I thought they had the best mac + cheese bits when I ordered the other day so ordered again really disappointed the changed completely and just was nowhere as good ruined it for me

3rd time I’ve ordered from bulls and the 3rd time they’ve forgotten to put drinks in. Food is good but not good enough that I’m satisfied with paying more money to have items missing

Ordered a burger via Uber eats. First time ordering from this place. The burger was absolutely delicious. Chips were great too. The food arrived hot which is a bonus!

This place has some nerve.. Just a disgusting inedible cheap nasty mess of a 'burger', and hard, stone-cold fries. Complete waste of money.

not worth the waiting time or the money. Awful food that’s hard to eat It gave me food poisoning and the server refused to do anything when he turned my ‘plain hotdog with ketchup’ into a mustard-soaked, wet bun, stuffed with red cabbage and onions as garnish 🤮

This not a restaurant, it's a takeaway next to the arches on Cheltenham road. Going by some of the reviews, they must be confusing it with somewhere else. Because this place is bad, really bad. So terrible, I'm at a loss how someone can run a business like this. Obviously some initial time and thought went into the branding and shop design. But from that point on theres been Zero care, effort, skill or professional pride in the business. From the customer service (music playing so loud, that even when I shouted the guy couldn't hear me). Only this one guy working in the place, and hes not present most of the time. Showed almost zero interest, going through the motions. The end product; disgusting burgers and rock hard, stone cold bullet fries. Burgers are packed in very expensive little cardboard box contraptions (which probably stem from the initial design concept), but pointless if it contains an unpalatable mess. The ingredients are cheap and nasty, probably the cheapest cash & carry catering supplies you can get Guess what? Design concepts are all very well, but it all comes down to the quality of the food. And this is the pits. Never again.

Wanted something sweet so I ordered their cheesecake and obviously you have to buy bits and bobs. Come to find out their cheesecake is store brought or was made about 3 weeks then stored in the freezer. I can teach you how to make one?

Has a lot of potential. I bought the classic hotdog expecting it to be a basic hot dog, like what could go wrong? Absolutely covered in sauces, and couldn't finish it, it was so soggy :( I would have preferred less, just a basic dog with pickle and a normal amount of sauce. Shame

would be better if the burger came with gem lettuce rather than iceberg. The chunky chips on the other hand were 10/10

Food arrived quickly. Was nicely packaged. Food was disgusting. The fries were so salty could actually probably die of a sodium poisoning if I have had finished them - the spice is awful and there is waaaay too much of it. The burger is soggy and way too.much ketchup. Zero balance or effort.

Was very disappointed with my burger when it came I selected no mayo and it still came with . I called up and asked what my order said having checked he lied and said mayo was selected seems that they don’t care about customers Poor service.

Great vegetarian choices, the food is always good

We were the only people in there and they still messed up our order. We ordered very clearly but by the time we walked home and unwrapped it we saw they gave us a hotdog which I don't think was even on the menu (ordered the Cowboy Burger which was meant to be mushrooms, onion, and bacon with bbq sauce, got one with sun dried tomatoes and ketchup?), unseason fries which were meant to be "Naughty Fries', and a burger drenched in mayo which we didn't even order. Would normally be happy about the extra food but it's all naff. Don't order from here, total waste of money.

Poor food, little to no care put into it and the customer service is so so bad. I don't really do reviews, that is how bad it was. And way overpriced. Just disappointing in every way.

Had an order from these guys a couple of weeks ago. Had got home from work late and decided to order. Order turned up but had the wrong burger and the wrong sides. The place had closed shortly after I ordered so couldn't ring back to change it. So called when back from work the next day and the "owner" said there was nothing they could do about it and was shouting at me for not calling straight away which I did give it a try although they was closed. I still had the food and told him I had proof I had ordered from them. He gave me his personal number and to WhatsApp him a picture of the burger I ordered to see if it was wrong. Took the picture showing a completely different burger to what I had ordered. He then decided to shout down the phone that it wasn't one of their burgers and I was lying. After a bit longer on the phone he claimed he had made my burger last night and admitted it wasn't what I ordered. When I requested a refund he said "no refund goodbye" and hung up. Rang back to see if maybe they could exchange the food instead. Instead I got shouted at and cussed at down the phone. Think the owner has a small pickle and the delivery drivers cucks his wife personally

Give this joint a swerve. Jumping on the gourmet burger bandwagon, but they haven't got a clue, or just don't care. Probably both. Fries totally inedible, burger disgusting - went in the bin.

Ordered food, and drinks 1 drink wrong and burger was meant to be plain and had everything on it, even though it states on the ordered no mayo and on special requirements no mayo and Plain. Had to argue the toss on the phone to get the ordered sent out again correctly. Now have to wait again. Avoid this place.

