The best restaurants serving British food in St Catherine's and Hurn Christchurch South West

Very poor customer service at The Bunker. We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast, only to be told that a large group had arrived, and they decided to serve them first—completely disregarding our order. No prior warning, no apology, just a dismissive "you'll just have to wait." This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. Good management should be able to handle multiple orders fairly, not prioritise one group at the expense of others who have been patiently waiting. A complete lack of organisation and customer care. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Firstly a very big THANK YOU to Amanda . She made this event so very special and memorable for us. With accommodating our big group of 18 in the last minute. Beautiful table decorations and excellent service from her and her staff. Also a compliment to her chef. The food was delicious and very well presented. Thank you for the wonderful Christmas experience you gave all of us

I am here with my family and we have had a really good time and the waitresses are really good the food is really good as well as the drinks. The chairs are comfortable and the plants are nice
