Everything Was Just as expected

Everything arrived and it was really good quality. We even received an extra cookie.

Food is good but the restaurant is filthy. Tables are all dirty and it's clear that cleanliness is not top priority. I hope the food hygiene is better than front of house

I wouldn’t recommend, they won’t give you what you pay for.

My food was over an hour late and I was given the wrong order, the delivery driver wouldn’t take it back so I had no food as what was given was not what I wanted.

How did it take 55 minutes to make one sandwich??

Food was rocked cold tasteless

we order garlic cheese balls but we got Chipotle cheese balls

With respect, barely speak English nor understand it very well and I’m sorry but shouldn’t there be a beard net over EVERY single beard behind your food service station…. Disgraceful

Garlic and herbs cheese bites replaced with chipotle cheese bites and they are awful didn’t order them for a reason

Why are the tables and floors dirty when it's quiet if it's like this at the front what is it like at the back where the food prep is

I had half my order trying to get a refund but that is harder than you think. pay alot of money for food and not happy with not getting the right order.

The food was cold and took the mick getting here said it would take 15-30 minutes not a hour

Subways decision to remove certain ingredients hasn't gone down too well. Overall cost and service was still good.

Overall, it was not bad. They just put the wrong salad in one of the subs, giving us lettuce instead of red onion, but apart from that, it was fine. I would order again.

never got my food delivered , delivery driver clearly has no clue where he is going so just marked it down as deliverd, he is probably enjoying my food somewhere

Today I bought £24 worth of foods but they treat me like unhappy,I like subway food very much comparing to mc Donal and KFC and others but customer service is not good.

One of the items was missing from the order and when I tried to get in contact with subway no one answered the phone and I phoned three times I'm not going to be ordering form them ever again

All food turned up cold, given the wrong drink. Cheesy garlic bread was not a foot long and the cheese is rubbery. The bread for the sub melts are rubbery and hard to chew. I was given one extra cookie but that does not justify the lack of quality from the rest of the order. Overall I’m not satisfied in the slightest, very poor.

Only ordered and paid for 2 items,- A footlong and a 6 inch. We received 2 x 6 inch! There's no way to contact and have the order corrected, so we have in fact over paid, for what we received.

ordered 6" sub. deli meat with salad and sauce. arives with no salad. it's not a difficult concept especially when they were about to ready what type and what sauce. utterly useless

Now I’m not fussy but please hire people that know what they are doing. Second time we’ve been in here and the same woman making our food, we have to keep repeating our selfs and have to have food reheated because she waits so long. I’d also like to add there was someone out the back that didn’t even bother to come out and help

Ordered a plant patty sub, got sent something I didn't order, the salad and sauce was correct but it had some sort of steak instead. Don't know if this was the vegan "steak" or not. If you work in subway, educate yourselves with what you are serving.

Ordered at 1727. Delivery time changed. Driver at restaurant for over half an hour then knocked door twice in 10 seconds like I was keeping him waiting.

Food was brilliant we loved it!!

Made a lot of mistakes with the preparation of our food and forgot items and even forgot to toast one of the subs. Absolutely appalling awaiting a refund.

Atleast one element per sub was either wrong or missing - especially the Italian BMT which was so dry and stale my Nan choked and could not continue with anymore of this sub which for the price is very disappointing. Please Can provide a refund for all 3 items as all were wrong and not satisfactory. I will not accept the order delivered as the delivery was also a pain. Thank you for your time

Food was good, although had gotten cold by the time it got here, the delivery cyclist had no idea where he was and had me walking around the area to find him. Although he was nowhere to be seen. He claimed it was the second time today that he’d been given the wrong address by just eats. Very very dissatisfied. He came 20 minutes later than the original delivery time.

I choose subway for a reason.. I choose my fillings and its a great way to make sure my diabetic mum is also refulled and its not all fat and sugar. She has tea and a cookie but gives that to my grandaughter. Staff are always welcoming and helpful.

I have just ordered from here and have missing items such as my bowl of meatballs, and have both subs don't even have cheese on it. It was toasted without cheese which what is the point in toasting without the cheese .. I have tried to contact the restaurant but they will not answer there phone.

Possibly the best subway I've had. The food tasted really fresh - very impressed.

My potato wedges were all mushed together. They forgot the sauce and every single meatball in my meatball sub is rock solid and uneatable. The only good thing was the Gatorade
