The best restaurants in Ashford Common Spelthorne South East

The website, Uber Eats and Deliveroo all said it was open, placed an order with Uber eats for collection. Got an email 15 minutes later saying the order was cancelled, just as we arrived to pick it up. The whole place was closed!! We took our business elsewhere and won’t bother again.

Needs to acknowledge customers more when they come in. They are busy I understand but they know you are there so why won't they just say "hello be right with you" ? Waited 5 mins for a collection last time before someone said something.

Absolutely appalled by this eatery... Not only did I use them 5 times in a row to take advantage of the Stamp Card system... They claim that it's not valid here.. Yet the JE app confirms they do... Even JE confirmed this... I went to use my "Well earned" 16 quid credit, bearing in mind, I'd spent 5 x £30.. The cheeky mofus canceled the order.. I'll never use them again and the arrogance of the staff made me sick.. I'll pop in one day and have a word in person 😉😉😉

The food itself was absolutely lovely although the garlic strips not 100% on board perhaps a change in recipe? Driver was very quick and professional thank you. Not had a Pizza Hut in five years it was lovely.

All the bad reviews are TRUE!!! I checked the reviews after I ordered and it was too late to cancel but when the food arrived, late, I sayed let me see "with my own eyes" and definitely the food was the worst possible!!! I oreder a soup, belive me I didn't taste it because the smell was OMGGG, then some dumplings also really bad smell, some duck spring rolls which I tested one was baadddd and then the prown Pad Thai wasn't realy bad just there were only prowns and onion in it, no other vegetables... Gosh, the worst I could ever possibly get :(

OMG. Poor service. Old menus. Food was not great either. Will be giving this a miss. The girl at the till kept holding her head and talking to herself. It kept me amused whilst I waited. AVOID.
