I had a very good experience at the Starbucks South Airside Gatwick Airport. Aafia and Vishal served me very. They were both very kind polite and patient. Thank you both.

Overall: Food: Coffee Shop A dark, dirty and overall unpleasant Starbucks in the corner of the upper floor in the South Terminal at Gatwick. Horrendously over priced, plus they do not accept Rewards yet represent the brand. Unable to comprehend a simple order nor did they have anything other than medium or large (not even using the official terminology Tall, Grande etc) and wanting to serve a Flat White in a Tall cup only. A blot on the respectable name of Starbucks. What I liked:. • Absolutely nothing What I didn’t like: • Service • Vastly inflated prices Do I recommend going? NO Will I go again? NO Was it good value? NO Price Point: $$

A fantastic experience all thanks to Drashit. They were Very upbeat and energetic, I could say they made my day. The coffee and food was a standard Starbucks experience but Darshit elevated the experience with her upbeat energy.

Everyone I've been to without a doubt had terrible attention, the girl sitting there with no desire to work and very rude and zero empathy. With very bad faces. We all have a bad day but we are going super exaggerated.

Worst starbucks i have ever been in! Just back from USA and the staff at Gatwick could learn a lot from their colleagues in USA. Unable to use the app - no milk in jug, spilt drinks along the collection point, no cup carriers available, staff abrupt to point of rudeness. Will not visit this Starbucks again

Kaushal is a lovely gentlemen who works at the kiosk. Very polite and friendly and made sure me and my friend could use our blue light discount and made one of the best coffees I've ever tasted!

Starbucks like any other. Good amount of seating but ZERO cleaning. Basically people come and go leaving their tables dirty and there is no staff to clean up.

The coffee was terrible - I had a chai latte which was pure sugar syrup and my partner had a cold brew which was so bitter it was undrinkable. The service was bad - the staff were making drinks and not calling names out, so they were left with a queue of people and a line of un-lidded coffees going cold. And we paid £10 for the pleasure! Airports are never a pleasant environment but this was adding stress to passengers and creating an even more hostile environment at 7am... go to pret or the wetherspoons next door.

Busy place. Staff working hard and fast. Cappuccino advertised at £4.55. Charged £4.60! Because of work pressure, I suspect the offering I got wasn’t what Starbucks would want served. Burnt milk and not “creamed” Seating area is filthy. Just have a look at the light shades! Pity

Terrible place. They advertise for beverages that they actually don't sell, and most of the workers have a very unpleasant behavior. Go somewhere else.

Non of the phone charging spots were working. Most tables weren’t cleaned

Starbucks coffee is great as always but what makes it perfect is the friendly staff. KAUSHAZ was helpful friendly a true professional and he gave me a delicious chocolate caramel cake.

This is the filthiest Starbucks I have ever been to. We felt gross even just sitting down. The entire floor is covered in coffee stains. The tables are covered in crumbs and stains. The employees were nice, but multiple were openly eating while handling the food and our drinks. Customers/employees do not clean up trash left on tables. Our photos just scratch the service of how bad it is here. Never seen a Starbucks this disgusting. Edit: This Starbucks replied with the same generic response they give all negative reviews to this location, perfectly exemplifying my point that they don’t care, and didn’t address my review whatsoever.

Comparing Starbucks in Heathrow and Gatwick… Gatwick has much room for improvement! Service was ok…ish even though it was a quiet morning and there was no queue. Coffee … cortado… was nice a bit on a cold side ( I’m not a hot hot drink person). Point system isn’t working AGAIN!!!! How many years it takes to update the system? People spend a lot of money here and they can’t use the app! Makes me think that managers are running some sort of scam!!! I fly from Gatwick at least twice a year and have never been able to use my app here!!!

Most dirty Starbucks environment I’ve ever been. Not sure if that store has a manager but if it has then probably the company standards have get to the floor or they do not follow them.
