Faulty Towers exists. The worst food I've ever had in a hotel. Everything is micro waived. The shower didn't work. And then to add to the misery, no sleep due to having to listen to loud snoring in the next room. Couldn't wait to leave.

Delicious 3 course Christmas meal. Great atmosphere. Lovely staff.

Oh dear! I was running late this morning, so decided to pop into the local Costa to grab my morning coffee. What a miserable experience! I walked into the virtually deserted restaurant, to be greeted by nothing! Not a friendly "good morning", not a glance up from the two underworked people behind the counter, not even a "I'll be with you in a moment". I was completely ignored. Now, I'm not normally so sensitive, but when they wanted £4 for a coffee in a paper cup, I expected a little more, so I turned on my heels and left without parting with my hard earned £4, and waited till later for my morning coffee. I won't be back!!

We had a family and friends dinner here on Monday 21 October to celebrate my granddaughters and my nieces birthdays. The food and service was excellent. I for one will certainly be returning.

Conveniently situated next to the highway. Plentiful free parking. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. The biggest downside was awful wi-fi. The free version was poor and the payable 'ultimate' version no better. So much as we saw many pluses, if we have no wi-fi we can't work, so can't really come back.

Absolutely appalling. Ordered two standard cooked dinner, not small dinner's. We were served 3 tiny potatoes. To pay £9.95 for a dinner that small is a rip off. Barley any gravy. The women who served us was mid 50s. Didn't look, ask what veg nothing. Just served the smallest plate of dinner. I was actually embarrassed, it was the size of a starter on a sit down meal. She doesn't own the cafe so why serve the portion so small. Do not order the cooked dinner. Shouldn't be allowed to serve a dinner that size. Two women behind ordered the small dinner and had the same amount as us. Never will return. Should refund.
