Really unhappy , Ordered when nobody was in store. More people arrived once my order was in yet I was waiting in the store for 37 minutes until my order came.No apologies,No warning. It is meant to be fast food. I get business is busy but I would appreciate speedy service and better customer satisfaction

A nice small restaurant to relax with friends and a chat

Be prepared for a long wait at busier times. Even a 2 chicken burger order elicited " Can you wait round the back !" 22 minutes later..... 😡

Honestly the worst McDonald's I've ever been too, placed quite a big order of £45 (8 meals) for breakfast, when I got to the window to pay the order was mostly wrong so had to repeat everything, waited in the bay for around 10 mins, didn't look like enough in the bag so checked it all, 3 meals were missing, the food we did have was awful (wish I took a pic now) one muffin was soaking wet, one only had half of the bread, not good at all, tried to get the missing items but refused as now gone 11am, the manager dealt with it as best he could and we had burgers and fries to replace the missing or badly made items but not a good experience overall.

Slow delivery, incorrect order, unhelpful staff. Don’t bother

Check your order before you drive away! There’s always something missing. Staff polite enough, but always in a rush.

I just seen my order was delivered it took a while before it was confirmed to a delivery driver i fell asleep and seen it was delivered 3 hours i gave 2 stars because it was delivered

order was placed at 23.05 and was marked as delivered at 01.39 but no delivery was made

Says 24hrs however it was not true. We went around 11:30pm after the airport to crab a bite and go home and they said it was shut. Should consider changing the times online

Have to write a review as the staff were pleasant and polite. The lady at the drive through was and older lady and was very pleasant, the young man who served us was polite and said have a nice day. The service was fast too. Compared to mcdonalds brislington which is a shambles, where staff are rude, have no manners and get orders wrong majority of the time. Definitely will return to this mcdonalds. A breath of fresh air to have staff who have good manners and give good service. Only thing that was a slight shame was size of my breakfast muffin bun as seen in picture.

The food wasn’t cooked properly the Big Mac was ice cold same as the chips

My recent visit to McDonald’s was disappointing. The restaurant was noticeably dirty, with food debris on floors and sticky tables. The waiting time was frustratingly long, taking over 15 minutes to receive a simple order. This combination of poor cleanliness and inefficient service made for an unpleasant dining experience, leaving me reluctant to return.

After a hard stressful day at work, all I wanted was a double cheeseburger. I get home after picking up my order open the double cheeseburger to eat it and it has a bite taken out of it. Not happy whoever made my burger I hope you’re happy because cus now it’s in the bin! Hope you lose your job! Now I know why Burger King is better

Time kept changing but overall man was polite

i would have put no stars if I could, as I did not get my order for a third time using this app. with no updates, been waiting 2 hours for my order just for it to say it was delivered an hour and a half ago when there was no knock at the door, phone call, message or even a bag of food left on my doorstep. I do not recommend 😐

If you ever order any meals which come with sauces such as the chicken select meals please double check your bags before you leave if taking away They have forgotten this twice in a row now and we have to keep going back in before we can eat which is just so irritating given it's a part of the meal

Literally the worst McDonald's in bristol never get my order out correctly and then given attitude like it's my mistake not there's would highly recommend to go to another McDonald's

late night order after getting home from work. fancy couple of milkshakes including the new limited grimace shake. however got my order which included a choc and grimace milkshake. instead got 2 x iced cokes despite paying extra for the shakes. if I knew the ice cream machine was broken or being cleaned and not available. I wouldn't have ordered at all and gone elsewhere. 1 star despite delivery time and driver being good. Will complain in morning as too tired and annoyed to ring up at 3am

Recieved completely the wrong meal. One happy meal and a mayo chicken, I’m absolutely disgusted as I paid near to £18.

Order was never delivered, driver was rude and wouldn’t come to my door -expected me to go find him as he parked far from my house and ignored any directions I gave. I ended up with no food and claimed my order was delivered

Update1* Went around drive through the person communicating threw the machine order point couldn't hear what we was saying even when we were shouting to be heard got to the window and had to double check the order and went to colect we had to go park up and wait for it it has got to have been the most stressful experience at a McDonald's that i can think of bring back ordering and paying at the 1st window it was so much easier. Update 3* Was better the previous time now has just a serving hatch closer to the door with 1 staffed order point the rest are self service wich I don't like but all that happens now is everyone crouds around closer to door so on a buisyer day it would be difficult to get in or out past everyone waiting. Original 4*) Stopped off on the way home managed to get majority of are order. They had no oases drink available wich is what I was most looking forward to at the time but whilst sat in the line for the drive threw knowing that the flurry machine never works at McDonald's I did a check online to see and luckily enough it was working. I got it as a student discount and then when we got to the window to pay the member of staff said what's that for when I showed them my student ID. Other than that it was quick the food was nice so enjoyed it.

Everytime I eat here there's always a problem. Raw food, missing items, wrong items ect or just prepared sloppy! Better off using the restaurant down the road in brislington they do a much better job.

Ordered via the mcdonalds app for delivery . Normally order through a 3rd party app with no issues. Food arrived cold , tracking clearly stated the driver had 2 stops . Customer support via the MD's is lame considering its a multimillion pound business . If you want hot food , use the delivery companies, forget the golden arch app.!

Stuff doesn’t care order is very slow. I ask for coffee latte they gave me caramel latte.

