The best restaurants in Pound Hill North Crawley South East

We were staying at the Premier Inn and popped in for dinner. It was a packed night (Sunday) however we only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. First time trying Parson's and we were very impressed. We decided to go with the Indian menu for the starters & main and it was so good! For dessert, we opted for the chocolate & cheesecake and was the perfect end to the loveliest meal out!

Kept waiting far too long for a simple order of chips! No acknowledgement by staff, no apologies no updates and just when you think you’ve waited long enough they go ahead and serve others in front of you with the chips you were patiently waiting for. Need to learn the basics on how to treat customers. Rude!

Very poor experience, nowhere to sit all tables were reserved, stale rolls on display and hot food looked dry unappealing. We got a coffee and a pastry which was stale and we then left. Very disappointed considering the cost which was supposed to be a treat to start our holiday Would never bother again

Great Chinese takeaway and has been favourite for years. Not really sure why it has taken so long for me to write a review. Always very tasty and friendly service.

I went on a little walk for a first date and we decided to stop for a coffee. My date got all hot a bothered by the lad called “Ant” who served us. We went back to mine and made love together. Myself and Callum have decided to get together so I would like to thank “Ant” 😘

Very nice food with a great presentation. The service provided by Raji is consistently fantastic. Its rare to find someone who takes pride in their job and goes the extra mile for you to have a good evening and a great dinner The good is good and the presentation very nice. Overall i recommend this place, Its not like every other hotel restaurant. Really a step above.

We have been here a few times now. Ordered chilli chicken and chicken tikka as starter Chilli chicken tasted like plain chicken as if they had just added sauce before they served The chicken tikka should not be on the bone as you end up getting no meat Other dishes were ok but probably won’t be coming back for a while

I don’t know why there are so many negative comments on this bar? Although I never ate the 3 lads on the bar were very friendly, there is 3 largers on tap along with a cider. Very good prices for an airport hotel bar.

Quick trip to UK. Nice enough food for a massive intl. hotel chain based in an airport terminal, but there was an exceptional waiter called RAJ who absolutely rocked it. Worked his arse off and really needs some recognition. Well done!

Impossible to eat, you do not get any service! Stay in a budget hotel, they have better service. I am writing this while sitting in the restaurant

We had breakfast hear while we waited for our plane. We had croissants with cheese and ham and they where very tasty. We also had a cup of coffee and a tea. It was a nice place to sit and chill while we waited and it was nice seeing the people walking round the airport.

Great overnight stop restaurant. Like all London area restaurants a bit pricey. Hey ho

Avoid McDonald’s Gatwick – An Absolute Disgrace to the Brand I have to say, McDonald’s at Gatwick is without a doubt the worst establishment I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with—both within the organisation and across its franchise network. After having previous difficulties visiting the store in person, I decided to give them another chance by ordering through a delivery service since I live relatively close by. What followed was nothing short of a disaster. Tracking the driver’s journey, I could see he was stuck waiting at the restaurant for nearly an hour—an appalling delay considering this is supposed to be “fast food.” When my order finally arrived, it was an absolute embarrassment. • Stone-cold chips—clearly left sitting out for ages. • A Big Mac that looked like it had been run over—completely mangled and falling apart. • Two McFlurrys—both melted to the point of being liquid slop. Let’s be clear: this wasn’t the delivery driver’s fault. He even mentioned that the manager of the store couldn’t care less when he raised concerns about the wait time and condition of the food. That says everything about the standards (or lack thereof) at this branch. The level of negligence and disrespect for customers here is absolutely shocking. How can a brand as big as McDonald’s allow this kind of blatant disregard for quality and service to tarnish its name? It’s an embarrassment to the franchise and a slap in the face to paying customers.

Absolutely appalling experience at KFC Gatwick. The food was very cold , the staff were unhelpful, and the place was messy. To top it off, I received a £60 fine from MET Parking despite not overstaying! The parking system is clearly flawed, and there’s no accountability. I tried to appeal, but it’s a complete nightmare. Avoid this place unless you want overpriced chicken and an unjust parking fine to ruin your day!
