I attended a sip and paint event and can not believe this little gem of a place was here. I had a great evening with Lauren guiding us through what turned into a great painting. I couldn't resist a Pistachio and white chocolate cookie and was not disappointed. This place was clean and well presented throughout. I will definitely be returning. Not forgetting Mary and Sarah make a great team who worked really hard to make sure we were well catered for the whole evening.

Recently attended a Sip & Paint session here.. Had a lovely evening. Lauren the host was an amazing artist and helped us all so much individually. Juniors is a modern and clean venue with yummy fresh cookies which are my favourite! The class was a unique evening out and I love my picture, it’s even up on my hallway wall. Only pointers I’d add for improvement would be to start the class on time regardless of late attendance, I found myself slightly rushing at the end which could’ve been avoided. Also to be aware that no drinks are included in the price, it is additional. Finally the lighting at this time of the year in the car park is non existent which is probably not associated with Juniors but something to be aware of when holding late evening events that it is pitch black. Overall my friend and I had a lovely evening out together and we would definitely recommend.

Edit Apologise if my previous review wasn't constructive. To be more specific, the ventilation or air conditioning in the soft play area needs improvement as the air often feels heavy inside. Apart from that, we always enjoyed the cafe and happy with the service. Original The location is lovely, but the soft play area needs significant improvement. There is consistently a bad odor and a noticeable lack of fresh air. After attending a Halloween session and leaving disappointed, we're unlikely to return for soft play.

This place is a little gem for parents! I love the soft play it’s a size that my two year old can enjoy and I can watch whilst sitting with my baby. The drinks are great with a varied menu and the cookies and sweet treats are always amazing and I love they are all supporting local businesses. The soft play is very reasonably priced too. Staff are always friendly and happy to help.

Just been to a Halloween party at the soft play. What a lovely atmosphere! The children all had a wonderful time. The food was served in little boxes with their food requests inside and they put every effort into meeting our needs! The soft play has been nicely refurbished and at a good temperature. It's really good especially for smaller children, as you can see them most of the time! This cafe is a gem in Cox Green, we're lucky to have on our doorstep!

I had a disappointing experience at this soft play. The soft play was very dirty, and it was clear they hadn’t cleaned between sessions, which is especially concerning in a space meant for babies. The staff were also unfriendly, which added to the negative experience. Additionally, if you have a baby between 0-2 years old, there isn’t much space or suitable play areas for this age group. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

I’m a regular and adding a new review for the newly renovated Juniors Soft Play as I’m incredibly impressed! The first thing that stood out is the carefully selected color tones in the play area. Aside from the fantastic play space, Juniors also offers a great selection of food options. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for a sandwich, panini, muffins or cookies. Parents will love the freshly brewed coffee and smoothies, and kids can indulge in snacks or ice cream. For families who want to enjoy the outdoors, there’s a lovely park just outside, making it a perfect spot to continue the fun after playtime indoors. Overall, it’s a wonderful, family-friendly spot that we’ll definitely be returning to!

Free parking. Outside play area in the park. Been here in summer and now the spring. First time in soft play - most kids ages from 2-4 which was nice as low probability of our 2 year old getting run over by some hyperactive 8 year old. Coffee was good but regular really is small so just get a ‘large’. Scone came with clotted cream. Will be back.

