Staff are always moody whenever you walk in and it doesn't feel like a friendly atmosphere at all. I ordered a meal on the self service machine and received the receipt with .y order number on there. While I was waiting for the food one of the staff called me and said unfortunately they only have 2 chicken legs left and that he is sorry for the inconvenience. I paid with my credit card at the self service machine and whenni asked when I would be getting my money back he said in 1 days time. So now I have to wait a day for my money to be paid back into my account after I made the order. Very unprofessional in that they have no idea who's ordering and what stock they have left. I experienced another incident at that particular KFC when the chicken burger I ordered was like rubber it didn't resemble anything like a chicken it was more like ageing rubber I had to take it back. Tonight was my last visit at that KFC unfortunately they have lost a good customer Tonight.

Bathrooms were in poor condition. Sealant around the sink is mouldy, lots of limescale. It wąs disgusting and unhygienic

Very tasty and very quick to serve piping hot food.

It's a KFC. What you see is what you get. There are all EV superchargers here. The best there is and some of the cheapest. There seems to be work going ahead to install Ionity chargers adjacent to these Teslas. Ionity charging is roughly twice the price of Tesla charging. Good luck making that work!

We are not happy at your bristol branch. I dont no his name. But he didn't nice behave with us...

I ordered my food and paid for it using one of the machines. For whatever reason the machine did not give me a receipt. I queried this with the staff to then be told I had not paid for my food despite my banking app telling me the money had left my account. They found my order on their system and said that I needed to pay again. I thought this was odd as I had already paid. But the guy said I hadn’t. I then said that if I pay again then I will be charged twice. He said this wouldn’t happen as the first time it didn’t go through. He said to wait 2-3 days and check my account. He gave me the receipt and the number to call if this happened. I have checked my account and I have paid twice for the same meal. I have tried to call the number but no one answers the phone. I wonder how many other people this has happened to?

Clean and decent enough service for a change

I started our transaction and printed a receipt to pay cash at the till. Everything was easy and smooth at this point. However, we were made to wait around 10 minutes to be served after being acknowledged by 3 members of staff on multiple occasions. Not one spoke to me, just ignored me. When I was eventually served, there was no apology. Food, however, was delicious.

Massive over price and always something missing

I am not satisfied with the service at this place. From the ratings, it seems I am not alone. My partner and I have only been here twice, and the second time was the last. We received our food fairly quickly, but it was only lukewarm. There was practically no line, so why didn’t they heat the food properly? Also, they have issues with cleanliness. I give it 1 star only guys - sorry.

8.9.24 staff on shift on the morning shift needs training in customer service, the front end female is very rude and the male front end is clueless on his role

I went in for some lunch. I choose to eat in. I chose and paid for my order on the self-service board. After I paid, they told me there was no ice cream. They offered me a cookie instead! When I got it, it was a white chocolate cookie, which I don't like. I couldn't be bothered to queue up to complain.

Excellent manager works here. I witnessed Tarik managing a difficult customer. He handled the ladies complaints and requests with calm, patience and dignity. He treated the ladies daughter with kindness and sympathy He protected his staff and still provided excellent service to all other customers. The lady walked with a stick and he made sure to open the door for the lady when she was ready to leave. He went above and beyond in a situation that others may have struggled to deal with.

Food is fine as always but the staff were rude and didn't seem like they could be bothered.

They never have krushems. Their touch screen machines are so sensitive so wheb you try to scroll it just loads up where ever you touched.i got a zinger tower burger.. had no hashbrown on it.

They made me wait 20’ to cook the chicken and then I got pieces that were smelling and tasting badly. The order wasn’t complete either. I wrote a compliment a month ago due to good service and quality. But today’s service was very poor.

As a visitor from out of town, I had the pleasure of dining at KFC Eastgate here. The service was exceptional, the staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met promptly. The food was delicious, with the chicken being perfectly crispy and flavorful. The atmosphere was inviting and clean, providing a comfortable dining experience for my family and me. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and we’ll definitely be returning soon!

Waited for food as home delivery service took priority. Servers were not poitel. No tissue in all toilets and hand dryer out of action. Freezing cold in the building as air con on- 4 degs outside so warmer outside than in. Would not visit again.

Every time I make an order for a chicken meal or bucket, they do not put the right mixture of chicken pieces in. It would seem that they have been skimping on the best pieces and ser ing mostly legs. This has been going on far too long and now I will insist on checking future orders before leaving the counter. Not good.

The app didn't work, in spite of making me wait while it updated. The in-store order stations wanted to charge me more for less. The counter only accepted orders in cash. Wasted half an hour trying to buy some food and ended up Léaving without buying anything. Absolutely rubbish.

I like the place and food as well.

