Archita took our order, she was polite and helpful and was the only person in the airport today that told us to have a nice day. Even in a fast paced environment, the personal touch is still appreciated. Thank you.

Archita was a lovely server! Ensured all our needs were met and made sure we didnt have any allergies towards anything in our drinks

We were served by Vishal who came across very friendly and courteous.

SCAMMERS No prices for cold drinks shown, I asked for the smallest melon cooler thing, told it was £4.75, got the receipt and they've charged me £6.95?! I went back and queried it and the person behind the counter told me 'we don't do small drinks here so I put it through as the largest, plus lemonade for 75p'. Liars and absolute scammers.

Very pleasant breakfast experience today at LGW South airside. Sejal greeted me with a ‘good morning’ and a lovely smile. My cheese and oak smoked toastie was cooked to perfect temperature and my flat white was good and hot. As expected the prices were inflated; £17.20 for 2 toastie and a grande flat white.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the male staff members. He mocked my English pronunciation and pretended not to understand my order. Then, without even asking about my nationality, he said “thank you” in Chinese — assuming I was Chinese. I’m Korean. It was not only rude, but also came across as racially insensitive and ignorant. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it genuinely ruined the start of my trip.

Sejal greeted me with a smile and took my order. Coffee was ready so quickly and it tastes delicious. I even got to use my bluelight card for a discount 😊 Very happy with the service today.

The manager/supervisor is rude to customers and doesn't listen. I had to order 1 frappuccino 3x and he wanted to argue with the customer.

Unfortunately, this was the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The coffee was poorly made, and the service was disappointing — Shivang was particularly unhelpful and quite impolite. To make matters worse, the Starbucks Rewards system wasn’t working, and they didn’t even have the tall size available, only grande and venti. Really disappointing overall.

There is no tall size in option I think that is very greedy!!! The coffe was weak we paid nearly £10 for two coffees one grande vanilla late and one oat milk decaf latte. The vanilla latte we could not taste the vanilla and coffee tasted weak. They did remake the coffee without a problem but we still couldn't taste the vanilla or the coffee in the new drink. Service was quick the, café was cleaned regularly. But I expected more quality in the drink for the price we paid

The store was really clean, I was szerves by Kinza who was extremely nice and professional. She has given me recommendations on which drink to choose.

Kinza took my order and was absolutely fantastic. She was polite and smiley and helpful. She told me about a reusable cup promotion. Great customer service, 5 stars for her! Service after Kinza was a little slower with a lot less attention to detail.

Kinza provided such lovely service, helping me make a decision when they were out of lavender.

There’s something reliably comforting about ordering an Americano at Starbucks. It’s a no-fuss drink, just espresso and hot water, but when done right, it hits the spot.

I just had the most amazing Lavender Matcha latte! I totally forgot to ask for coconut milk instead of regular, but Sejul was super kind and totally understanding. I felt a bit embarrassed, but they really made my day by accommodating the switch! The team here at Gatwick is fantastic—every drink has been made just the way I like it! We’re enjoying a lovely, peaceful morning, and the tables are nice and clean too!

Starbucks is always one of my favourite for coffee and i am glad they are present at all airports. I quickly grabbed a mocha and cheese twist from Starbucks and the guy at the counter Vishal was really nice. He greeted with such enthusiasm and gave me a discount which was such a nice gesture. I loved my coffee but cheese twist was just fine.

Went in at half past 3 after they opened at 3 for a guy to tell me someone would be with me waited 15 minutes looking around to see a female staff member laying down on the comfy sofa chairs in the corner not even acknowledging us as a staff member for Gatwick this was appalling ended up having to walk out as couldn’t wait any longer don’t go here go to pret instead which is opposite

Matcha Latte: It was bitter and tasted like seaweed 🍵 They didn’t sell small sizes, so I had to drink a large one… Compared to other airport branches, they are quite friendly. It's spacious and has a lot of seats
