This is my local newly opened. The food is fresh, large portions and has a vast variety of different dishes. I personally recommend the honey and soy ribs and the sticky chicken

In my opinion, the environment was not suitable for babies, and I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. Regarding the photo, it is not illegal to post images taken in a public space, and there are already a few reviews of your premises with videos showing multiple children in the background. However, to respect privacy, I have adjusted the image to remove the faces of the children. The purpose of the photo is to demonstrate how crowded the baby area was and to highlight the presence of older children playing in it, which raised safety concerns for me. Google Reviews is a platform for feedback—both positive and negative. Attempting to discredit or pressure reviewers into removing or changing their opinions is unprofessional. My review is a fair and accurate reflection of my personal experience, and I stand by it. I will not be bullied into retracting my feedback simply because it does not align with your narrative. Reviews are intended to help businesses improve and assist others in making informed choices. Thank you. Original post The toddler soft play area is very small and overcrowded with too many blocks. We brought our pre-toddler hoping that she would have space to practice crawling while playing. But many of the older children were playing in the area so it was unsafe. One of the other children hit and kicked her, and the parents did nothing. Another much older child (around 4-5 years old) jumped into the toddler area and almost landed on top of my baby. One of the other worried mums asked some other parents to supervise their children and they got angry at her. Edit (14/01/24): I take my child's safety very seriously, and I felt the environment was unsafe due to the small size of the baby area and the lack of adequate supervision from both parents and staff. In response to the last comment on the response, my husband stated that “you would expect a busy road to have enforced speed limits”. Similarly, a "busy soft play" should be managed more effectively. Improvements could include limiting the number of children per session or ensuring that parents are reminded, when paying, to keep their children in age-appropriate areas, with staff also checking this is enforced periodically.

You are able to get snacks and nibbles from behind the bar however there is no food served at the moment. I always like going in as it's welcoming and a proper pub atmosphere.

Phone them up said they was on there way still waiting for our meal 30 min later 6 small piece in the curry and food was cold very bad let down never again

We were in town visiting a friend, and we were looking for some Indian takeaway to have a nice evening in. We were welcomed and given a seat while we decided what to eat and ended up having a nice glass of wine while we waited. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I felt they went above and beyond, making sure we had a nice experience. The food was great. The pompadons were nice, and the lamb kebabs were excellent. The atmosphere was nice as well. The only note for reference is that Google Maps takes you to the back, and the name on the front of the store says Maidenhead Spice. That is the space they are in. We found it and were happy we did.

Tidy little pub with a garden at the back and nice bit of frontage. Went for a couple after work and was a pleasant experience , no riff-raff was seen.

Visit my friends and we had a c takeaway delivered to us, well properly cooked cuisine with high level of performance from quality of food and service.

Well, after a long week of earning hard money get a family meal and the pie was like a rock had to get a steak knife inside was all dry probably been sitting there for hours wife didn't finish hers never again

I cannot work this place out. It does not serve food, is quiet in the day, it has lots of TVs , supposed to be part of Punch Taverns but I cannot confirm, the landlady is friendly and welcoming, wine is good, special evenings Wednesday for wine, usually entertainment on Fridays but just somehow lacks something.If it was mine I would put on a temporary marque, add simple food and promote the entertainment more.