This place is dreadful. There is never more than 5 customers in there on Friday afternoon yet the service is dead slow, it’s like they are a bunch of incompetent people not knowing what to do. You have 3 people behind the counter moving in horrible slow motion. Toilets are always disgusting. Tables are very dirty. Avoid!!!

Change your frying oil, PLEASE! Tastes like the frying oil hasn’t been changed for ages! Disgusting.

Customer service is not good. The food was not seasoned and had no taste. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest. The staff could really use some help with engaging with customers and practicing good customer service skills. The food needs seasoning too.

My first ever KFC visit in UK. Kentucky savers are perfect and budget friendly. I would be even more happier if the Kentucky savers are introduced in India also 😍❤️

One of the worst KFC ever. We order zinger burger and fries and some wings. The chicken patty was very old , can tell its not fresh. Wings was burnt and hard. Will never order again from this chain. Very disappointing 😞

One of the worst KFC in the UK. We visited IKEA, and decided to come here for lunch. Never ever again. Staff were absolutely mindless. Like literally zombies. Food was cold. Chips were burnt. Chicken was so greasy that it was inedible. Will never visit again.

Silly person trying to serve with mask round her face making it difficult to hear with the loud music. I asked 3 times for 10 piece bucket before she decided to look at me. She offered no forks or straws, and not a single thank you.

Horrible kfc, the manager is the most rude person that I ever meet in my life. His behaviour with customers and deliveries drivers are horrendous, and he likes to brag about how this kfc is the best one in Bristol. Shame on you.

Tasty food, as always. I usually buy and take home. This is because I'm usually just finish work, so want to put my feet up.

Atmosphere ok as I had takeout not hi on my list. By time I got home chips cold. Did the magic ping and good to go. Service was better thank the last visit to keep improving.

Scanners don't work for QR code discount, staff don't want to serve you unless you use the machines 😅 ... The screen with order numbers and ready on it doesn't work, chips are rank ... Jeez it's awful

Probably the most chaotic disorganised KFC I have ever been too. You order large, they give you regular, you ask for two portions if wings they give you one, you present your Blue Light Card but don't take the discount. Oh, and if you tell them they've made a mistake they argue with you. I have repeatedly given this restaurant a chance but it just stinks.

Discussing staff attitude. One week they do not have cups to serve me coffee. The other week they do not have sugar, the other week the chocolate mashine doesn't work and they added chocolate in a the water and it was absolutely disgusting. I order eat in and they put them in a bag and she was pulling a face when i said is to eat in. And funny enough shop was empty. Tables every single week a filthy as well as chairs. Well I think I have this shop far too many chances. Well we are people not animals. No wonder you only have 3 stars.

Just order online delivery. Decent food, regular KFC. Wish they would add serviettes on delivery orders.

Usual KFC standard food. Staff were fairly slow and lacked any sign of interest in what they were doing. The seating area was a bit grubby.

It was one of the worst KFCs I have eaten in this place, the gravy was very watery and tasteless, the popcorn chickens were stale and the chips were not fresh and crispy at all, I could only drink my Pepsi.😔😔

If I could give them a zero I would. Today I ordered a reasonable order -£35 - including four portions of fries. No fries delivered. This is now the third time they have failed to deliver the order I asked for. Dont waste time on delivery and double check if you go and collect.

Ordered 5 meals and when we got home we were Missing 3 items from the order! No chicken popcorn, no coleslaw and no Gravy. Awful service so Won’t be back!

Food was watery even the chicken Employees told me "were closing soon , only takeaway now" two hours from closing time when I asked them if they could clean the tables.

Appalling service ... placed order at 19.20, we were given no indication of delay and waited over 30 minutes for our food ... partly due to the fact the chicken ran out and they and to cook more, not great planning, even when there was fresh food the staff were incredibly slow and not pushing the orders out.

The chicken was excellent as all was the staff were ok but could be better. It was very clean and tidy there. So over all go there its lovely.i proud to be part of kfc lover

This was the most disappointing experience of fast food since during lockdown. Not sure if the franchise is new or just inexperienced but the food was dismally poor. Took my grandchildren and had two big buckets so lots of cooking skills on showcase for my travelling children all the way from Ireland. Chips or fries still had the peal on them, chicken poorly cooked and soggy, corn was cobbled with brusing, gravy cold beans OK and the new sweet and sour together with the BBQ chicken bites not at all anywhere near hitting the spot. The kids had smoothies which they couldn't drink through the straws because of the mulch that had quickly blocked the straws. Not a good foodie experience where only a few years ago this place was brilliant. Have to say though the staff were nice.

Usually a bit of a wait for food ordered, even if there's only 1 or 2 customers ahead of you. What I don't like is having no hot drink option to go with your meal.

The service is so bad , they are working too slow, but the food is delicious
