My Lounge in Crawley

Worst food selection I’ve seen to this day and I’ve been to over 15 different lounges. Nice interior though with outdoor area.

Very nice small and compact lounge, has everything you need. The food selection was very small but it was nice. They also offer a smaller alcohol selection compared to some other lounges but the beer they do offer was surprisingly nice. There is a small games room and a smoking area which some visitors might appreciate. The toilets are nice private toilets which is always great in an airport. Staff were on the ball doing their refill duties and collecting dishes from guests. Would recommend.

Probably my worst lounge experience. The man on the front desk was not very friendly, it was freezing, the food was awful and the plates were tiny. All made worse as I was expecting to be in the no1 lounge. I shall telephone next time as this isn't the first time this has happened. Thankfully the rest of the holiday was great. 2 stars purely as it's better than the red lion, our flight was delayed so happy to be seated.

I was quite disappointed with my recent experience at this lounge. The food selection was very limited, mostly beige, and lacked variety or quality. There simply wasn’t much of it to go around, and what was available was taken away promptly at 7:30 PM – a full 30 minutes before the lounge closed. While I understand removing hot food early, it would have been nice if bread rolls and cold items had been left out a little longer. The lounge itself was overcrowded, and finding somewhere to sit was a real challenge. To make matters worse, it was absolutely freezing in there. I was shivering the whole time, despite the small radiators dotted around the space, which didn’t seem to make much of a difference. On the positive side, the staff were all lovely – friendly, helpful, and doing their best under the circumstances. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn’t make up for the lackluster experience overall. I wouldn’t choose to visit this lounge again unless improvements were made.

Good and nice in every way, but out of four power sockets tried, only one worked.

Not worth paying for this place, very small, poor food options and no privacy. Very noisy if there are kids running around

Extremely disappointed with the service, the waiting time was awful, the staff not friendly two women at reception need more training, overall bad experience worst lounge I have experienced. The picture shows that we have all been waiting for a minimum of 1h.

A clean, cosy and quiet lounge. Food variety is not a lot but decent enough to fill up your stomach. There are toilets within the lounge but no shower facilities. Will try out No1 Lounge the next time.

Very nice. Food could be better. More options and quality. Still a good place to have a break of the rushing atmosphere in the airport before your flight.

Having a fountain of cheddar and unlimited alcohol is not a good quality dining. Meals are far away that the incomes that has this stablishment. Shame for everyone rating more than 1 star this lounge. Please, be fair and critic

I decided to try an airport lounge as an alternative to queuing for a seat to occupy in Wetherspoons! It was the outdoor space I was especially interested in, for plane-spotting. Unfortunately, it's essentially a small outdoor smoking area overlooking a servicing area. I paid the rack rate for the stay, and was recommended to become a member in future to get a better deal. The overall experience was very good and I feel I would return to an airport lounge, but maybe one more suited to business travellers. Children were running round unsupervised, while their parents took a break! Food and drink options were as plentiful as advertised. I got some work done and would've happily stayed for another hour. The staff, in particular one person, seemed very happy to work there.

Very not worth it. Very poor quality food. Pancakes machine broken, toilets dirty and VERY stinky. The staff was friendly but too obnoxious, they were very loud while talking to each other and it just made the experience not relaxing at all. I will not come back, got a better experience outside at pret

The lounge is good, but the reception staff are unfortunately unfriendly and incompetent. Too bad!

A very helpful and cheerful staff, amazing food and atmosphere

I found it very expensive for the service they offer. There were 2 or 3 varieties of food, 2 salads, nothing sweet, little drink. If you have it for free through priority pass, it is always better than waiting in the seats outside, but I would not pay to stay again...compared to the centurion lounge of American Express in Esaiza, it loses by a lot!!!

Nice place to relax before a flight !

Pretty good lounge. Not quite as good as the No1 lounge in food choice and size, but it’s less busy and has an outdoor terrace. For breakfast you can make your own McMuffin. And the coffee was actually good. It’s newly refurbished too so less scruffy than the No1 lounge

Only really chose the lounge because it has an outdoor area where you can vape! But it's really nice, everyone here is VERY friendly and helpful. Food, drinks and glasses are all continuously refreshed, you're never left wondering always someone to help. Everything is included, sodas, beer, cider, spirits, wine, coffee, tea etc. You can even play playstation, there's a £10 deposit for controllers but you get it back!

Decent. Comfy sofas. Outside area for fresh air. Self serve win and ciders.

Excellent value, very good selection available for the price. Friendly staff, outdoor terrace handy for smokers.

I feel that the lounge is not clean, the food is not great, the staff are rude, and £40 for entry to this place is extremely overpriced.

This club lacks cleanliness in the dining area and the toilets could use a proper scrubbing.

I have been using the PriorityPass card for many years and at no lounge have I ever had a problem getting in. Here I was told I couldn't get in because they only had two people to collect the plates. The lounge was more than half empty with many empty seats. I had to wait 15 minutes outside for someone to leave and let me in.

