Excellent Japanese take away, especially for vegetarians. Spring rolls had really thin and crispy pastry, katsu pumpkin curry was delicious, sushi box was packed with veg and egg, and seaweed salad had a nice kick. Portions are on the large side, delivery was quick and everything was excellent value. Highly recommended.

Never again, hopefully. Waste of money. If you just want something to fill your stomach then it will do but not for the price. Chicken overcooked and almost burnt. Not much flavour in the Katsu sauce.

As a Kokoro connoisseur, I must admit the one in Bristol falls short on their food quality, prep and portions. There’s barely any rice in the sushi rolls and the salmon tastes off every time. Image in your head, little scraps of bad salmon, 2 grains of rice and a massive price tag twatted rolled into a disappointing clump of what looks like leftovers. The only thing that is done well is the sweet chili chicken (although it’s quality vary). Generous portion on that one, delicious sauce and great noodles. Nothing to pick on. However, I don’t know about their katsu or any rice box dishes as I haven’t had the courage to potentially waste my money and appetite. Also the gyozas are horrendous, slimey with an odd taste, do not recommend. Comparing it to Kokoro in Liverpool, this one is a massive let down.

Kokoro is some of the best katsu around and my go to in London etc for takeaway. The bristol one is nothing short of appalling. Cremated chicken that was so salty / dry and felt like it was cooked a few days ago and left. Sauce completely different and very watery and only given around half a tiny cup for a full meal. Avoid.

I used to be a fan of Kokoro and tried a takeaway from Bristol and it was terrible! Was drenched in oil and tasted horribly too. And the worst, my mom was vomiting the whole night after eating it! Really sad that the food quality went horrible.

Order through Deliveroo for the first time but not the last for sure. Food was tasty. We had set for two. I'm working in catering so think I've got bit of knowledge how tasty food should looks and tastes like and this is definitely way to go. Thank you Kokoro for lovely and tasty dinner.

Ordered a sushi set off Deliveroo and while the flavours were alright, the sushi rice wasn’t fully cooked through. Considering it’s a sushi place, I did not expect to be eating hard cold rice for dinner. Truly disappointing.

So hit and miss - we used to order all the time as their hot pots were amazing and the sushi was always super fresh. Terryaki salmon used to be amazing (super sticky thick sauce!) but last time it was watery and tasteless. The katsu used to be great but it was watery too last time. And the sushi was dry and hard! Wondering if they've changed the chef... Hope it goes back to being good again, really miss the great price and quality!!

Like many I ordered Kokoro via Deliveroo and it was absolutely foul to the point where the Salmon was off so therefore inedible and the Chicken Katsu Curry was a huge lump of tasteless bland stodgy rice with a woeful amount of poorly cooked chicken with a super watery clearly powdered sauce. I ordered two items the Salmon Boxset for nearly £9 and a Chicken Katsu Curry for almost £11 and both items I wouldn't give to a foodbank let alone sell to customers. Lord knows how on earth they got 4.5 Stars on Deliveroo because it's a complete mess. I wish I checked Google reviews first because now I sit here with a stomach ache (praying it's not food poisoning) wishing I just bought a cheap microwaveable meal instead because atleast that would have had more flavour to it.

Pumpkin katsu curry was good but there was nowhere near enough sauce unfortunately. Vegetable gyozas were freezing cold to the point of being inedible and yakisoba tasted really bad :( Not the normal experience at kokoro because the stores are usually good

Wish I'd read Google reviews before ordering on Deliveroo - this was not good. Salmon was inedible, teriyaki sauce left a horrible aftertaste and gyoza was soft and mushy.

We were so excited to discover a new sushi/ pan Asian kitchen here in Bristol but sadly everything about our food was wrong. Prawn Tempura was soft battered soggy bread crumb stick, Sweet & Sour Chicken with noodles was tender with literally inedible hard noodles in a very synthetic sweet slimey sauce (so so bad ), Chicken Gyozas were so cold they were frozen in the middle, Wakame salad glowed green and tasted so strange ( no more than one mouthful and it was discarded - along with noodles & tempura), Katsu Curry was grainy and bitter. Haven’t dared try the sushi. We’re all in shock. Such bad food. Delivery was fast - really rare for Deliveroo on a Friday night but could never order from here again

I stopped here for a kebab after a night out. Be warned the staff were blatantly trying to take advantage of the drunk people by over charging, they overcharged me but luckily I was sober enough to realise, as soon as they saw me re-look at the menu to challenge they reimbursed me the extra change. I then saw them do the same to several other people while I was waiting for my food. The actually tasted great

Staff are always moody whenever you walk in and it doesn't feel like a friendly atmosphere at all. I ordered a meal on the self service machine and received the receipt with .y order number on there. While I was waiting for the food one of the staff called me and said unfortunately they only have 2 chicken legs left and that he is sorry for the inconvenience. I paid with my credit card at the self service machine and whenni asked when I would be getting my money back he said in 1 days time. So now I have to wait a day for my money to be paid back into my account after I made the order. Very unprofessional in that they have no idea who's ordering and what stock they have left. I experienced another incident at that particular KFC when the chicken burger I ordered was like rubber it didn't resemble anything like a chicken it was more like ageing rubber I had to take it back. Tonight was my last visit at that KFC unfortunately they have lost a good customer Tonight.

It's a supermarket cafe so kinda what you expect - the staff were nice, the food was cheap but tasty, the place itself is fine. Nothing special, kinda like a canteen vibe.

I genuinely do think that might’ve been the worst takeaway I’ve ever had in my entire life. I called up and ordered then went the shop to collect it, I should’ve had a clue by the very sad looking goldfish,that the food wasn’t going to be that great. Unfortunately, my hunger took the best of me and I dived in hoping for an authentic Chinese experience.. I didn’t get authentic Chinese experience. Maybe a local prison in China would serve food like this but I don’t think on the streets of Shanghai you’re getting anything like this. It was so bad, the food was so bad. Every single thing I ordered was terrible noodles terrible and flavourless undercooked squid spring undercooked yet somehow over fried spring rolls flavourless ribs, The soup is just awful overall. just a terrible experience. I didn’t think you could get food this bad anymore, not in this day and age but you definitely can and it’s from here. Please don’t go here if you like yourself. Please don’t go here if you want to make lasting memories of your loved ones. I would recommend if you’re having a particularly heated debate about a last will and testament your involved in with a distant aunt? Sincerely I hope this a front for a heroine operation because if this business is hoping to survive if its food it should be closed down immediately

I continue to make the same mistake of ordering from this domino's thinking it will be different. I've worked at domino's in my 20s and I know the process. The service here is next level bad. I order the same pizza everything and each time I get the same problem despite complaining. I've made this pizza for years as a staff member so I know the standard in which it should arrive. Paying More for a double decadence then now getting any cheese in the middle is ridiculous. When phoning the shop they recommended phoning ahead and reminding them to put chesse in the middle. What a joke. I'm done with the ordering from domino's.
