Considering this place has 5 star reviews from loads of people we thought we’d give it a try and the food was very bland and for some reason very watery, we’ve had microwave curry’s better than this and that’s saying something

Worst place ever. Rudest customer service ever. The most rude person to answer the phone. Trying to tell me I can’t order because he won’t go to stanwell yet it’s been delivered to me plenty of times. The attitude on this man stinks!

Disappointed in how we were treated last week when we placed an online order to be collected. We arrived to pick up at the time that was suggested on the email confirmation to find the food wasn't ready at all. We had to wait half an hour for it to be brought out and the person on the desk was not at all helpful or friendly. Will think twice about going there again.

Order was late and a large sharp bone was found in my food. Poor quality chicken very chewy and gristly

Used to be the best take out in the area , but it's lost its edge . Now , quality and quantity of food gone rapidly down hill in the last three months and food is delivered like warm at best , but usually stone cold.

After having used Jalsha for over 10 years they’ll never get any business from me EVER again, NYE 2023 and they tell me I can’t have what I usually have because they’re too busy ( so say to me they sent out what they think would be an appropriate replacement ) Disgusting, and for them to slam the phone down on me when I ring up to complain.. NOT HAPPY!!

Flavourless, bland, no idea how people enjoy this.

Food arrived earlier than stated, however, was cold and had to be reheated and then was really tasteless!! All in all, rather disappointing.

Rude service on phone, told can’t take cards , not interested in any sort of customer service. Told to come and or nothing, card machine not working, would be more understandable if not so rude on phone, will not be using again

Very average, everything edible and warm, nothing particularly flavourful or well seasoned, popadoms were on the turn 🤷

I was slightly disappointed with the Aloo koppe as there seemed to be no sauce, very dry and dare I say lacking flavour. Sorry as I’m usually very pleased with this dish. I will continue to use Jalsha for takeaway food

Great food. But when ordering chutney with salad I always get the salad without the chutney. Can you amend the menu to include onions/salad and chutney in one, please as an option on the menu.

the delivery was on time and came when expected. the delivery driver was polite and very respectful. he gave me my food, told me to have a nice meal and evening and then left. the food was just as good and all in all was a very good service. definitely recommend!

Have supported Jalsha for years, the last couple of months service has deteriorated with orders having items missing, tonight having repeated the order twice and confirmed price when collected 3 key main dishes were missing and we were asked to pay again as were not on original order. Overall customer experience disappointing and lack of value to customer loyalty is zero. Looks like I will be placing my business elsewhere. A birthday celebration was ruined as had to wait an additional hour for missing items to be delivered.

Getting very Expensive now. Really small side dishes not for small prices. Annoyed because for the first time I’ve noticed a delivery charge!

After years of ordering from here and being a very loyal customer i get a phone call saying that i will not be able to order again unless i order from the main menu! So beware they only want you to spend lots of money! They said they are struggling but they are not the only ones!!! Will never order again from here

Lovely food including a free Bombay potato with a Dansak. Decent size portions at a fair price and even an extra meal for later. Arrived quickly. No complaints at all.

Gone downhill. Last time I ordered a vegi dish it only had sauce and no veg. Now another dish made without bread which should have been included. No real spice very disappointed and have been using this place for years

Jalsha was the best curry house we have been to. We moved out of the area but are back for a few days and we just had to order again as we have missed it so much. However the food was not very hot, one of the items was wrong and the whole meal was not up to the normal very high standards. Such a shame. Hopefully it was just a blip and normal service will be resumed.

Good food but disapointed that they delivered with items missing that was ordered. Just eat refunded which was great, but not what you really want. Will look elsewhere from now.

After a small mistake with the food I contacted the restaurant who immediately apologised, they then sent a complete replacement meal in record time, great service and food, thanks.

This is the best Indian takeaway for miles! We had the lamb Kushboo and the lamb Halyari, with keema and peshwari naan. We have enjoyed these so much more than any other curry houses! Incredible… absolutley recommend this place to everyone!

The service was great and delivery guy really friendly and professional. The food was very light and doesn't sit heavy on your stomach like curry usually does, however this did come at the cost of having rather bland food as well as having very little meat to sauce ratio. I did like how the chicken was actually cut into more bitesize pieces, as opposed to having half a chicken breast in the sauce though. It was not a bad meal, but as far as curries go, not somewhere we will return in a hurry.

Cold food , burnt naan breads , onion bhajis overcooked with the texture of a shredded wheat breakfast cereal and rubbery chicken. Delivered stone cold. There was once a time where this take away was top notch , I won't be ordering again.

I’ve had a few from here as it came recommend it was lovely to begin with but just lately 4 or 5 times it’s really gone down hill. I’ve have given them the Benefit off the doubt but tonight’s the final nail in the coffin, confirmed- bland curries rubber prawns and tasteless. I’m giving this place a miss from now on. very dissatisfied and foods very disappointing

Food was absolutely delicious a lovely chicken tikka masala and my kids loved their korma. The guy who delivered our food was so friendly! Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from here again soon

Quite possibly the best indian takeaway to have ever graced my tastebuds. I had the chana massalla and briefly visited another dimension, it was absolutely beautiful I have no critiques. Overall price was very pleasing too !

Food arrived just about warm. I assume this was due to its late arrival. Chefs special was really nice, but my wifes Prawn Karahi was disappointing and too sweet. Loved the okra side.
