The best restaurants in Hengrove Bristol, City of South West

I was considering finding out how much it would be for swimming sessions on an hourly basis and I inquired! However a swimming membership here was a little bit off putting at just over £220 a year. Undoubtedly if it had individual swimming times at a reasonable price of £5 to £6 an hour - I would have been a little bit more enthusiastic about it! As it is! I'm just a bit wary about it. A little bit of posting of public swimming sessions might be more helpful. Just not slightly clear enough! A bit of a pity but that's the way that things go.

Faye, Kelly and Andy are always amazing hosts. The food hot and delicious! Great service. Definitely be back next week!

Off on an early flight…checked in…meet friends in Frankie and bennys…coffee and pastries…ran out of pastries…but Lataya was on it…up sold me muffins and eggs/bacon…then out she had only in working there 2x weeks….I’m in the trade…she should be very proud of herself….lataya…keep at it…you’ll get a pay rise! Bought a "too good to go" advertised as £9 worth of food for £3. Didn't expect amazing quality, but got a scoop of chips and a single sausage. If that is worth £9, then I recommend going elsewhere because it's really not worth it... unless you like salt, there was probably more salt than actual chips.

We were at he grove park and it was extremely quiet and the cafe was empty. The weather started to get bad and raining so I took myself and the children I had into the cafe quickly just for some shelter. Immediately we were told to leave as we weren’t customers before I even had a chance to think about buying anything. The lady was extremely rude and raised her voice at us to leave despite the fact it was tipping with rain. When I asked if we could just wait til rain stopped she said no leave now. Service was awful and she didn’t even give us a chance to buy anything so how could we be customers. The lack of humanity was just awful.

Nice food, always fresh and tasty. Store is not usually busy and staff are friendly

We had the drive thru option at this Costa store. There wasn’t any cars waiting infront of us but had a wait, it seemed that one female was doing all the work herself - taken the order, prepping the item and taking payment. Once driven past the front of the store the Costa there were three employees at the front / desk with no customers - maybe better placement?