They said they were “understaffed” and by that, the lounge was almost empty and didn’t let us in.

Served by Luigi. Had an excellent tasty gourmet English breakfast. Lots of choices on the drinks menu too.

Everything was cold, cheap rubbish and really dreadful. wish I’d gone to club aspire instead, the offering was paltry and felt like it came from a cheap Supermarket packets…

Not very good. Bad customer service and low quality food. Tin fruit mix was the fruits offered in the morning. Some fresh fruits would have been good.

The best part about this lounge is the access to an outdoor smoking area and bottomless drinks, despite all you can eat food option, the food is of a less than adequate standard. Hot food options were not even warm, let alone hot. For £60 per couple, I would not recommend this lounge if you are wanting a nice breakfast before a flight. The atmosphere is however relaxed and has a chilled out vibe which was nice. So all in all, the food requires improvement and is not worth the cost charged.

Nice looking lounge where you can help yourself to beer, wine, spirits etc. However half the tables had reserved (the only places with a plug socket). The breakfast pastries tasted stale. I would not recommend for business travelers.

Good selection of drinks, comfortable seating area. Clean and tidy. Smoking area was good. Only downside, microwave would have been useful as most food was cold or lukewarm. No cold meats/cheese or much continental options or cereals.

Came here with priority pass. This lounge is slightly small, but has solid food options and is quiet.

Do not book. We paid full price for this lounge but when my wife arrived all the comfortable seats had reserved signs. When I asked the staff about it they said they were reserved for larger groups. We had to sit on plastic chairs that were probably less comfortable than the normal airport chairs.

Quiet room, very friendly staff and quite comfortable facilities. The only negative point was the food, which was rather scarce. Soft drinks and cider/beer are on tap so you can pour them yourself. In addition to relaxation areas, it has a Playstation 5, table football and Arcade games. The views are not of the landing strip but of the aircraft parking platform.

The lounge is fine not the best food varieties are not much and the ones who are working at the the lounge door are very rude, not smiling at all not welcoming and extremely slow!!

The lounges at Gatwick are running a scam. They sell you 3 hours but its impossible to use 3 hours as they only let you in 3 hours before your take off time. If you want to make your flight you have to leave the lounge at least 45 min before take off to be at the gate at boarding time. At most you can only use 02:15. If they sell me 3 hours i want my 3 hours. Its none of their business when my flight departs. SCAMMERS

With a half empty lounge they told me, I have wait 1/2h without an good explanation why.

Rubbish. Not a meal to be seen and a rip off. Pork/vege stew and rice or jacket and beans, tiny rocky toad cubes the only sweet, stale vorn chips and tied dips, sad little bowls of salad. Rubbish. Miserable staff

How is possible that in an airport like gatwick so big and always busy a lounge closes at 8 pm and they do not allow you in after 7.30 pm …… shocking!!!! Actually i do not understand what answer is that: there is nothing to investigate as it happens today as well…. At 7.30pm they refused to let me in because they are closing at 8 but removing food and drink and 7.30.

If you wear a tracksuit and drink lots of beer then this is the place for you

All comfy seats are reserved for the duration of your visit, not enough areas to charge devices, very small lounge and poor quality food and drinks

Firstly, very hard working, welcoming staff. Couldn't fault them. The amount of food and drink was great. I was only disappointed with the "mcmuffins" as they weren't toasted, they were dry and uncooked. Also, the arcade table was broken. But I'd book again.

Only soft drinks available have sweeteners, explained an allergy and staff shrugged and said take it or leave it. Waste of money and spoiled my experience completely

Even though there was half an hour left before closing, they didn't let us in Grumpy, rude staff not suitable for welcoming a lounge.

This lounge has been my least favorite - at 10/11 am on a weekday and they only had a nacho and baked potato bar. It was nice that you didn't need a reservation like a lot of the other South Terminal lounges. It was free for me; however, my partner who has a different credit card with Priority Pass was unknowingly charged £25. I'd have been annoyed if I paid £25 for a baked potato or cold nachos with "cheez". The self serve drinks/cocktails were nice. The outdoor terrace is cool but unfortunately it was raining. If you're used to Delta or Amex lounges you're in for a bit of a shock.

Food stone cold , poor selection no toaster for breakfast no bread just dry cold muffins that you can’t toast Omelette was like leather and stone cold Pancake machine out of order When mentioned staff that food needs to be replenished as stone cold , was looked at in disgust and didn’t answer she just walked away Won’t ever return the worst lounge by far !

Food was a little limited- but there was vegetarian options. The drinks are self serve including alcohol. Very quiet, very chilled, the perfect pre-flight at a very reasonable price. Rodel - what a babe. Excellent customer service they should be proud to have on board.

