Most of the food was exceptional with a couple of hit and miss dishes. I love this place, always a great vibe…but I need to give a special shout out to our server Maryanne, she was friendly she was courteous and she was bubbly despite how tired she must have been with so many covers.

George served us and was very friendly and helpful. Great place to eat.Brown chicken highly recommend

Drinks were flowing like the flipping river Nile (I assume that’s flows). The company was okay, could have been better but I guess that’s down to me not turtle bay! Food was delicious. Had a great time!

Good service from Charlie. Unfortunately, they had no wings so we ended up not having the much anticipated starters. The toilets were smelly.

Maryanne was incredible! This was my first time eating her and the food was great but Maryanne was definitely the secret sauce! She was so personal and offered an excellent service. Everything was served with and smile and she gave excellent recommendations for both drink and food! Maryanne deserves a promotion, she was fabulous!

An amazing night out was had with a group of friends. The food was amazing and was packed with so much flavour. Our server was called Maryanne and she was incredible at providing insights into the menu and what food she would recommend. She was so attentive and had a lovely smile. Fantastic experience helped with a brilliant server.

Maz was absolutely wonderful I'm sure she served me last time aswell and was incredible that time aswell even when my kiddos interrupted her she was lovely with them 10/10 this is now the third time she's served us and is always incredible!!

Solo visit; The food was good, interesting even. Some very nice drinks on offer too. The staff were rather relaxed and I had to go to a fair bit of effort to get the attention of servers more than once.

Late afternoon bite to eat. Great place to eat, menu extensive, food and drinks are lovely. Lots of tables. WC on ground floor including disabled toilets. Child friendly with menu and high chairs. Super bubbly friendly staff

Reis, was amazing, the whole time we were there! Very efficient with ordering our next drink during our bottomless, and demonstrated a very friendly, relatable personality! Would definitely recommend, and think Reis needs a pay rise!!

Large facility with quite a lot of choices for food and drink. Parking is validated at Restaurant. Prices are very reasonably.

The experience was lovely. We were greeted by Sam who was happy to assist when the online and restaurant menu were slightly different. He made sure to check on us without being intrusive and helped me to set up the app which resulted in getting rewards! The food was flavourful (Jerk Platter) and filling. The only downfall were the dumplings but that was due to personal preference. Drinks were also very tasty and I would recommend the raspberry reggae. Overall a great date night.

Great experience and Sophie was great at checking in to make sure we had all we needed and even gave us a 5minute warning of the 2-4-1 offer ending soon so we could get one more round of drinks in!!!

Me and my wife both had the Kingston Fried chicken on our latest visit. Me wife has that meal pretty much every time we go to Turtle Bay. However, the portion size of the chicken was very disappointing. It was atleast half the size we normally receive, if not smaller.