Was left feeling abit disappointed. Looking online it looks like a fresh modern cafe/soft play however was abit disappointed by the soft play and the size of the cafe. Soft play was looking very old and tired along with the tables and chairs. Just made it feel very dark and like going back in time. The 0-2 section of the soft play didn’t offer much. Something like a small ball pit/mirrors/toys would be better especially for those babies who can’t get crawl/walk. The older kids section looked like it would be fun as looked like a lot of elements to it. Was abit disappointed by the menus as all was on offer was toasties. Even for the children it was just toasties. Most one year old will not eat a toastie so it was a great shame that there wasn’t more on offer for the children. Also there was no vegan options on the menus. I am not vegan however I do have a dairy allergy so out and about vegan is usualy the safest option for me And I was quite surprised there wasn’t a single vegan option. I ended up ordering a toastie without the cheese however was disappointed. Service was slow once ordered. Friends we came with waiting almost the entire play session and then their food came out wrong. We all waiting with our friend so she wasn’t on her own waiting for her food so ultimately we all missed our play session. I’m not here just to be negative I am just hoping that you can take some of these comments on board and perhaps expand your menu/kids menu. A revamp of the soft play would be great and perhaps just a reminder to staff about being able to get the ordered out in adequate time. This place has great potential, great location, good sized soft play room and friendly staff just needs a few things tweaking.

The 50min soft play session was fun and enjoyable for my toddler. Like any soft play centre, parents/guardians need to keep an eye on their little ones. The cafe area is nice, I would avoid taking a pram/pushchair if you can as space is limited. The soft play area could do with a refresh - some fresh paint and the upholstery could do with a change, as some were torn up. The tables also need refresh. However, I did see a staff member cleaning the tables after the session. The coffee was good - nice and strong! To sum up a good outing for toddlers, and in the summer the outdoor playground would be ideal. Juniors cafe and soft play is in a great location, with amble free parking.

We love the playground outside. The soft play area inside isn't really for kids older than 3 - 4 and is relatively small. It wasn't spotless clean anymore (we visited in the last afternoon slot and this is probably why), there were lots of spiderwebs on the windows and no windows that can open for aeration. However, the staff are very friendly and the food and beverages looked good! The prices are good, too! Edit: I have changed my rating to 4 stars as they are engaging and left a friendly response. Thank you.

I love this cafe the food is great and you can tell the staff love working there as they are always happy and helpful. The softplay is fab for younger children, I like the fact that you can book shorter sessions and the good value price reflects that (so many soft plays are so expensive) as there’s a really good park outside to take advantage of before or after. I liked the little touches in the bathroom too (wipes/nappy bags etc) as I’m forever forgetting those in my changing bag.

If you have a 0-2 year old my opinion as a parent is this venue is neither fun nor safe. My first visit matches the experience and conclusion shared by Hannah Taylor 11 months ago. I spent the entire time right next to my 16 month old baby in the 0-2 year olds play area frantically trying to protect her from the repeated interference by uncontrolled older children playing recklessly in an area designated for babies her age. My baby was intimidated and at one point left terrified and crying in pain after the full weight of a bigger child jumping off the parapet landed straight on to her little legs. This parent did make her child apologise, but she should never have been allowed to play so roughly around crawling babies. I had no idea which of the 10 or so other parents and carers sitting at the seating and ignoring the clearly dangerous situation their children were creating to approach, and no staff present to ask for help. Occasionally a parent would bother to get up and remove their child, but they quickly gave up. More than once I had no choice but to quickly remove my child away from the play area for her own safety. Only one other crawling baby was present, and she and her dad left very quickly. I reported my concerns to the manager on leaving, who with a blank expression offered absolutely no concern nor compassion for a visibly upset baby. When bluntly told to call them in next time, I responded she could go look right now to see the problem, which she did. I waited a reasonable time for her to return but she did not, and I left feeling bitterly disappointed and angry at the lack of care for my small child. The two staff clearly felt it more important to stand in a near-empty coffee shop than to periodically check all is well in the very busy play area. I've read the responses to all the reviews, 5 star ones are offered free drinks while those mentioning problems see the blame shifted or in Hannah's case, outright belittlement. I hold no hope that my similar concerns will be treated with the seriousness they deserve. ---------------------------------------- Edit: I have removed a term you feel causes offence, though I remain highly offended that your "wonderful customers" were unmoved by my baby being bullied and hurt by their children. Were we not also your customers?

