Very quick service but was just busy

order kept get pushed back and pushed back and it gave me no option to cancel it. Took over an hour and a half when it originally said 35 mins. turned up absolutely stone cold freezing! couldn't even eat it. I want my money back!

Went to this McDonald’s after an intense workout with a hankering for a sprite, to my utter surprise they were completely out of sprite and so I had to settle for a Diet Coke. Not happy

Ordered delivery, wrong order delivered. McD's try to blame user eats but ordered through their app. We MAY get a refund in 15 days time!!! Joke, took money straight away so can refund straight away. Disgusting customer service. UPDATE, no refund after 2weeks & not a response of any king from McRipoff !!! Do not order delivery from the Hengrove Restaurant !!!

Delayed for nearly an hour due to food preparation. Delivery the wrong items , Missed items, didn’t provide a fork for the salad and no sauce… It's pretty cool to have all the mistakes in one order👍Well done! This is the worst delivery experience I've ever had

Be prepared for a long wait. Nobody else at the counter but it still took over 30(!) mins to get served. Going to burger king from now on.

McDonald's what happened to you? Why are only a few items available for order from a huge menu? Why, with a half-empty hall and the absence of a large number of orders, do you prepare a simple menu for half an hour? Something or someone needs to change here!

I wanted a Big Mac... McDonald's was able to sell me one!

While I was there this evening there was a young lady who did not stop cleaning. She was very thorough and on top of the messy and used tables. She even cleaned under the tables and hard to reach areas. She was so polite and thanked me when I cleared my tray.

I used the drive thru there was a queue when I got there but the staff where quick and friendly And the food was a good standard 👌 well done staff keep it up

delivery time was delayed 3 times. I was finally notified that my order was being prepared. then notified the driver was at the restaurant. then further delays. Once notified the driver was on the way it arrived very quickly but the driver was in the wrong place and of course my food was cold!! not even warm.. COLD! I am very annoyed! I cannot believe the incompetence. how hard is it to make hot food hot?? especially something that cooks in minutes???????? unbelievable

Came to this branch after attending a take that concert and waited 1hr 12 minutes for a few nuggets and a wrap. The orders didn’t run in sequence meaning some customers had their order after 20 minutes and some an hours or more like myself. Total chaos

Just had two pieces of raw chicken in my chicken select meal deal, salad was super warm and didn’t smell nice, seems like it was left out of the fridge. Staff needs to be trained on food preparation and hygiene. Can’t recommend this branch.

Just have a look at the wrap, me and my missus was shocked when we opened them from the packaging, it bended right in the middle and couldn't understand why in the first few seconds,once looked inside as you can see in the picture it was almost empty, been buying wraps from McDonald's for ages and never seen anything like that before. We showed them at the till so they never apologized and accepted to replace them,but honestly the replacement was nowhere near better. This McDonald's one of the worst in my experience of course never be back to this one again, and who served us the black guy was rood too. I do understand it's a cost of living crisis but sorry for this kind of service is absolutely unacceptable, we pay ***** money and we want to get for what we pay for. Prices already increased in McDonald's over the past few years and now even with the price tag you get ripped off with a such ridiculously quality of food!!! Will never buy from here again. Last week I was missing 2 full meals in my order . Store done nothing about it as apparently can't issue refunds online. Again I have ordered today and yet again missing meals. And yet again the store said we can't do anything unless you come to the store . If I could come to the store then I wouldn't order a delivery would I. Staff on the phones as useless and no help atall . Place is shocking I can't see how staff can be stupid and miss all meals not just parts . Its a fast food chain so hardly rocket science. Absolutely Clueless.

Reviewing McDelivery via UberEats, cold food, twice in a month, I live five minutes drive from the restaurant, cold food should not be an issue, no one from Uber or McDonalds cares, no one would talk to me about a solution, to cold food #toobigtoocare

Having read through the other reviews, I am not disappointed. Went here twice through the drive through and had incomplete orders on both occasions So disappointed with their service 😞 Definitely not going back

Took almost 2 hours to arrive. All freezing cold. Sticker in the burger says it was made nearly 1.5 hours ago. Awful

I love Mac as usual. But what took me for quite a surprise is the fact that when I did a follow up order of a coke it took them 11 minutes. Even the other guys were waiting more than 10-15 mins for their order. I know its night time and not ideal to have too many staffs but at least there should be enough to serve the customers properly without making them wait too long.