Shocking lounge! I booked this for my parents and what a disappointment. We’ve booked several lounge in the past as we are all regular travellers, and this was by far the worst. My parents had special assistance so needed a wheelchair. When taken to the lounge they were turned away, and told the had to come back 3 hours before flight. They were actually there at the booked time slot! Once in the lounge they had limited food with hardly anything left and no options other than potatoes and rice. The food was cold, and no desserts left! This is not a cheap lounge and I’m very upset that no-one was willing to help them. Will not be using again

Rodel was amazing, we were impressed with his positive can do attitude and how helpful and efficient he was. He made our stay here great and worth while.

Food was just shocking . You really are paying for the drinks that are help yourself. Staff are busy and clear regularly , big que out the door. You can do better .

Nachos was a good choice. There's no bread. Drinks selection is good. There's basic wines, DIY spirits & mixed, coffee, soda, tea. Jacket potato. Enough personal space. Nice outside view of the airport. Much better than waiting in the common areas. Worth the £24 I paid for about 2 hours of a good start to a holiday. Jack at the entrance was very helpful and congenial.

Unfortunately the worst lounge i have even been to. Very small selection of food- jacket potatoes, nachos, pancakes and Indian version of rice. Very dissapointing. Nice staff but not enough of space to relax. Toilets unfortunately very dirty. Won't recommend.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! We were 2nd in the queue at opening time and the breakfast muffins were still frozen! Cold or barely luke warm cooked breakfast, rock hard fruit, stale pastries! Avoid if you value your health as you'll end up with upset stomach.

Incredible that there is finally an area to smoke once through security. Really lovely terrace and one of the staff members (Rodel) was incredibly helpful and polite. Clearly I wasn't able to pour a beer properly so he stepped in to help. He's an asset to the team

Alright food. Handy location. That’s the good news. The state of the seats and decor needs updating drastically. Not really worth the money compared to other lounges. Asked to be moved twice as the place was so grubby ended up cleaning the tables and leather seats down ourselves and we were there at 4am ish so it wasn’t like the mess was made by others. Stay clear unless you have discount vouchers.

Rubbish selection of food, also looked a bit tired. Rice with bean chilli or pulled pork. Wow.... 1 dessert choice. Poor. Drinks OK. Also v busy usual excuses for the reason... delays have kept it full. Expensive and poor

Food was, well wasn’t there. I haven’t seen a lounge with so limited food options. Salads, jacket potato and rice with beans flavours, nachos and pancakes is all you can expect. Pancake machine is kept in the middle causing waiting in queue.

Have to say very pleased after being turned away from No 1 Lounges and Club Aspire not accepting Dragon Pass unless you pre book. It’s was busy but didn’t feel crazy like some lounges can. Got a seat. The food wasn’t terrible and a good range of drinks. Has a smoking area. The staff were really friendly and cleared away pretty quickly. I travel the world a lot and have been to some truly awful lounges. This one was one of the better ones. Visited on a Sunday afternoon so might be different at busier times.

30 minutes wait for an empty lounge

Don’t ever go here. A man threw up on myself and the floor, staff members did nothing to clear it up and people were walking through it and when I complained they did nothing to resolve the situation. Disgusting, waste of money.

Food could have been better. Burger patty and bun both quite hard. Decent ambience and good view of the apron.

Probably the worst airport lounge I've ever been to. Basically the only food offered is baked potatoes, rice and chilli and everything is just generally pretty awful. Toilets aren't very clean either. Definitely avoid

Staff very kind and communicative, nothing is too much. Lovely choice of food and drink in a calm and relaxing environment. Perfect for me as a neurodiverse person that struggles with airports.

Bizarre at the high rating of this lounge. In all of the lounges I’ve visited, this is easily the worst. They overbook and it’s therefore was very overcrowded. All of the comfort seating is reserved, but this isn’t explained when you book online clearly. The food was terrible, the coffee was instant machine made. The kids area is immediately adjacent to the area where those who haven’t reserved are likely to find seating, and you’ll therefore find the chorus of children screaming accompanying your dismal experience. I can honestly say you will have a far more comfortable and enjoyable experience going to a restaurant in the main airport area.

We had an enjoyable time at “My Lounge” while waiting for our flight to Norway. Rodel did a great job keeping our area clean and kept us smiling while we were there.

My Lounge was the best one I have visited so far......pleasant staff, not over crowded, clean and you can pour your own drinks....loved it!

Loved it - so much better than No 1 lounge! I liked the self service alcohol idea and the hot food on that day was actually my favourite dish! The only slight criticism was a lack of desserts, the only choice either pancakes or rocky road pieces...

My lounge is a quiet and relaxing environment you can eat and drink as much as you want within your 3 hour stay, so you can take your time. The staff are friendly and helpful... Rodil, is very warm and friendly, he made the time to have a conversation and to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Modern lounge with a refreshing young vibe. Outdoor terrace was a plus. Food was more than adequate and well presented (at 5am). Shame the quality of the coffee wasn’t great, it’s the same problem in most airport lounges! Blond guy at the entrance was welcoming and chatty despite the very early start.

Go to any other lounge. Subpar everything here.
