Food was cold wen got here and missing drink for kids meal normally really good

Absolutely vile, ordered x large, received medium. Out of date pitta, cold. Paid the sugar tax for a nice Coca Cola. Received Pepsi max.. avoid avoid

Had food poisoning 😫 threw up after havin their pizza which was like eating bulbs of raw Garlic

Chips - re heated , kebab was cold , pizza was re heated. Absolutely disgusting and I will never be ordering from you again. Went straight in the bin.

Food was really greasy did not like so I won’t be buying again from there

My Food was good but waited so long for it everybody else had fall asleep , 1.5 hours for 3 burgers and chips

Messed up my order ordered large chicken doner n chips was given just regular without chips!

The lamb meat tasted like warmed up microwave stuff, no salad, no sauce. I paid an extra £1 for large chicken meat and chips. Wow, hate to see the regular size if what we had were classed as a large. Would never order again

Didn’t even get my order they delivered to a wrong address so say just eat refusing to refund the shop said they re deliver but didn’t now I’m 20 pound down what a joke

Kebabs are delicious, very understanding and communication excellent !

don't order from here if you live in Broomhill or Brislington they take over an hour and the food is cold

Everything burnt food Rubery went back to complain with aggressive staff then refused to do anything about it do not eat not safe for consumption horrible place hygiene and staff do not waste your money or time ordering or getting it delivered completely rubbish go to McDonald's it's a million times better and I hate McDonald's even the chips were cold chicken and kebab mote rubbery than a bike tire burgers are even unbelievablly Rubery resulted in quavers for tea

Worst food I've ever tasted. Burger was so dry and burnt, it was like rubber. Pizza was burnt , base and top. Chicken was dry,under cooked. Seems like they were on a hot plate for days drying out. When called to complain, they tried blaming the deliveroo driver, HOW CAN HE BURN IT? Went to shop to complain and meet man on end of phone blaming the driver,and was rude,obnoxious and very argumentive, refused to cook fresh, as I was watching. So when I said, I want a fresh burger and pizza, he hot aggressive again, and said he won't cook,and won't refund me. So please 🙏 don't but anything from this dirty shop. I'll never, order from deliveroo again, because of this 1 shop.

Had kebab and burgers from here a few times always proffesional and well cooked the reason for 4 stars is delivery was a little long once over half hour late

Food was an hour late and pizza had arrived cold the takeaway quite clearly turns there phones off so no one can get ahold of them. Rang plenty of times to see where my food was and no answer. Do better paying a good amount of money for some 💩 quality food

Restaurant DO NOT read the allergy box covered kebabs in wrong sauce and when I called said he presumed it was what I wanted, wasn’t helpful atal and wasn’t whiling to correct there problem told me to take it up with my bank Never would I order again I’ve used them a few times and they always mess the order up

I am disgusted with the service and the food. My order was 2 hours late !! There were 3 items missing, one item was regular instead of large. I think someone must have dropped the salt into the chicken. My mother was unable to eat it, was so so salty. I am expecting a full refund.

Not happy I’ve paid for a dearer burger and I have received it both of them was wrong it was cold and I tried ring u about 6 times n u would not answer your phone

Food was nearly an hour late, phoned to be told will be there is 5-7 kins didnt even ask order number. Phoned a second time to be told only 1 driver and very busy tonight. Food was cold when it finally arrived and chips were dry and stiff Food went in bin. Yuk not ordering again thays the 2nd time from there.

Small portions, food cold and pitta bread soggy. Never include free coke/garlic baguette as advertised. Have ordered from here several times but will now go elsewhere.

Order placed, 15 minutes later got a call to say driver has broken down, collected the order, pizzas were awful, thick and floppy, missing pepperoni which I paid for and double pepperoni literally meant 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice instead of 1, won’t be ordering again

Freezing cold food, late delivery, shocking service

I rang them several times to be assured it was on its way. I ordered at 5pm and it came at 6.45. My children were hungry and in the end i cooked. I tried to save breaking my routine as we had a new reception class visit so feel extremely let down.

Not sure what’s happening but my last three kebabs have been very greasy

Another great order, always enjoy the food here. Food is always tasty and fresh. Added a request for the kebab which they did. A missed item today but restaurant sorted it out quickly for us, which is very appreciated.

Right kebabs but wrong sauces on each spoilt them as I hate chilli sauce and not keen on lamb kebab

The food was just warm and was a bit tasteless, it took over a hour and a half to get to me and was 45 mins late after it say it was delivered after 45 mins from ordering the food

The chicken was pink and the wrap had chilli sauce in it when I said no sauce