Got 4 items wrong from our order then refused to change one of the burgers and said they don't do changes. Wasn't busy either. Got a milkshake wrong. Asked and paid for a cheese bites share box. Got the small pack of 5. Asked and paid for a deluxe double quarter pounder. Got a standard deluxe quarter pounder. Only item checked was the big Mac due to sesame allergy which is the burger they refused to change.

Me and my friend went to the mcdonalds minding our own business but the staff was really rude especially the big fat guy. First of all when he was giving me the food he stopped gave me an uncomfortable stare and then gave me the food. Secondly, the staff was talking abt me behind my back bc i went to redeem food. The atmosphere was rly awkward and I did not feel safe. They also forgot to give my friend her fries and only gave her the drink and chicken even tho she ordered a meal with fries so she had to go and get it. I would not recommend going here.

Not a very good place too eat would not recommend, 1st of all this McDonald’s employee kept looking at my friend and giving her a dirty look 2nd they forgot to give me my fries even though I ordered a meal.

Coke isn't carbonated/mixed right likely due to lazy management and or crew members, not to mention the common cold soggy fries, it's a real shame having to hope the food comes out fresh when you pay what you are for your meal. common occurrence at this particular franchise

No cold drinks on a Friday night long wait for food

Sadly a lack of staff (a management fault) makes this "fast food" less fast but the staff do the best they can under the circumstances

Today I was served by the manager her name is Carla. She has been the most rude manager ive ever met especially as I do food reviews on restuarants I asked for a sweet chilli wrap meal with no lettuce when it come It had no sweet chilli I walked in to ask for some and she told me it was 50p even though I explained the situation she then told me I had to get my food she can only out it inside the wrap I come.back and while I was waiting another lady bought someone's food out and and thr person asked for teo sweet dips so I explained my situation to the worker and she looked at me funny as in to say is thr manager serious she went and got her then she continued to argue that I was in the wrong she was very rude and people like this honestly do not deserve manager roles she clearly had a problem and was just taking it out on customers she seemed very stressed but then my food was cold and had to be thrown away so I had to go to kfc

Worst McDonald’s. Went through the drive through, the had no coke, ok can live with that, but you would think they would have coke. Placed order at the window, told to go to the parking bay and wait. 5 mins later a McDonald’s employee turns up with a tray for 3 cars waiting, comes to me first, says I don’t know what’s in the bag! Hands it over the goes straight to the next car, I look in the bag, not my order, next car, not her order, I shout him bag, he says what’s wrong, I tell him, he says he doesn’t know what to do! I give him back the food and left. Will never go back again!

Fist time the food was quite surprisingly good. We usually go there only because of our kids. However, I still think the best food in McDonald's is outside of UK

Still a good place to eat even though it's not as personal, you can pay cash at counter but must still order from 'order point' (computer on a piller) Always good value and personally their plant burger is better than Burger King.... Just saying...

food/fries are often cold. when ordering Mcflurrys. depending on what days you go & what staff are on.. you'll more than likely get a small portion even if you've paid for the larger size, the same can be said for the topping on the Mcflurry, very little to almost non-existent. they know how to charge the prices, but don't know how to, or want to deal with complaints..

Do not visit. This is an awful, dirty, smelly place with people asleep everywhere. Its clear that McDonald's has no corporate visitors to check on standards. Its so dirty, the toilets are vomit inducing. I am staggered that such a dirty place is allowed to open. Really disgusting

Always go here. Very popular. Often has a big queue for the drive through but its goes down fast. Friendly staff. Always receive fresh hot food. Never had a problem. Easy parking. reasonably priced.

Popped in for breakfast mcmuffin meal. We were in and out in no time.
