We had a great time at Turtle Bay!! It was one of our very rare date nights without our kids. Food was absolutely delicious! We treat ourselves with a couple of fantastic cocktails too!! The service was impeccable, very friendly, knowledgeable and I loved that every got into the theme of the week "pirates" and put an effort to dress up! If we were mystery diners you would had got 100% from us! A big shout out to Charlie and the lady with long wavy hairs (unfortunately I couldn't get her name) for their friendliness, service and knowledge. A massive thank you to everyone!

We had Dan as our server for the time we were at turtle bay, and he was great always making sure we were okay and had drinks. He also gave us a recommendation as our last drink, the turtle slay I believe it was, it was amazing! We also had Charlie she was amazing as well, very helpful and happy to have a chat with us too. Love coming here :)

Not only did she provide excellent service, but she also brought great energy and made the whole experience so much fun! Highly recommend asking for her if you’re visiting!

Turtle Bay was a vibe. We actually had a really good time here and the place was buzzing too. Service was good, we were really looked after very well by the very friendly staff. Drinks were good, 2 for 1 deals on cocktails worked a treat for us. The food was enjoyed by everyone on the evening. I do like my food served hot and not Luke warm, they ticked all the boxes. To be honest, couldn't really fault anything on the evening. Great place, great vibe, good service, staff very friendly, on point and very attentive. Will most definitely go back again.

Food was great, as usual, but never be there when the waiters are changing shift... you wait ages for service! Went again recently, hence the removed star. Turning the music up so loud you have to shout at your dinner companions is really annoying. Even the waiter agreed but the volume didn't change. Food good, as usual. Oh my god... the swines have added calorie counts to the menu!!! That is so unfair... before, I just ordered, knowing the food was good, now I know how sinful it is! I could fool myself easily, now it's more difficult. Music still too loud, everyone still shouting...update a year or more later: music at a reasonable level, hurrah! Great service today (2024) and good as usual - really good.
