Lovely café, indoor & outdoor seating. Delicious locally sourced ingredients. We had coffee & cake (gf carrot cake & coconut cake), and full breakfast 😋 Friendly staff. Very accommodating with gf options for our daughter who is coeliac. Highly recommend! 🌟

Stopped here after spending the afternoon go karting, what a fantastic diner. The food was excellent - I had the sweet and pickle burger, which was delicious. There were so many tempting options on the menu and the staff were very friendly and helpful, I'd thoroughly recommend!

Always was a lovely place to meet friends for either breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a cuppa and cake. Doesn’t seem this way anymore sadly. We arrived hours before it closed on a Saturday evening and were told there was no food available as kitchen closed after no customers for 2 hours! No apologies. We left.

We went for lunch yesterday, and the whole visit was a complete disaster. My partner had a burger which was ok. I had steak which was like shoe leather I was unable to cut through it with the steak knife and complained to a member of staff who went to the kitchen and never returned. So l complained to another member of staff who did exactly the same thing , no offer of a replacement or refund mentioned. I was so shocked to watch them going about their business and never returning to our table, we had just become invisible. Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment again very very disappointed. And of course we refused to pay for the steak. Very bad customer service...and we have a loyalty which we won't be using at the Avon Causeway again.

Popped in with friends for lunch. Very limited menu for veggies. Opted for the Mac & Cheese… bad move! Tasted like some sort of canned/ packet plasticky stuff tipped in a bowl then layered with thick cheese and grilled. Pretty unappetising. Such a shame as lovely location. But very cheaply produced food.

El aeropuerto de Bournemouth tiene un bar y restaurante que impide cualquier competencia al navegante y, por lo tanto, cualquier requisito para que hagan cualquier esfuerzo. ¡Mira el dolor plano au chocolat! ¿Personal descuidado, café horrible y comida promedio si te apetece?

Opened in August 2019 as part of the new ownership of Bournemouth Airport. Its a welcome addition to the airport BUT... The staff are brash and its only opened at scheduled departures. I was on a delayed flight to GVA and asked to leave Costa as its only opened during set departure times, this didn't stop the staff serving drinks in a mug and brunch on a plate.

After completing our activities, a group of us had a very nice drink in the bar. The service was friendly and the staff very good. As the afternoon progressed, we had the displeasure of experiencing the 'jazz' group setting up. Whilst only a few of us were left, we were first asked to move tables as they wanted to reposition ours (by 90 degrees and 6 inches forward) then about 10 minutes later we were asked if we wished to continue our meeting elsewhere as they were ready for their guests and members to arrive. As we had nearly finished, we drank up and vacated, clearly not welcome. Consequently, we ended up in the Curlew, which is situated around the corner from the center. The staff were equally as friendly, the ale selection was a lot better and we ended up ordering food! Moral of the story... Go elsewhere after activities at the center!
