My local. They have decent drinks, sports on TV. Amazing large garden with huge TV. Regular events, live music, bbqs. Meat raffles, seafood man. This is a proper English pub. Friendly staff and a great atmosphere.

If I could sum this bar up in one word ... Draining . The lady at the bar is an eastern European lady with an awful attitude, a really bad attitude, to a point that Irish people are not welcome. Sad to see and extremely rude from the off , shame as the pub itself looks beautiful but it's easy to see why it's empty

Over rated and over priced. Over £20 for a ploughman’s !!!! £12 for a sandwich Had the OAP menu when asked if they could get anything else I replied more fish. It was the smallest piece of fish and chips I have ever been served.

Favourite Indian restaurant by far!!! We’ve been coming here for many years with family and friends and the food and service is consistently good. I really can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough.

Had a great meal out with my girlfriend at the Lion this evening! The food was lovely and quick, and our waitress Clare was fantastic. She was so nice and properly took care of us, whilst also having a great sense of humour! We will be coming back!

Super accommodating and friendly, I really fancied a chicken Caesar salad- it wasn’t on the menu but I mentioned it and they made it specially and it was delicious! Great garden for kids to play in and the sunset shone in the conservatory windows to make a lovely evening!

Really lovely pub with lovely people. Food was really amazing, even as a vegan the options were incredible.
