Club Aspire Gatwick South Terminal in Crawley

Lounge opened at 4 AM and we were among the first of the lots that day. Amazing spread and toppings for breakfast- their pancake machine is very cute and amusing :) coffee is surprisingly good for a machine disposed one. Staff have been quite warm and courteous. 5/5!

Lovely greeting, great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Good range of items for every taste. No cider unfortunately but was offered an alternative.

Good choice of breakfast items . Managed to get in without having pre booked using Priority pass. Staff were very helpful .

Imran was very helpful and attentive. He kept the lounge clean freed up tables after guests had left. The lounge was quiet and offered a wide variety of food and drinks.

Waiter was very positive, he welcomed us cheerfully. I think, his name was imran but im not sure! the service and the lounge were a good experience, thanks to him!

Lovely pre flight Lounge experience. We met Louise on arrival who was extremely warm welcoming and showed us to our seats and pointed out all the food and drink points. Food laid out beautifully and plentiful with lots of options. Well worth the money in our opinion and very happy with our visit.

I was asked to sit anywhere when I got in , 20min later a lady from the team told me to get up as she wanted the sit for a family . I think this wasn't fair as everyone paid to get into the aspire. the family were white and as the only black person in the room this was racially motivated. This is the last time I use the service . if I wanted to just sit anywhere I would have sat at Nando's .

Visited with my wife whilst on our travels for our holiday. When we arrived to when we left the service was amazing! Not one complaint. Everyone was happy and happy to help. Smiles from every member of staff even though it was early morning. Food is simple but tasted amazing. Any never waiters longer more than 20 seconds for a drink. Clean pleasant and will defo be using again

A rather average airport lounge, with average food. Nice views and not too crowded. The highlight was the lady on the front door (7/3/24 @12pm trainee name badge), she was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Great lounge. Not too busy with helpful staff. Plenty of choice of food and beverages. Would definitely visit again if flying from Gatwick.

We used this lounge before a long haul flight to Cancun. Not the best lounge experience we have had. On arrival it was busy and we struggled to find a table. Once seated we had to ask for the table to be cleaned. The food was ok, not to the quality we have had with other lounges in Gatwick. Tea / Coffee / Soft Drinks unlimited. Restrictions on alcohol (3 drinks per person). The worst thing was the loud repetitive music and the kids running around. I swear they had the same music on repeat. We booked the lounge for a relaxing experience before flying, it was quieter in the terminal! We will stick to other lounges next time. You get what you pay for - cheap and cheerful!

Food cold not filled up. Staff spent more time chatting with each other. Certainly not worth the money paid. We went evening time only previously used at breakfast.

A good self service lounge. Breakfast food was well stocked and there is a bit of a view. The sausages were good. There was a good virtual line system too.
