and it won't be my last.... I ordered American hot pizza and was absolutely delicious, very tasty toppings and the dough was perfect! (I may go for medium size next time though 🐷) 😂 I also ordered a side of chilli bites....Unfortunately I think the chilli filling was somewhere else so was just cheese, but all the same were delicious 😋

We always order the kapsalon. Really disappointed this time. Really thin layer of chips, hardly any cheese and just a small topping of meat. We normally really enjoy it and two share it, this time my partner had it and I had a sandwich. I find it a bit of an insult when it costs what it does. Order a kebab that has more meat and more chips with a portion of chips. Half a container of salad.

We live just on the outskirts of Tiverton so was not surprised to pay more for delivery, but was charged £7! It was £3 on Just Eat, then they called for an additional £4 after we had ordered it. In total, it cost us £15 for just 1 portion of cheesy chips and a burger, with delivery. We were told we shouldn't have ordered via Just Eat to avoid this extra £3, as it's not actually a delivery fee, but we were still charged it all the same so I'm not sure why they asked for more. £7 is extortionate. And to top it off the cheesy chips had a tiny sprinkling of cheese and weren't good quality at all.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Both really tasty, fresh and hot! We live quite a way out of Tiverton. The chicken wings were delicious, as were the mushrooms. Chips good too. Coleslaw fresh. Only downside was the chicken goujons were a little bland.

Worst kebab ever . Who makes a kebab only of meat and the Nan bread ? Ripped off . Won’t order again

I made 2 orders for delivery on the 1st order there was a hair inbedded in my cookie dough on my second order today Friday 3rd of June there was another hair in my portion of chips I ain't ordering from there again I don't recommend this and my partner threw her chicken shish kebab away after tasting a piece of chicken as it was horrible she said

Changed ownership and the food isn't anywhere near as nice as it used to be. Last time i went the pizza was practically raw. Giving them 2 stars as last time I went despite the poor food they were the only takeaway open

Kebabs here never disappoint me.. the meat is cut thick the salad is fresh and pita is always soft.. they also do an awesome double cheese burger and chips meal deal with a drink 👍

Delivery man charged me an extra £5 for being out of town. No warning. Just turned up and said I owe him a fiver.

I have paid for deliver on Just Eat yet when the driver arrived at the door he advised that just east do not pass the delivery charge onto the business therefore I have had to pay again. Adding £6 onto a just east order in total for delivery is too expensive so I won’t be using it again

Just eat are charging a delivery but when your food arrives the shop wants 5.50 on top of justeat wont be ordering from here again especialy when they use a taxi to deliver

We waited over 1hr and 20 minutes for the delivery due to delay - the food was tasty but all our meals were stone cold and missing a drink as well! So not worth the wait unfortunately which is disappointing as would have been excellent if hot

Awful delivery experience for two dessert items. Called when 10 mins late and promised 10 minutes, 15 maximum. 25 minutes later, still no food and apparently driver on the way (another 5 minutes). Pudding treat for 2 small children. Never again!!

We asked for tango orange yet got given Fanta orange which is completely different.... so need to change the name if its not tango and its Fanta....

For the price of kebab I would have expected salad however as no option for it thought it came automatically and only 3 options of sauce. However bread and meat tasted okay. Will stick with regular place from now on