Was very good until recently. Food order turned up 1 hour and 20 minutes late, was then instructed on the next order to ring and mention this, and they would give extra food. Ordered £40+ order, rang the shop to a man who claimed he was 2 days new, who then all of a sudden became the manager.. told me nothing he can do as he doesn't know about it and then put the phone down. Rang them back spoke to two different people, eventually they agreed to give some free cans of drink, despite me saying there is four of us only put 3 free cans of coke. Won't be ordering from them again.

Awful customer service, go here regularly until recently. accepted my order around 23:11 on Sunday night and took payment but did not deliver any food, i was okay with it and asked for it to be delivered the next day. Had to literally argue to get my order delivered and when they finally delivered it it was completely burnt to a crisp.

Probably one of the worst burgers I've ever had. Memorable for all the wrong reasons. Dry bread and odd meat. Would only recommend after about 10 pints.

Empty wallet and empty stomach (detailed review) Chicken burger was juicy. Brioche bun was slightly soggy but decent enough. There was a lot of lettuce which unfortunately resulted in the structure of the burger collapsing in my hands. And there was way too much mayonnaise. 6/10. Fries were unsalted. Salt the fries and give an option to remove the salt, the salt will absorb the left over grease in the box and stop the bag from reaching almost breaking point. They were hard, they are; in the bin. I could literally taste that they were frozen. 3/10. Onion rings, again they had that "freezer taste". You could look at changing the oil more frequently in the fryers? 3/10. The "Detroit" burger, I'd rename it. How does "Bradford" burger sound? Seeded bun, not much in terms of "structural integrity", bit like the bag. Bacon, meh. Cheese, meh. Onions, meh. Bbq sauce, not bad. Beef patty, now this bit is worrying. It's pretty foul, I can't even give you advice, I can't taste the problem. As for the pulled pork, "pull" it off the menu! Who'd want to live in Bradford? 2/10. Oh, yeah the Coca-Cola (can) was perfect. 10/10. I have to say, the packaging is very, very good. My food was still hot and very well presented. 10/10. Delivery (Just Eat), again top notch. 10/10. I wouldn't say the food is reasonably priced at all, simply because I wish I hadn't bought it. Just gonna nip over to the news-agents for a Pot Noodle. Goodnight.

Absoulte shambles. Ordered through just eat. The wrong address got got in by mistake. Tried call restaurant but number doesn't work. Its dead line. Just eat were no help. Do not order from This place. Service is poor and disgrace. Can't contact them when I'm trying fix easy mistake. They list big customers. As we usually spend a lot.

Cannot praise this place enough! My housemates and I have been ordering from this place for over a year now and have never received a burger we weren't blown away by. It's our go-to place for takeaway! All of their burgers are packed full and considering they're cheaper than your average burger, it's definitely good value for your money. The salad is always fresh and there's plenty of it. I always get the vegetarian burger and it's honestly the best veggy burger I've ever had. My partner isn't a vegetarian but sometimes orders this because it's seriously just that good (and, like, the size of your head for £4.50). P.S. I probably sound like a bot but tbh I've never had a vegetarian option that was actually better than any meat burger I've eaten. Plus, the folks in there are so nice - their commitment to quality is appreciated

Ordered food and paid over their website which they recommmended. They took our money and then told us the order was rejected because 'FOOD UNAVAILBLE'. When we called them and spoke to them they said the order was 'too complicated' and they couldn't fulfil it, despite the fact we were able to select everything on their website. We asked them if we would receive our money back straightaway as they should never have taken our money in the first place, they then said that the money was not they responsibility and that we needed to contact the payment company ZPos and that there was nothing else they could do. When we went on the ZPos they said that we wouldn't be able to get a refund for up to 5 days. I think this is completely unacceptable and have never experienced any restaurant take my money and not automatically refund if they could not fulfill the order. We haven't yet heard about the money and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Im usually quite forgiving. So after the first fiasco of ordering from here, i ordered agin. The first time, they got my order wrong, and gave me the run around on the phone, saying i must have ordered wrong and started shouting at me and calling me a liar. Not only this but they were easily 20 minutes late. The second time was far worse. Having gone 30 minutes past the already long 90 minute estimated delivery time, i called them, and they refused to pick up. I called again. No answer. After the sixth time, they answered and said they would START to cook my food. Thats right, THEY HADNT EVEN BEGUN! Two hours had past, and they hadnt even begun to cook my food. When it eventually arrived, the delivery driver was rude and almost threw the food on my doorstep. I would NOT recommend, and hope you seriously reconsider ordering from here. Not for the time or hassle for such mediocre food.

