Very unprofessional staff,first of all!! 1 man,2 ladies talking there own language in front of customer not great customer service specially in an international airport!!! Staff need proper training all together.

Great service, always fast, clean and though it’s busy everyone who works there is always so patient and nice! Big up Karushal who served me and was super attentive.

Tara was such a lovely, friendly server. Ordered hot choc with oatmilk and cream. She very vigilantly informed me the cream was dairy and checked for allergies. First time anyone has ever done that.

Dreadful experience. Falguni at the tills has no idea of what customer service means. The man in front of me hadn’t finished paying when she was asking me what I wanted. Ordered my drinks but the do not scan reward points. Then while waiting I had to translate a guy from Spain that did not speak “perfect” English because Falguni had no patience for this guy Awful service No customer service No reward points Dirty tables Will avoid next time

Poor experience to start a holiday. A worker there named Ana was being super rude to a fellow, older coworker and it was awkward, uncomfortable and mean. She didn't need to speak to her with such disrespect. On top of that my toastie was under-toasted. Do better.

moshin at gatwick airport starbucks was very helpful and accommodating

The environment is dirty and poorly organised. Surly staff, we asked for a pumpkin spicy latte (hot drink with cream) and it arrived without cream and with ice. There is no one to clean the tables when people finish (being a very large port area there are a lot of people and hygiene should be essential). Furthermore, paper straws dissolve in drinks.

I want to thank Sejal at LGW when I traveled through the airport. This review is a bit overdue but I appreciate Sejal getting my coffee and food at Starbucks. As a disabled Veteran, she was very kind and appreciated how quickly she returned my order. She’s a remarkable lady destined to be a future manager for sure!!!

They charged me a lot more for my drink than what it said on the app - when I challenged the price, I felt I was just "brushed off", as their attitude was "well that's how much it costs", no explanation as to why it was different from the app, their scanner for the app "wasn't working" and I wasn't given a receipt either. Would never go back there again.

Don't bored to come here, after you order and want to use the app, it's when they tell you they not scanned it and you have to pay, If you don't ask , they don't tell you and after this, still answered in bad way, like you disturbed, and of course they don't have all the selection of drinks, for what? After this, of course I only took coffee. Starbucks only in name.

The service was okay. The lady at the till was nice and smiled genuinely. Taking order was quick. The flat white wasn’t what I expected as it was too foamy and bubbly for a float white, but it tasted nice. The cafe area was quite dirty, the floor the table tops… however there were only three partners visible on the floor so they were probably understaffed. It’s really sad they don’t take the Starbucks app here or offer the partner discount.

Double charged for a transaction, which i disputed in store and was told one transaction was cancelled, but have just received statements and I was charged twice. Feel robbed and lied to, shame on you. Spoken to both banking merchants who say I need to take up with Starbucks. Frustrating and disappointing with starbucks, will avoid in future
