Phone them up said they was on there way still waiting for our meal 30 min later 6 small piece in the curry and food was cold very bad let down never again

Really quite poor this time. The food tasted it like it had half the flavour, in fact hardly any.. it was very late. Had to chase up and then got told he was at my property, but I heard him tell the guy to 'take this order now' Not good this time unfortunately

All of the wrong food was delivered then when we phoned up to complain and reorder they refused to deliever our correct order after we had paid. Absolutely terrible service considering this is the first time we decided to order from here.

Food was ordered for 7.15 so children would be in bed. It turned up at 6.30 so we refused it, explaining we couldn’t eat it yet, and it was ordered for 45 minutes’ time. At 7.50 we phoned the restaurant to cancel for non-delivery, as the food turned up, which we kept. Not sure why. It was warm, tasteless and soggy. Previous experiences here have been very good. There will not be any future ones.

ordered two currys and two naans, meals arrived on time however a naan was missing. Delivery driver initially suggested restaurant credit, I refused requesting a refund or replacement, he said he'd go back and let me know from restaurant. Both currys were of appalling quality, the lamb used was soft and tasted processed and to add insult to injury meals were cold! phoned restaurant twice to complain, first time the man hung up on me, second time he promised "the boss" would call me straight back.... he never. the quality of the food was only matched by the appalling service received. terrible restaurant!!!

This place literally made my Friday night. I'm vegetarian and can't eat dairy so am for all intensive purposes, vegan and they did everything they could to make sure my order was dairy free! I ordered the saag aloo, Bombay aloo, rice and onion bhajis! All of which were really really tasty ! My non vegan boyfriend ended up eating mine as well! Also really good portion sizes! Thanks so much to the lady who helped me order and made sure no dairy was used! So helpful:)

what an experience! having not ordered from here in a while, found out they are under new ownership. fair enough, give them a go.. AWFUL. seriously, I have never been presented with rice like that. essentially swimming in salt. as you can imagine, it's knocked out the two mains we ordered, as served together. they acknowledged the issue, as they had to return anyway with the naan bread they missed off the order initially, so when they did I presented a spoon of the "coconut" rice to the driver, who spat it out on our drive! later returned with 2 new mains and a real coconut rice-kudos there.. but how on earth is a rice leaving a restaurant completely rank with salt.... will not. order again. diner ruined, despite an otherwise nic me selection of sides etc. surprised there was no offer of a refund or any other incentive.. fair enough, issues happen, and they rectified it with fresh food served again, but in the line of work I'm in, such poor performance results in some commercial compromise as well. if you order coconut rice, ask them to lay off the salt... enjoy!

Not as good now under new management. The dhansak was too hot to be palatable and the keema nan was too aromatic. I probably won't be back. Shame as I've been a customer under the old management since day one.

Didn't realise that management had changed when we ordered Sadly the food is not up to the previous owners quality. The chicken korma and plain rice was good, but the plain naan was slightly chewy. The lamb in the balti was also chewy, the special fried rice and the Bombay alloo was lovely. We had left a message for some onion salad to accompany the poppadoms as they are not on the menu, this was missed from our order The delivery man was very professional and I can not fault him

good but not great this time. perhaps as it's a Thursday and main chef is on Friday & sat. was still nice, but not quite the usual brilliance. was also disappointed that the side I ordered as main was only the side size meaning I was short changed £2.. would try again if they respond :)

Food is very tasty. Madras is quite runny compared to other curry restaurants and I do prefer my madras to be thicker but it still tastes really nice. Delivery and service is always spot on.

We've recently moved to the area so was looking for a good Indian delivery and saw the good reviews for the place. Unfortunately the only good thing was how fast the delivery was! we paid for extra chutney and only received one measily mango chutney which considering we had ordered 6 papadaums surely they knew wasn't enough? The lamb Sag was actually beef much to my partners disappointment and the paneer was creamy and flavourless. Both our sags sadly had no flavour to them so we were overall disappointed.

The food was amazing... lovely and fresh and the delivery was so quick. Everything was amazing.

Vegetable shashlik was tiny and drenched in oil. Was priced as a main course but more like a side dish. Also took about an hour to deliver.

Food was average to be honest. Wouldnt order from them again.

Mixed starters were just chicken, bit misleading. BUT their roam Rogan Josh and lamb was very tasty! Not like other places that use stringy or overly fatty lamb to cook with. This was tender and well flavored!

I got chappati and some chicken curry. The chappati definetly tasted like ready made ones that you get in sainsbury. The Darjeeling chicken curry tasted too sweet and I didn taste the shallots or the piri piri.

Everything we order is always cooked to a high standard, all the ingredients are fresh and the chicken and lamb used in dishes is some of the best we have had! Also you get a good size portion! First time ordering from Iz. I ordered the lemon rice, korma, chicken Madras and Somosa. The food was nicely cooked and I hardly noticed any oil. It was tasty and very well cooked. The korma was nice and sweet and the lemon rice was fragran. Somasa was not oily and dond just right. It arrived on time and hot. I will definitely order again soon.

Had a fabulous meal from IZ on Friday. The food isn't at all greasy, and the flavours are fantastic. Really fresh and true to the description. The lamb dhansak and chicken naga are firm favourites in this house.
