Excellent food with a great selection of real ales dog friendly in this cosy thatched pub,always a great menu selection

Steak pie was excellent. Chicken in leek cream sauce very tasty. Pork goulash tasty but meat a bit dry. Good value for money.

Muy decepcionado de mi huevo revuelto en tostadas marrones, el huevo no tenía sabor muy pálido hecho en el microondas, y el agua en mi plato hizo que mi tostada apenas tostada se mojara y empapara. Gran personal agradable. Servicio bueno, pero desafortunadamente el desayuno era horrible.

Lovely restaurant. Food was fantastic. Staff very knowledgeable on my dietary requirements (coeliac), explaining what is likely to be cross contaminated. Unfortunately, I had to leave a little early, and I was unable to pay for my food & drinks separately from the group. I had to do a bank transfer to my friends for my share when it came to paying for my food & drink. Not a massive issue though.