The cafe is quite small. The food is nice although seems to be loaded with cheese more than any other fillings, if you like cheese it's okay. They unfortunately don't cater for gluten free except a couple of cakes, but when you go for lunch, you expect to get a sandwich or jacket potato. They only do sandwich and panini's but don't have any gf bread. I'm sure I'm not the only one asking for gluten free and I don't always want a cake either. Also don't get cond by regular or large cup, everywhere else that is obvious, here you ask for regular and you get the smallest cup ever. You ask for a large and it's just a normal regular size, but they're charging £3 for a tiny cup of hot chocolate. This cafe could do a lot more and cater for more people with allergies. Like everywhere else if you're vegan or vegetarian there's food for you. Just if you have a medical illness you have to starve. Not the best I have to say.

Really nice looking cafe and friendly staff but the soft play set-up just wasn't safe enough for my one year old. The session was like taking my driving theory test again but with children (and with much more hazards). Straight after arriving, a much older child (about 8, maybe) ran into the 0-4 area and literally climbed up the netting up to the ceiling, right above where my one-year old was sitting. After a while his mother (at last!) told him to come down. Throughout the session older children kept running into the 0-4 area and paid no heed to my son and how to play safely. Larger children were running all over the room and nearly knocked into my one-year old several times. Other parents paid little regard for ensuring that their children were behaving responsibly and I found the time we spent there very stressful because I kept having to protect my son from other children. There was nothing wrong with the play area in and of itself but the setup is not age appropriate for young, non-walking children.

Such rude staff and argumentative very unexpected! I wont be returning here make sure you know exactly what you want when ordering because if you make a mistake and are willing to pay extra you will get verbally abused. The sizes of the coffee here are very small in comparison to most coffee shops so when asked to pay extra for a large I was denied due to cash only payment available. I was then harshly told that I should have known beforehand as in McDonalds you state if you want a regular or large meal when politely replying that at Costa for example you are asked if you want a regular or large coffee the man replied this is not a Costa which is funny because it isn’t a McDonalds either. I dont think comments like this should be made its very poor customer service and if you want to give a complimentary top up as you cannot accept a card payment you should not be rude and angry saying you dont need to do this at all.

The pandemic has brought us many changes, the rise in working from home being one of them. "Work hard, play hard" is no longer cool, playing soft is the in thing these days. If, like me, you're in your mid 40s then soft play might be something you can't quite pull off. There's nowhere to plug in your MacBook Air in the ball pit so you can't catch up with your team on Zoom etc. Luckily for us there's another lockdown trend you can embrace here and that is stuffing your face with so many delicious sugary delights that your insulin levels become more volatile than the price of bitcoin. I bought so many of the Flour Power cookie slices that I got a free side order of type 2 diabetes, it was totally worth it. My dentist would probably be very disapproving, my family on the other hand nearly ripped my arms off when I walked in the door carrying these sweet treats. Come on down and see for yourself what all the fuss is about, just leave a cookie or two for me.

Really enjoyed our first soft play trip back today after it has reopened. They've done a great job of refurbishing the cafe & have a lovely selection of drinks & food. The brownies are delicious! The service was friendly & it was all very clean. The soft play is quite small (not a problem but worth knowing) but is perfect for babies & toddlers as you can enjoy a drink whilst being able to watch your children & knowing they are safe. Thanks, we will definitely be back!

The new owners have done a great job on the refurb! They are friendly and accommodate dietary requirements with ease. A variety of treats and drinks available and it's worth popping in for the friendly service alone. Great, can recommend!

Don’t walk in for breakfast. They get really confused and don’t acknowledge you if you aren’t staying at the hotel. We walked by and stopped in for breakfast. They agreed to seat us but didn’t ask us if we wanted coffee or tea. I understand that UK breakfast is self serve but there was no way to get our own coffee. Other than that, the food was tasty and the river view was nice.

Visited Franco Manca in Windsor with friends on a Thursday evening. Great service from Victoria and tasty food. Recommended!
