Was looking forward to visiting and it looked lovely as we walked in. Unfortunately the service was slow and lacklustre. Our drinks arrived fairly quickly but the food took a while and also one dish arrived at least 20 minutes after the first with no explanation or apology. As we finished a fried egg was bought over on a side plate as it had been forgotten. All a bit bizarre. At almost £25 we expected better.

Me encanta comer en EAT cuando trabajas en Londres. Han intentado tener algo en varias ocasiones, pero parece que siempre se han quedado sin la mayoría de las cosas. Visité la hora del desayuno hoy. El personal era indiferente. Esperé más de 20 minutos para desayunar olla. Sin jamon Reemplazado con tocino, hubiera estado bien, pero el tocino no se cortó, lo que anula la idea de una olla de desayuno que se puede comer con un tenedor. Muy buen café. Me pregunto si el equipo de administración de EAT se dará cuenta de cómo se está arruinando su reputación.

The place looks good and has the character of a 20s jazz club. Sadly however the cocktail choice was limited to 6 none of which would be on the top 10 list of any of the 7 of us who attended. We also had £35 added to our bill for the live music which was unexpected. As a larger group the volume of the music made it impossible to have a conversation so we left after 2 drinks. It's early days for this place so I hope they can tweak it to fulfill its potential

my food delivery took 1 hour and 37 minutes and then I got a message saying that it wouldn't come! I endend up picking it up and only chips were in the bag when I spent over £30 on it! I’m really unhappy about this!

Very rude staff. Ordered two coffees. Server mumbled something. Coffees served in take away cups. I said ‘sorry we are sitting in’. Staff member says ‘dishwasher broken, it’s take away cups only’. I said ‘but the dishwasher has been broken for over a month now and last time I was allowed to take a proper cup, and your colleague said that he’d wash it’. ‘No, it’s health and safety’. Not an apology, quite brusque and rude. I said ‘I will wash the cup myself, I just don’t like take away cups, the coffee doesn’t taste as good’. At £4 a cup, I do feel that customers can expect a cup! Staff says ‘well you were told it’s take away cups only and you still ordered, if you don’t like it I’ll refund you’. Hubby drank his, I accepted a refund for the principle. I feel that the staff simply do not wish to fill and empty the dishwasher. Which large chain would allow a dishwasher to be out of use for over a month???

Do not order from any of these restaurants! Food took 1 hrs and 30 minutes to turn up and when it did they forgot 3 out of 4 drinks, the food was cold and the burger buns were stale! Then proceeded to call me a liar when I phoned up! If I could give minus stars then I would

Went in because I saw they were doing an Earl Grey mousse, I wanted to ask what it came with. The guy at the counter immediately directed me to a machine instead to place an order, wouldn't even speak to me. So very rude. Didn't bother, went elsewhere. Such poor customer service. Please learn people like to speak and ask questions, not be immediately shut down and directed to use a machine instead.
