Starbucks Coffee in Crawley

I just had the most amazing Lavender Matcha latte! I totally forgot to ask for coconut milk instead of regular, but Sejul was super kind and totally understanding. I felt a bit embarrassed, but they really made my day by accommodating the switch! The team here at Gatwick is fantastic—every drink has been made just the way I like it! We’re enjoying a lovely, peaceful morning, and the tables are nice and clean too!

Matcha Latte: It was bitter and tasted like seaweed 🍵 They didn’t sell small sizes, so I had to drink a large one… Compared to other airport branches, they are quite friendly. It's spacious and has a lot of seats

Went in at half past 3 after they opened at 3 for a guy to tell me someone would be with me waited 15 minutes looking around to see a female staff member laying down on the comfy sofa chairs in the corner not even acknowledging us as a staff member for Gatwick this was appalling ended up having to walk out as couldn’t wait any longer don’t go here go to pret instead which is opposite

Starbucks is always one of my favourite for coffee and i am glad they are present at all airports. I quickly grabbed a mocha and cheese twist from Starbucks and the guy at the counter Vishal was really nice. He greeted with such enthusiasm and gave me a discount which was such a nice gesture. I loved my coffee but cheese twist was just fine.

Brilliant service from Sejal and Bhakti, would definitely be back next time we fly. Thank you for going above and beyond making sure the kids were extremely content and happy.

Overall: ★☆☆☆☆ Food: Coffee Shop A dark, dirty and overall unpleasant Starbucks in the corner of the upper floor in the South Terminal at Gatwick. Horrendously over priced, plus they do not accept Rewards yet represent the brand. Unable to comprehend a simple order nor did they have anything other than medium or large (not even using the official terminology Tall, Grande etc) and wanting to serve a Flat White in a Tall cup only. A blot on the respectable name of Starbucks. What I liked:. • Absolutely nothing What I didn’t like: • Service • Vastly inflated prices Do I recommend going? NO Will I go again? NO Was it good value? NO Price Point: $$

A fantastic experience all thanks to Drashit. They were Very upbeat and energetic, I could say they made my day. The coffee and food was a standard Starbucks experience but Darshit elevated the experience with her upbeat energy.

Everyone I've been to without a doubt had terrible attention, the girl sitting there with no desire to work and very rude and zero empathy. With very bad faces. We all have a bad day but we are going super exaggerated.

Worst starbucks i have ever been in! Just back from USA and the staff at Gatwick could learn a lot from their colleagues in USA. Unable to use the app - no milk in jug, spilt drinks along the collection point, no cup carriers available, staff abrupt to point of rudeness. Will not visit this Starbucks again

Kaushal is a lovely gentlemen who works at the kiosk. Very polite and friendly and made sure me and my friend could use our blue light discount and made one of the best coffees I've ever tasted!

Starbucks like any other. Good amount of seating but ZERO cleaning. Basically people come and go leaving their tables dirty and there is no staff to clean up.

The coffee was terrible - I had a chai latte which was pure sugar syrup and my partner had a cold brew which was so bitter it was undrinkable. The service was bad - the staff were making drinks and not calling names out, so they were left with a queue of people and a line of un-lidded coffees going cold. And we paid £10 for the pleasure! Airports are never a pleasant environment but this was adding stress to passengers and creating an even more hostile environment at 7am... go to pret or the wetherspoons next door.

Terrible place. They advertise for beverages that they actually don't sell, and most of the workers have a very unpleasant behavior. Go somewhere else.
