What a fantastic night out. Brilliant place in our small town, smashing music and great staff 👍

Came here with my friend. And we had a great time. Fantastic staff. The only criticism is that we were pushed alot by the customers which ruined it for us and the rudeness of being shoved out the way i almost fell over at one stage. Other then that id go again but maybe not on such a hectic night.

Got me a nice shot and a nice drink to top off on a sunday this be lit. Dave is a gee nice guy knows his mixes. I asked him for a surprise shot and he got me one of the best surprise shots ever. Medusa is the gee.

Lovely atmosphere. Kind of like a bar / club. Lovely area to sit and smoke outside and then on the inside is a small nightclub. Highly recommend.

Not being from around here and having to travel a lot I have been to countless bars in my adult life all across the uk and abroad as well as being a cocktail bartender myself, I can say Medusa Cocktail Bar is amazing! Superb venue, cleanliness of the actual bar itself, hygiene of the staff, attitude of the doorman, great vibes regarding the music and the classic cocktails (old fashioned) is why I will definitely return. Hats off to a gent that works behind the bar!

Went out on a Wednesday night got some shisha from Dave who gave excellent service, he was very welcoming and recommended the best shishas to choose.

Not a place to go alone, go with your friends and have fun.

Amazing and super fast cocktails and great cocktails from Dave. Helped me find the drink I wanted and whipped it up in a second. Great vibe in the place, even on a Monday!

Dave made us an amazing cocktail. 10/10. We ordered a margarita but he asked what we usually drink and made us a cocktail around that. Wonderful would highly recommend a visit.

Absolutely god awful bar. Kicked us out for 0 reasons, the guards are nice but the bar manager is a terrible person and likes to ruin nights. Never returning. (They refused to even listen to the "victim" (our friend) who said there was no problem).

My daughter had a VIP booth for her birthday, OMG she was treated like a star from the entrance, the service, drinks, fruit platters. Great value for money for special celebrations. Very safe and efficient place to party in Crawley Definitely the best place by far. Highly recommend. 5 star Service

Always a very good experience here at Medusa. Have had an issue with a drunk guy but they were promptly removed from site. I come here very often and it’s always a good night and the staff are lovely! Would recommend to the town of Crawley

Went here for a night out last week and the staff were all very friendly. My friend become very drunk very quickly, and the security had noticed and kindly advised to take her outside for air. He then came back and handed me a bottle of water for her. I shortly took her outside for air and left. I got her in a taxi home and later was back inside and the same security asked me how she was. I thought it was sweet he cared and didn't seem angry or annoyed by it (as I assume he could deal with that kind of thing regularly). We had a great time and would definitely come back as the music was brilliant and the atmosphere was really good

Medusa is safe and enjoyable at the same time, the staff are so welcoming and helpful and the bathroom facilities are very clean. Definitely recommend

Lovely cocktail bat in central crawley, train station 10 mins or so . Medusa play current & old skool r&b songs Plenty of cocktails to chose from Clean toilet Friendly staff. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars someone stole my jacket & glasses.

Been here a few times now, and can say best venue in town. Excellent customer service by the manager think his names dave very attentive and unlike other venues in town the door staff are not power hungry badge holders. 11/10 would recommend.

Decent spot! Can definitely do with some deep and regular cleaning. And a general overhaul. The air con inside gets turned on when things get desperate (which considering the current energy prices is understandable). Staff is far from great when it comes to cocktails knowledge. Don't expect miracles. Apart from that the Tuesday salsa event is great and we all have fun.

Ordered a couple of cheeky Craig Davids and it only came to £7

I went for an espresso martini, the club it was still empty but considering that I went in the early afternoon I guess it is normal, but the place has definitely potential, with plenty of space to dance while enjoying your drinks. they have also asked me an ID to scan even if I was the only guest with another table.. which in my view makes everyone safer! Great place will see me again and I will recommend it!

Love Medusa Cocktail Bar, it’s the best Cocktail Bar in Crawley, great drinks, amazing atmosphere and really friendly staff. The Beer Garden/ Outside seating area is great and I always have a fantastic night when I visit

Great cocktails. Great attention to detail on drinks being garnished. Clean and classy. Never any trouble here and the staff from the owners, management, bar staff etc are always welcoming. I know where I will be spending my weekends. Thank you Medusa.

Overpriced and water-downed drinks. Avoid the pineapple and melon gimmicks, really not worth it. So much better off at either the Hive or Turtle Bay.

Honestly been here since the start and love the hospitality and genuine staff. Love the cocktails especially the real fruit coconut. Can I just say the security make me feel so safe especially in Crawley. Gossip girl oxox

Just what Crawley needed; a classy bar. Bar staff and owners are very welcoming and friendly. It's the one venue that I feel safe at as I know any dramas are dealt with quickly and discreetly. The décor and range of cocktails makes me feel like I'm at a high-end bar in London. I Highly recommend going here, you won't regret it. Keep up the good work!

Great for the younger generation. Great music though but at 35 I felt like a little out of place however the atmosphere was lively and staff were quick with serving.
