You guys should light up your 24hrs sign. I was on way to Airport and needed some early morning breakfast but was difficult to see this was a 24hrs branch while driving, ended up not stopping.

It's a McDonald's. I've had some issues with incorrect orders, but when completing the customer survey and raising the issues, the company responded swiftly and made it right. Can't ask for any more than that. The staff at this McDonald's are very pleasant. I use the drive thru. The people there are always very polite. If you're going to McDonald's, you know what you're getting. The food is good value for money compared to other fast food franchises.

Poor service again . 10 a.m no coffees available to go with breakfast only hot chocolate. Joke !!!

Drive through is always ridiculous slow and there's never any sign before you enter that items aren't available, meaning if you want what should be there but isn't, your sitting in a queue for 30 minutes for nothing. This place really needs to be looked at!

Had a fantastic visit at this McDonald’s! The food was great, but what really made my day was the incredible service from Harmony. They were so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to meet someone who brings such positive energy to the job. Thanks for making my visit so enjoyable, Harmony!

I'm absolutely discussed with the service from this McDonald's. The last time they gave me a screwed up chicken burger and this time was incredibly rude, I wanted a chicken burger but was told they won't let anyone in as they are closed with people still inside! And just as I was starving. I don't like this McDonald's! I thought I'd give this McDonald's a try because I haven't been here for a while. I caught the bus to hengrove wanting to buy a milkshake because McDonald's is known for milkshakes but I get there and no milkshakes whatsoever. Do you call this a bloody McDonald's?!!!!!!!

Food cold, and in the end I had to go to the store! As tried ringing them up but got no answer

Ordered fries as they are gluten free. Took over 10mins for just fries and they were stone cold. The restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. The staff were on their phones and not engaging or cleaning which there was lots to do. Tables messy and floor needed cleaning. Toilets were clean and tidy.

Clean and tidy good service some times you get what you order

I mean, it's a McDonald's. You know what you're getting but the new app certainly has its benefits. Additional offers and gathering points for free meals seems like a no-brainer if you haven't signed up already. Have to admit that the quality of the burger is definitely going down and the prices seem to keep going up. But...nothing seems to beat these guys for speed and ease... unfortunately.

Waited a long time for food although not crowded and well past lunch time

Just bought 2 Chillie chicken wrap meals. Wraps Luke warm. Chips- cold. Standards have really dropped at McDonald's. At one time foods was pretty consistent across all outlets but alas, on spite of significant price increases, standards are pretty poor.

McDonald’s really need to either sort there workers out or stop hiring teenage idiots. I had to wait an hour and a half for my order to even be given to the driver and I’ve seen how the workers just leave food sat there and forget about it.

Drive through. Each Parking space has a designated click and collect number. 2 disabled bays. Restaurant is well maintained inside and outside. The area is kept clean and tidy. Food was of the normal McDonald's quality. Staff are polite when handing out food.

Chips were served cold. The oil used to fry the chips was obviously old and poor quality as you could taste the foul cheap and stale cooking oil that’s obviously been over used. Think of school chips and 1000 times worse. Even when asked for fresh, they were changed, but the taste was disgusting. Unbelievable for a “McDonald’s” we won’t go here again.

I ordered delivery from this store, a salad a fries and a sharebox. But didn't get any sources that i chose, incredibly they even didn't put a fork in the bag for eating salad. The front counter staff who doing delivery should have a penalty :) Now, i m using my hand to grab tomatoes slice, lettuce and grill chicken...... Unbelievable

Absolutely rubbish customer service from Uber aswell as McDonald’s, delivery went to wrong address, rang the driver who gave the phone to who he delivered my food to, he told driver directions, still no food, rang Uber support, will take up to 15 days for a refund, I don’t want a refund just my food, there response well you will have to order & pay again, rang McDonald’s at hengrove, sorry there is nothing we can do, you need to ring Uber, will never order from McDonald’s or use Uber again & will make sure everyone I know doesn’t either

took out of the store and ate in the car the service was a little slow...inside the restaurant at around midnight you would expect it a little faster. The hot chocolate was quite nice.

Delayed for nearly an hour due to food preparation. Delivery the wrong items , Missed items, didn’t provide a fork for the salad and no sauce… It's pretty cool to have all the mistakes in one order👍Well done! This is the worst delivery experience I've ever had

McDonald's what happened to you? Why are only a few items available for order from a huge menu? Why, with a half-empty hall and the absence of a large number of orders, do you prepare a simple menu for half an hour? Something or someone needs to change here!

