Michela was the perfect servet. She made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The food and drinks were great also. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful evening.

Great night out for friends birthday , had a lovely server Maz who really made the night. She was kind, attentive and made everyone laugh. Would go again!

We came in for the bottomless brunch and it was a wonderful experience, the food was delicious and the choice of cocktails was amazing! But what made it such a great experience was our server Charlie, she really brought 110% to the table to make our time there so enjoyable and I can’t thank her enough for it, such a lovely person and she deserves to be recognised for that! Thank you!

Had the Christmas menu, the new cheesecake recipe is still really good. It was pretty quiet during the day, but Charlie did a great job bringing some atmosphere to the meal!

Went a few days ago and had a lovely time however it was all made by our young server Mary, she was an absolute star! Made sure she got everything we needed whilst having the biggest smile ever Will definitely be back!

I went to Turtle Bay in Crawley with a few of my friends for some drinks and food. I just had to mention my server Maryanne as she just went above and beyond with serving us. She was so happy to help and was overall an amazing waitress which made our experience easily go from an 8/10 to a 10/10!! thank you Maryanne!

Amazing Carribbean food in Crawley! Used to go to Stratford to get my Jerk fix. No longer! Jack was brilliant as well very helpful! Y'all gotta try the goat curry, hashed!

George was our waiter. We were a very quirky bunch and he joined in with our jokes and made us feel very welcome. He even recommended some great cocktails, which were very good!

Had a brill night here on Monday, and so when Tuesday came around it was still fresh, new and delicious. The server Monday was a very nice young lady and today it was a sweeet young man and a really polite and nice and cute rad older guy. Then to the other important point.. the food. Don’t hesitate, it’s sooooo good. Our server was George 👍🏻

LOVE THIS PLACE, almost a shame to go home. Went yesterday, went today, will probably come back tomorrow before our flight! Beef jerk rib is so good it made me cry real tears. Good deal on drinks (props to the bartender they got us DRUUNK!). The servers are very lovely. Wish we had this place in norway! If you're ever in crawley, you legally have to eat here.

came to turtle bay for dinner to celebrate my sisters promotion. absolutely blown away by the food and the service! my server Dee was absolutely amazing, extremely polite and gave in depth detail about the food options. i got the macaroni with chicken and chilli squid as my side and the food tasted astounding! lovely and fresh. will be returning!!

We went for brunch last Sunday as a family. Loved the decor and atmosphere and the food was delicious. We had a selection of starters which we all enjoyed. 1/2 jerk chicken, pork belly reggae roast, goat curry and a halloumi Buddha bowl were our mains and we cleared our plates as food was so good. No room for puds! We particularly wanted to mention our server George who went the extra mile throughout our visit. He was helpful and funny and a real asset to the business. Looking forward to going back!

What a night!! We were lucky enough to have the incredible Maryanne serving us at Turtlebay in Crawley. She gave a masterclass in service, despite running the entire floor on her own. We were happy, fed, watered- without having to even flag help over once. Increíble ability and what an awesome personality too! Charlotte kept us happy with multiple cocktails off the menu, giving great recommendations and advice on what worked for us based on our likes and dislikes. I’d be very lucky to ever meet someone so accommodating to our needs again. Also, Lola made one of the best old fashioneds I’ve had in my life, she made it look so effortless as she talked us through what she was doing and basically made a show of it for us! Very lucky. 10/10 recommend, we will be back for sure. Legends

The squid starter was 10/10 the drinks were also amazing the only let down was the mac and cheese. Our server was George he was very funny and very nice, promote him to manager immediately

Portion size are very insulting. At £3.90 the Portion size come like a kids size Portion. I did mention to the manager and he did nothing! This overall this is the worst Turtle bay that I have been too. I will not be going back there again!

Very enjoyable eating experience

Visited back on my birthday really enjoyed it, 9th nov 2024 Service was really good. We went for the bottomless brunch 15 of us so we were on it for drinks tbh they came promptly which was good as we wanted to make the most of our bottomless drinks. Food was cooked really well and came out altogether one of my pals the dinner didn’t turn up but after mentioning it hadn’t they sorted it out. Thanks guys really enjoyed it. Tipped the waitress she was great. Nice atmosphere, good cocktails. The food was generally good but our chicken wings came out and they were pink and undercooked we were refunded for the wings. No excuse for undercooked meat. The rest of the food was pretty good. Service was a bit slow but they were very busy (sat night) Only red stripe lager on draught no sure about bottles

We had a great time at Bottomless brunch, Charlie was really approachable, friendly and attentive. Definitely got our moneys worth, and made sure all allergies and awkward dietarys were catered for.
