Subway in Mid Devon

The muffin that we got was frozen and was as hard as a rock and the salad was just soggy and drenched when we tried to ring up and tell them they didn’t care at all

Place was dirty cleaned our own table, toilet out of order. food was lovely. Poor staff member on her own which is terrible on subway management shame on you Subway. She had so many customers and on line orders whilst we were there she deserves a big bonus for all her exhausting efforts AND should never be lone working!

I will recommend this subway and I have sandwiches in the building 👍

Very rude service staff are very unprofessional

Staff unhelpful when not wanting to order of the series menu. Huffed and puffed and surprised the sandwich didn't fly on the floor

The new sandwich choice is terrible because you can only have your sandwich on white or brown, and you can only change 1 item of salad or the sauce. And it's.over £10 for a sandwich. The create your own option is impossible to work out with regards to price. It's so poor, and not at all customer friendly; no wonder there were only 2 people there at lunch time.

It took much longer than expected for 2 staff members to make up three 6" subs. Some of the options on offer were dry, frozen or unappetising. The staff forgot we had asked for meals then were reluctant to amend the order. They forgot to give us our cups and when asked rolled their eyes. All the tables were filthy and we asked if they could clean one to which we were handed a peice of blue roll and had to ask for sanitiser. The table we cleaned ourselves had dried on sauce so I don't believe it had been cleaned for a while. There was food and crumbs on all the tables, floors, seating and windowsills. It was unbelievably filthy. Staff were incredibly unprofessional and the whole place is in dire need of a deep clean.

The most rudest staff I've ever met working in a subway. Popped in to grab some lunch with my children the red haired girl that was working on the Sunday was so rude. A proper jobs worth was rude to me and my children and this is the face of subway no wonder why alot of people are avoiding this subway now. The sandwich was made well by the other member of staff. I even had to clean my own table

I want to give a 5star for Charlotte,she is absolutely professional,she knows what she is doing and quality of the food she is doing is 10/10 ,what else one of the best customer service in Tiverton !

My daughter loves it, which is why we went there. The servers don't exude pride or a desire to be there. The bread is so limp that it spills the filling everywhere, so don't wear a white t-shirt when eating a Subway ! It serves a purpose, but that's all. The Tiverton Subway allows patrons to smoke directly outside the front door on the step, creating a wonderful aroma within the shop. Lovely.

Friday and Saturday night absolutely amazing service and the restaurant was very clean. Subs delicious and cookies good too. Professional subway I was impressed 👌

Small s/way, but handy for b/fast, nice coffee as usual.

A complete waste of money. Ordered the new buffalo chicken wrap with hash browns and a cookie. The wrap had a weird taste to it, the chicken was mushy... Like overly processed. It was grim, threw the rest away. The hash browns were cold and not cooked all the way through. The cookie was the only thing that was fine. An awful experience and one that has put me off for good.

Never been to a subway in my life, and have no intention of ever going near one.

Don't bother if you're a wheelchair user because, despite the 2010 equality act, you can't get in. Disgraceful!!

Subway in Tiverton has always been a great place to order from. The staff are always friendly and the services are always fantastic. Great cleanliness and the food is always fresh and just delicious. Never had an issue ever with the place.

Messed up my order the staff that was in are extremely rude to busy chatting instead of serving while slagging people off

Clean, friendly and welcoming. It was the only place open for dine-in coffee at 0915 on Sunday morning. I only had a coffee but the nice girl said that I could have a free cookie with it. The booth was comfortable, the coffee was decent.

Not impressed.. Small portions, unskilled staff, smaller selection, flat subs.. won't be visiting again...

Food is nice. No clean tables, no sanitiser, self serve drinks are not cleaned regularly. (Rating 2 stars) Update 29/5/2021 Take away: Plastic bags cost extra so now my day bag is greasy. Subway footling is only 11” instead of 12”. Cookies are small and overpriced. My favourite restaurant has let me down. (Now I rated it 1 star )

Uber eats delivery was delayed over an hour, what world do we live in???????

Told.me.my 2ndry order (via app) was impossible as didn't exist but then that the 3 meatballs subs I ordered was impossible as they ran out of meatballs 20min prior to order...... so rang kicked of with person that they lied etc as hour late.... they gave us evidence of when ordered.... 2 hours later 1 of 3 subs stone cold. And to top of there is no way they were meatballs subs..... they were 100% meatless marina..... DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Several times I've been here and everytime it's worse than before. After my last experience I don't think I'll be returning.

Great service and food was delicious and fresh

Went in Today 19.01.21. The lady was on her own so a bit of a wait, however the sandwiches were excellent and really well made. She was chatty and answered my queries without complaining once. Excellent food and brilliant staff.

Quick service, friendly staff, sandwich wasn't very hot after being toasted.

I ordered a £3.99 meal deal on the way back from Bideford and the cafe was clean and uncluttered, my meal was well prepared and tasted fine. Well done.

Bread is a bit soggy but, there is a great selection of stuff to put in your sandwich. Good for a quick bite to eat.

I can't believe I am writing a review about Subway, but this one was on point. I have been to thousands of Subways, some good some bad but this one is worth writing a review for because it was delicious, don't know why, but the sandwich was perfect.

This subway doesn't lead anywhere. The food makes up for this disappointment.

Would have been great if the girl making the sandwich actually listened!! A small amount of sauce please translated as put a very massive amount on my sub. Not only did it ruin the taste, most dripped on me and the table!! Does not encourage a repeat visit

Tasty and good value for money!

This is a great Subway. The service was quick and the staff was nice and attentive. My sub tasted great. The dining area looked clean with no crumbs on all the tables.

Friendly staff good service good food

Typical subway, if you have been to one, you have been to them all. Good selection of bread and fillings, friendly staff. I have had some issues in the past (e.g. refusing to sell coffee now hour before closing due to coffee machine already cleaned), however management seems to have resolved such issues. Can be fairly packed during lunch time, with lengthy queues and lack of tables. Unfortunately there seem to be a lot of youngsters that hang out here for ages after eating which can be an issue during busy periods

Stopped for lunch here on Saturday place was like a dirty youth drop in, vile mouthed youngsters who purchased nothing, feet on table etc, more arrived with fish and chips bought a drink and took a seat tucking into fish and chips. All the young staff looked too afraid to handle the situation and ask them to leave, needless to say won't be visiting again

Young lad blew the straw wrapper accross the counter which landed in the lettuce the assistant just removed the wrapper and placed it ontop of the sandwich wrapping paper, so both my salad and my partners sandwich had been contaminated, not a nice thought for my dinner, and the othsr customers that also had the lettuce, i did inform the assistant what had happened and he just shrugged his shoulders

If manager on duty avoid at all cost he is not friendly at all has no regard for customer safety serving hot drinks in clear plastic water cups not the proper drinks cups so easy to burn yourself when you say this to the manager he dosent wont to know also very rude the store was so much better before he was involved

just had the worst service in here this evening. given wrong order and when returned they refused to change it, plain rude. manager needs to sort their staff out. ended up the no sub, pissed off and hungry!!!