So I ordered from a BS1 postcode which they deliver to, ordered food and they took the money then declined to deliver stating I was too far away when in fact they deliver upto 3 miles away....and being rude to a customer is not good practice no wonder they have a 1 star food hygiene from Bristol City Council....Trading Standards will also be informed

I rang them to ask a question about the veggie burger, before I could ask the guy just hung up on me! I wanted to know if mushroom burger or the veg burger tasted like beyond meat! I am not happy as I was going to place an order!

Ingredients are good, but ordered Hawaiian double pattie burger and I didn't get an extra pattie or pineapple on the burger. Also, the bacon was cooked so the fat hadn't been completely rendered, and was chewy/tough. Triple fries were underwhelming for price, just three different frozen fries with nacho cheese on. Everything seems to be in place but the execution/care, wouldn't order again - especially considering the pricing, you would expect better quality and to receive what you ordered. Would not recommend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would Food was stone cold and 20 minuets late . So after calling 15 times I decided to drive down and ask for my food to be redone. So I went in and politely asked and the way I was spoken to and treated was not human ! I was shouted at by 3 full grown men who was calling me a liar! They started becoming very animated and I felt very threatened and intimidated. So after they took the food off my me and physically pushed myleene out the shop I was left out of pocket, no food and upset that anyone especially a business owner could have employed people that treat his customers this was. Absolutely horrendous and I recommend anyone not to order from here and surport this place .

Outstanding burgers, chips and shakes. Little but pricey but great for the occasional treat. Have recommended to many friends who all loved it!

Theoretically this could be a nice burger. But I ordered a spice free burger and for something hotter than I could handle. Totally unnecessary.. never again.

Food arrived completely cold. My veggie burger was wet (not just a little bit soggy, it was literally dripping everywhere) and it fell apart when I tried to pick it up. Also ordered salted caramel cheesecake and received a cheesecake covered in what I assume were once strawberries? Basically everything is wet, slimy and inedible. EDIT: When I called the restaurant to tell them that they sent me wet and cold food, the man I spoke to told me that there was no way a veggie burger could be wet or cold as it had been cooked recently and I lived a short distance from the restaurant. He called me a liar and said 'You think you are clever? Well, we are cleverer than you'.

Burgers was soggy, didn't even ring, found a hair in one of the 3. Won't be going again. Also even though they close at 5 they don't answer the phone. Yes we ordered at 1 in the morning but the fact they banged on the door like the police at 2 when the burgers arrived which woke up one of my friends who was upstairs. Serious disappointment

Used to be the best, now they don't deliver what you order from their website and claim you are using the wrong website and that it's your fault. No idea if they have changed ownership or just got terrible. It's a shame, we used to order from here all the time.

Amazing burger bar. I’m a vegetarian and normally find veggie burgers boring and plain! They have 4 or 5 different type of vegetarian burgers to pick from! I have had veggie burger and spicy bean so far. They was both amazing. Definitely worth the money as the burger is massive, salad tastes really fresh and they use real cheese instead of that orange plastic stuff! Chip you can have a french fry’s or chunky. Both amazing! Comes all wrapped in tin foil and a box so your food stays warm. Mario and Ali are both very welcoming and remember you from the last time you went. Chatty and great customer service.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, food arrived wrong and I was told it would be replaced, after waiting another 20 minutes to have the delivery man come and ask me to give him back so he can send it to another customer! Despite my explanation that we had opened both items he was then condescending and rude, acting as though it were my fault he'd got my order wrong, and then didn't even hand over the replacement meal and just walked off! Utterly shameful behaviour, you have now left my girlfriend traumatised from biting into a beef burger (she's vegetarian) and also without any dinner, on Valentine's Day. I am absolutely seething and I demand a full refund

Worst burger in Bristol. Took over 30mins to cook two burger and chips with nobody else in the place. Burger was cremated, chips were cold and the milkshake was disgusting. And they got the order wrong. Definitely avoid this place.

The burgers were very good, if not slightly overpriced, but the customer experience was overall underwhelming. It felt as if we were a nuisance to the man who was serving. Maybe we'd interrupted his break?

Really good, just got a (very) late night burger from here and it was great. The chicken was a little dry, but that probably has much more to do with the fact that I showed up at 330 in the morning. I will definitely get food from here again.

Second time I've visited and impressed by this place! Staff are so lovely and a lot of care is put into the food. Huge amount of choice, quality of the food is great and portions really generous! Very tasty. Will be going back again!

One of the best burgers I've ever had, highly recommend the fried chicken burger, it was exquisite, if you come to Bristol for a burger make sure you get one of these in your face.

Best burgers in Bristol this is not. Excellent choice and customisation. Aberdeen Angus cooked well, but so salty. Even when taking the bacon and cheese out I needed a drink to wash the salt taste out. Fries were soggy. Member of staff was nice. Worth a punt after a night out. But for a tenner you can get a better burger and fries in many other places in the city.
