Cozy place. Polite and helpful attendants.

We had an enjoyable time at “My Lounge” while waiting for our flight to Norway. Rodel did a great job keeping our area clean and kept us smiling while we were there.

My Lounge was the best one I have visited so far......pleasant staff, not over crowded, clean and you can pour your own drinks....loved it!

Loved it - so much better than No 1 lounge! I liked the self service alcohol idea and the hot food on that day was actually my favourite dish! The only slight criticism was a lack of desserts, the only choice either pancakes or rocky road pieces...

Rodel is a great member of staff. The lounge itself is also fantastic.

My lounge is a quiet and relaxing environment you can eat and drink as much as you want within your 3 hour stay, so you can take your time. The staff are friendly and helpful... Rodil, is very warm and friendly, he made the time to have a conversation and to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Modern lounge with a refreshing young vibe. Outdoor terrace was a plus. Food was more than adequate and well presented (at 5am). Shame the quality of the coffee wasn’t great, it’s the same problem in most airport lounges! Blond guy at the entrance was welcoming and chatty despite the very early start.

Go to any other lounge. Subpar everything here.

Says it opens at 4 am, it doesn’t as staff are late. Food is left under lamps before it opens so it’s all stale, there are flies on the pastries. No background noise e.g. music when in the lounge, only positive is that there is a good drink selection.

Great friendly conversation and service with the lovely Rodel! Relaxed atmosphere helped kickstart the family holiday.

The short guy at reception can only be described as a rude man who doesn't want to work there and doesn't want customers. Avoid unless you appreciate that kind of service.

Great design here. In general, it’s a great idea to make a lounge in an almost homey style. Lots of different zones. And for a large family, and for one. A solid A for design The drinks are great too. Juices, lemonades, alcohol and draft beer and cider. Beauty It's getting worse with food. There is a device that bakes pancakes, but does not finish cooking them. Uncooked pancakes - that's it. And in general, the choice of food is not rich... Well, actually, we didn’t come here to eat))) Nevertheless the lounge is great, I liked it

One of the worst lounge I have visited in last 10 years. The entire set up itself is not appealing and the food options are dismal.

Food was quite good (no blueberry muffins available), a good choice of beverages, friendly and helpful staff. Mostly clean environment, but lots of built up dust under my chair (by funky lamp), also bits of old food from previous customers. Generally very good, but attention needed to hygiene in certain areas. Rodel was super friendly, which was very welcome. He is a credit to the company.

Excellent lounge. Been in many different ones and this one a bit of a hidden gem. Very quiet, just after security so away from other lounges, and very spacious. Outside terrace, self service food and drink (soft and alcoholic). Clean, good size private toilets. Friendly service. And a kids area with football table, arcade machine and console. Especially to Rodel who gave us great service with a smile and a song.

It was a great experience spending few hours before our flight. The food is good the ambience, and the staff are friendly. Rodel is one of the friendly staff who greeted me upon entry with a smile. 5 star is justified.

At first we couldn’t find a table together but then a family left and we were sat. Food options limited but what there was was good. Self serve drinks. Shout out to Rodel, pleasant and came to clean up regularly. Got in free using Amex Gold card, but would happily a pay a little amount.

Diana was such a good waiter she helped us so much and was so good whilst we stressed about our flight!

Good food options, could do with a bit more sweet stuff though 😁. Good vegetarian chili. Self pour beer, cider, wine and limited spirits. Very efficient table collection from Rodel

Rodel was amazing working very hard and very friendly. Food choice was not the best, however it was the crossover from breakfast to lunch. Pancake machine kept the kids very happy.

Really chilled start to our morning flight coupled with park and stay at the bloc hotel. Lovely food and great child friendly atmosphere -the make your own pancake machine was a hit and with Sooo many toppings! Rodel took great care of us, clearing away promptly and discreetly. Never had such a relaxed start to a long haul journey.

The place is super hot at the first room where sofa are more comfortable and there is not smell of food. It is practically impossible to enjoy the atmosphere in the side of the room because too hot. The other room where the food is allocated, the food is minimal. A pan of rice, 3 of different tomatoes sauce with beans. Crisps. No meat, no cheese selection, no fruit selection, no nuts. To drink many option. In the end very disappointed for £35. I m so glad that for me was free, I will never come back.

Average food, nothing to rave about. Pancake machine was great for kids. Toilets absolutely disgusting, dirty, dark, tissues everywhere. Seating area is disappointing, sofas and nicer chairs were all reserved even though were empty the whole time we were there. Something has to be done about the cleanliness of those toilets Very disappointed