Standard fast food environment. Still struggling to understand the ordering style now. When you just want a coffee it seems to take longer than when you ordered via a teller, but maybe it's an age thing.

Recently gone down hill, cold Fries, ordered large got medium fries, ordered a burger with bacon only to get one without over multiple orders. No dips. Not a great experience. Would not recommend.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been too, staff and manager slagging off other staff in front of customers, nearly all the orders wrong and people taking food back to the counter. My wife ordered breakfast wrap and got bacon role. This was supposed to be a treat for me and totally ruined the morning. Never ever going there again.

Always missing items when ordering from here and then have the hassle of trying to claim the money back! But always ruins someone’s meal by missing items! Don’t order from here

Worst customer service I've seen in a mcdonalds. Go inside to order breakfast on two separate occasions and all the staff is hiding out back only paying attention to drive thru customers. Watched people pay for their tea at the kiosk and finally give up and leave without their order. You have to practically harass the staff to get them to bring your order if you pick up inside.

Drive through is always ridiculous slow and there's never any sign before you enter that items aren't available, meaning if you want what should be there but isn't, your sitting in a queue for 30 minutes for nothing. This place really needs to be looked at!

Clean and tidy good service some times you get what you order but not very often

Good parking and drive through quick answering order point clear precise order taking and response excellent money transfer at window and quick professional service at end of drive through = 10/10 on my third visit again

Another incompetent place. Ordered one thing received different via Uber Eats. Paid £4 for delivery, joke. Update from Nov 2024 - it’s not fast food! Avoid at all costs. They cannot fulfil drive through orders so they will send you to parking. I’m right here with approx 12 other cars waiting for plain hamburger and cheeseburger with fries. Absolute joke

Ordered a delivery at 11:30pm on a Friday. I get how weekends can be busy but i just got my order at 2:20am and was stone cold. This is an actual joke. Don’t order from here on weekends. The delivery was fast so not the service or drivers fault, just the restaurants.

You guys should light up your 24hrs sign. I was on way to Airport and needed some early morning breakfast but was difficult to see this was a 24hrs branch while driving, ended up not stopping.

It's a McDonald's. I've had some issues with incorrect orders, but when completing the customer survey and raising the issues, the company responded swiftly and made it right. Can't ask for any more than that. The staff at this McDonald's are very pleasant. I use the drive thru. The people there are always very polite. If you're going to McDonald's, you know what you're getting. The food is good value for money compared to other fast food franchises.

Had a fantastic visit at this McDonald’s! The food was great, but what really made my day was the incredible service from Harmony. They were so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to meet someone who brings such positive energy to the job. I'm absolutely discussed with the service from this McDonald's. The last time they gave me a screwed up chicken burger and this time was incredibly rude, I wanted a chicken burger but was told they won't let anyone in as they are closed with people still inside! And just as I was starving. I don't like this McDonald's! I thought I'd give this McDonald's a try because I haven't been here for a while. I caught the bus to hengrove wanting to buy a milkshake because McDonald's is known for milkshakes but I get there and no milkshakes whatsoever. Do you call this a bloody McDonald's?!!!!!!!

Ordered fries as they are gluten free. Took over 10mins for just fries and they were stone cold. The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. The staff were on their phones and not engaging or cleaning which there was lots to do. Tables messy and floor needed cleaning. Toilets were clean and tidy.

I mean, it's a McDonald's. You know what you're getting but the new app certainly has its benefits. Additional offers and gathering points for free meals seems like a no-brainer if you haven't signed up already. Have to admit that the quality of the burger is definitely going down and the prices seem to keep going up. But...nothing seems to beat these guys for speed and ease... unfortunately.

Just bought 2 Chillie chicken wrap meals. Wraps Luke warm. Chips- cold. Standards have really dropped at McDonald's. At one time foods was pretty consistent across all outlets but alas, on spite of significant price increases, standards are pretty poor.

McDonald’s really need to either sort there workers out or stop hiring teenage idiots. I had to wait an hour and a half for my order to even be given to the driver and I’ve seen how the workers just leave food sat there and forget about it.

Drive through. Each Parking space has a designated click and collect number. 2 disabled bays. Restaurant is well maintained inside and outside. The area is kept clean and tidy. Food was of the normal McDonald's quality. Staff are polite when handing out food.

Chips were served cold. The oil used to fry the chips was obviously old and poor quality as you could taste the foul cheap and stale cooking oil that’s obviously been over used. Think of school chips and 1000 times worse. Even when asked for fresh, they were changed, but the taste was disgusting. Unbelievable for a “McDonald’s” we won’t go here again.

Absolutely rubbish customer service from Uber aswell as McDonald’s, delivery went to wrong address, rang the driver who gave the phone to who he delivered my food to, he told driver directions, still no food, rang Uber support, will take up to 15 days for a refund, I don’t want a refund just my food, there response well you will have to order & pay again, rang McDonald’s at hengrove, sorry there is nothing we can do, you need to ring Uber, will never order from McDonald’s or use Uber again & will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either

I ordered delivery from this store, a salad a fries and a sharebox. But didn't get any sources that i chose, incredibly they even didn't put a fork in the bag for eating salad. The front counter staff who doing delivery should have a penalty :) Now, i m using my hand to grab tomatoes slice, lettuce and grill chicken...... Unbelievable

took out of the store and ate in the car the service was a little slow...inside the restaurant at around midnight you would expect it a little faster. The hot chocolate was quite nice.
