Starbucks Coffee in Crawley

Very quick and efficient service and vibes. Was here before the flight on a Saturday morning, but it remained smooth and solid. Tara helped me out, and was very helpful and polite.

Thanks to Aafia for assisting me, she was very kind and friendly.

Ankita Vidhi is a good person, she has taken very good care of us with her.

It is the perfect place to wait for your flight to depart. The workers couldn't be nicer; My daughter dropped her hot chocolate on the floor and Vishal took care of cleaning everything up again and replaced her drink right away. We already have a favorite place in this airport! 😃

After a very long day and equally long night in an airport hotel (flight got cancelled) all I needed was my fave Starbucks drink whilst anticipating the second attempt at getting to Malaga. Thank you so much to Hiral and her colleagues who not only found me most amusing dancing around in Starbucks at 6am, but served everyone with such kindness and a super happy smile. This job cannot be easy and it is relentless but you aced it. ⭐️⭐️

I ordered a coffee supposedly with caramel. It tasted like nothing more than burnt coffee. For the price it has, it leaves a lot to be desired. I will not repeat.

We were there for few hours, we bought second croissant after we finished first one. Second croissant was from other counter and was not fresh 😒, lady Falguni was brilliant during service.

Everyone needs to come over and try the worst coffee in Starbucks stores. Also, I know it's a busy store, the only one in departures, but the cleanliness and the customer service is very poor. This store has the dirtiest armchairs I've ever seen in any store in my life. They look like homeless people sleep on them or worse. Definitely not the place where anyone would like to sit and have a coffee. Customer service is poor because even though the staff made me the wrong coffee and as a lactose intolerant person I had to change it, when I asked for the change they didn't apologise for their mistake but they were looking at me like I am fuzzy. If I could put negative stars I would but unfortunately one star is the only option.

Good service….staff was very helpful….we got 2 coffee and our frnd was not well they gave hot water to her as well…. Special shout out to Sagar & Kaushal.

Drashti was fantastic helping us out. With a great attitude and kind greetings, she went out her way to warm the dessert we bought when we asked her.

I recently visited the Starbucks located at Gatwick Airport South Terminal and was extremely disappointed to learn that they do not accept Starbucks Rewards. As a frequent Starbucks customer, I rely on the rewards program for free drinks and discounts. It was frustrating to discover that this particular location, despite being a Starbucks, does not participate in the program. I hope Starbucks addresses this inconsistency across its franchises. Until then, I would recommend loyal Starbucks Rewards members to avoid this location.

I am not going to evaluate the price or the quality of the product of this type of establishment, I know what they offer and I accept it (especially in a place like an airport where there are few options to choose from). What I fail to understand is the unprofessionalism of some of their employees. Yesterday at noon and with the place almost empty, I was with my children looking at the products offered on the signs, because I don't speak English well, it took us a while to choose (10 minutes no more), but there was no one waiting behind . When we have decided to order I see that some of their employees are laughing among themselves, looking at us and whispering among themselves in a mocking manner, especially the older lady. It made me want to go somewhere else, but due to the tiredness of the children and my wife, in the end we had breakfast there.