Be prepared for a long wait. Nobody else at the counter but it still took over 30(!) mins to get served. Going to burger king from now on.

While I was there this evening there was a young lady who did not stop cleaning. She was very thorough and on top of the messy and used tables. She even cleaned under the tables and hard to reach areas. She was so polite and thanked me when I cleared my tray.

delivery time was delayed 3 times. I was finally notified that my order was being prepared. then notified the driver was at the restaurant. then further delays. Once notified the driver was on the way it arrived very quickly but the driver was in the wrong place and of course my food was cold!! not even warm.. COLD! I am very annoyed! I cannot believe the incompetence. how hard is it to make hot food hot?? especially something that cooks in minutes???????? unbelievable

Came to this branch after attending a take that concert and waited 1hr 12 minutes for a few nuggets and a wrap. The orders didn’t run in sequence meaning some customers had their order after 20 minutes and some an hours or more like myself. Total chaos

Just have a look at the wrap, me and my missus was shocked when we opened them from the packaging, it bended right in the middle and couldn't understand why in the first few seconds,once looked inside as you can see in the picture it was almost empty, been buying wraps from McDonald's for ages and never seen anything like that before. We showed them at the till so they never apologized and accepted to replace them,but honestly the replacement was nowhere near better. This McDonald's one of the worst in my experience of course never be back to this one again, and who served us the black guy was rood too. I do understand it's a cost of living crisis but sorry for this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable, we pay ***** money and we want to get for what we pay for. Prices already increased in McDonald's over the past few years and now even with the price tag you get ripped off with a such ridiculously quality of food!!! Just had two pieces of raw chicken in my chicken select meal deal, salad was super warm and didn’t smell nice, seems like it was left out of the fridge. Staff needs to be trained on food preparation and hygiene. Can’t recommend this branch.

Will never buy from here again. Last week I was missing 2 full meals in my order . Store done nothing about it as apparently can't issue refunds online. Again I have ordered today and yet again missing meals. And yet again the store said we can't do anything unless you come to the store . If I could come to the store then I wouldn't order a delivery would I. Staff on the phones as useless and no help atall . Place is shocking I can't see how staff can be stupid and miss all meals not just parts . Its a fast food chain so hardly rocket science. Absolutely Clueless.

It is fast and convenient when you are hungry, but I just wish they could bring the dips out with the order.

Reviewing McDelivery via UberEats, cold food, twice in a month, I live five minutes drive from the restaurant, cold food should not be an issue, no one from Uber or McDonalds cares, no one would talk to me about a solution, to cold food #toobigtoocare

Having read through the other reviews, I am not disappointed. Went here twice through the drive through and had incomplete orders on both occasions So disappointed with their service 😞 Definitely not going back

Took almost 2 hours to arrive. All freezing cold. Sticker in the burger says it was made nearly 1.5 hours ago. Awful

I love Mac as usual. But what took me for quite a surprise is the fact that when I did a follow up order of a coke it took them 11 minutes. Even the other guys were waiting more than 10-15 mins for their order. I know its night time and not ideal to have too many staffs but at least there should be enough to serve the customers properly without making them wait too long.

Got 4 items wrong from our order then refused to change one of the burgers and said they don't do changes. Wasn't busy either. Got a milkshake wrong. Asked and paid for a cheese bites share box. Got the small pack of 5. Asked and paid for a deluxe double quarter pounder. Got a standard deluxe quarter pounder. Only item checked was the big Mac due to sesame allergy which is the burger they refused to change.

Me and my friend went to the mcdonalds minding our own business but the staff was really rude especially the big fat guy. First of all when he was giving me the food he stopped gave me an uncomfortable stare and then gave me the food. Secondly, the staff was talking abt me behind my back bc i went to redeem food. The atmosphere was rly awkward and I did not feel safe. They also forgot to give my friend her fries and only gave her the drink and chicken even tho she ordered a meal with fries so she had to go and get it. I would not recommend going here.

Love it can't beat a break fast

Coke isn't carbonated/mixed right likely due to lazy management and or crew members, not to mention the common cold soggy fries, it's a real shame having to hope the food comes out fresh when you pay what you are for your meal. common occurrence at this particular franchise
