If you want to escape to Greece for a great meal, come to Midosmer Norton! Nisi is a Greek restaurant run by a Greek couple. They cook with heart and tradition, which makes every dish special. They serve Greek wine and other stronger Greek spirits if you'd like to try them. We had the chance to visit with our friend for their 30th birthday. The staff were helpful and looked after us very well. It's a great place for a birthday, Christmas meal, or just for lunch. We highly recommend Nisi restaurant, and we will definitely return! Terrible pub, security don’t let you in past 12:30 on a Saturday night Halloween celebrations, when was on my own, friends in the pub and they close at 2:30. I hadn’t had one drink. And I’m a neighbour I have to listen to the shouting every weekend.

A fantastic chip shop. I was served today by a lovely waitress. Good quality food and excellent service

Awful…. Delivery driver was rude as he couldn’t find address (yet have plenty of other things delivered and no problems finding me!) Chips were cold, hard and could not eat and we ordered a kebab and a wrap… hardly any meat, again freezing cold and tasted awful! Will never order again

We visit every week . I do not know why , you are not made to feel welcome . Yesterday the person serving was really miserable and curt. They have employed recently A lady who is jolly , notices we visit every week and will say see you next week . I think the remaining staff should take a leaf out of her book. This has only happened in the past 3/4 weeks . We having been visiting for over a year . There are other cafes available now one would think they would value custom That said cakes are lovely

We visited this place very recently as thought it would make a change from spoons etc. The cafe is very small.we didnt get a hello or any kind of welcome..anyway we sat down and asked for a menu only to be told it was on the board by the order counter. There was a blackboard with about 5 items..So I assumed it was just the specials board..So I asked what else they did but I was told quite abruptly that there was nothing else on offer. I did fancy a jacket potato with beans, or a bacon sandwich or a fry up..So I said to the lady that I didn't want either of the 5 items on offer..She preceeded to say rather rudely.."Well that's enough" lol... Needless to say we left without ordering. This is the worse cafe in MSN..No wonder they had to move up the corridor to somewhere half the size..Essence cafe..A smile doesn't hurt plus to offer 5 items only plus cake is ridiculous In future will stick to spoons or jacarandas

Great tasting coffee, however I would avoid shakshuka – totally dry, unauthentic, full of peppers and onions. Eggs were also over cooked, bread was stale.
