Heial was very friendly, helpful qns patient with the young student in front of me when she stuggled to use her card for the first time and helped her choose an option that did not have coffee in it.

I was stressed because of the flight and to look I stopped at starbucks to get a coffee to pass the time, the place was clean and tidy, the service was fast and Adi who served me the coffee and the food was kind and very friendly, he left a good impression on me and I really recommend going to drink a good coffee during a tiring journey.

Adrian is a boy with a lot of skills and an extraordinary good sense. The coffee he served me was extraordinary and I can’t wait to go back and maybe with a little luck, he will serve me again. Everything is superlative!

Got a coffee, burnt to within and inch of its life. Far far far too hot. Amazes me a chain doesn’t know how to make a coffee and what temperature it should be.

BE AWARE!!!! We order 5 drinks, including frappes and golden milk chocolate. All drinks were horribly made, no chocolate no flavors. We grabbed our drinks as we were heading to our gate and when we finally got to try them we were greatly disappointed, we couldn’t head back and pretty much slushed ice unflavored drinks.

Bugs in the pastry 🤮. This isn’t the first Starbucks in London that had this. Watch out. Never had an issue in US branches.

Muk was amazing defo should be the next regional manager. If it was not for Muk I would never go to a Starbucks again! Muk is single handedly keeping Starbucks afloat. I wish there were more Muks in the world. Muk could even become ceo for Starbucks. Honestly I do not know why he is wasting his time in a store when he could run the UK. Very friendly staff, quick service and wonderful atmosphere. Sejul was very nice!

Ordered chai and an espresso in addition to a tuna melt. Had to wait whilst the server served everyone in the queue before putting my tuna melt in. Needless to say it was not customer friendly. After all that the tuna melt did not taste good. I’m now over Starbucks.

Hatal at the counter was very professional and made this a great experience in tune with the Christmas spirit

First time at the London Gatwick Airport, and went straight to get our Starbucks fix; Sejal took our order exactly as we wanted it, and the service was quick.

We bought some drinks while waiting for our plane, and I was greeted by a wonderful smile! Hetal made our drinks perfect and made my day with her good energy!

The service was ok. The coffee rather pedestrian. The cleanliness definitely lacking as finding a clean table, or chair, at which to sit was a chore. Fortunately I'm traveling on.

Didn’t try the food. Atmosphere as bland as any other Starbucks. But what makes this 1 star is the staffs attitude towards store cleanliness. All tables taken and the only free tables were covered in trash. I asked for one to be cleaned, just to be ignored.

Service was good and prompt. They vut out using your name when you order. I don't like the use of initials for your order. Multiple people with my initial.

I stopped in for a coffee ☕️, I discovered to my dismay, I had to pay fir the alternative to milk. Now why is this, perhaps I held the misapprehension that coffee goes with milk? Boy was I wrong.... the staff was very good at telling me I had to pay $7.00tt... 😃

I asked for a heated fruity toast with butter and jam. I asked if it comes with butter and jam and they replied positively. Only after I had already paid, they told me that they don’t have jam and I got angry because I felt tricked. They could have let me know before I bought it, when I was asking. I was not offered a refund (obviously by giving the food back).

The manager saw me kissing my boyfriend (we are gay) and she made an “ew” expression with her face. Also she treated the employees so bad. Absolutely bad experience

Its ok, but coffee here really isn't that great. You can pay extra to get it a bit stronger, but even with an extra shot it's still lacking.
