The best restaurants in Barming Maidstone South East

Has a Saturday lunch there today after being recommended by a friend and gotta say it did not disappoint , i had there tiger prawn and chorizo sizzler in a chilli sauce , my son the new york burger and his fiance had the bacon and brie baguette , Really tasty meals , very good polite service and a nice clean pub in a lovely atmosphere , highly recommended now by me !

New years's eve tonight, ordered a takeaway over the phone at 7pm, was asked to come along to collect at 8.30pm, waited on prem for a further half an hour. They had things just about under control, but only just, people queuing out the door, a few minor customer complaints where people were waiting a while. Food, when I got it, was lovely, worth the wait.

I haven’t been there for 20 plus years and had no idea what it would be like. Actually, it was good, very good. Much better food than I normally get in Chinatown Soho. Okay, I was the only patron at the time and so service should be fine - but it was excellent. I would highly recommend.

If you're walking in the country park then this is a very good place to stop for a coffee. The lady serving was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was freshly made and was good. Cakes, crisps and biscuits were also available and there is also a table where you can sit and take a rest.

Came to celebrate a new job. Had a bottle of chilled Moet served by the lovely Izzy. Nothing was to much trouble. Had a great 3 plate starter to share followed by the huge 20oz mixed grill and a steak for the wife. Such a friendly place. Beautiful surroundings. Will diffinalty be back.
